Login: The article is dedicated to the embodiment of Azerbaijani folk dances on the professional stage. The main condition for the stage embodiment of folk dances is to take into account the laws of composition and stage criteria. When talking about the stage structure of folk dance, a number of important factors need to be clarified. The composition consists of several parts. These parts consist of dance combinations. For this, dance must express the parts of the composition as exposition, binding, development and complementary. Development: Angle factor is very important in stage arrangement of folk dances. The choreographer must take into account that the audience can see the artist from ane direction. Therefore, this fact should not be ignored during the making of the composition. One of the lyrical compositions of Azerbaijani folk dances is based on the “Uzundere” dance. The character of the dance, its lyrical and melodic melody make it possible to perform it as a bridal dance. “Uzundere” dance is ona of the solo dances. However, duet performances are also observed. It should not be forgotten that this danse is performed not only by women but also by men, and each performance has its own dance elements. The most common and professional version of the dance “Uzundere” is a also composition by a female dancer. One of the dances we have analyzed is the “Gaval dance”. The place of this musical instrument in national art is also reflected in dance. The musical content of the “Gaval dance” consists of two different parts. It includes both a slow-paced lyrics and a fast-paced section. These parts change during the dance. This sequence may be repeated several times, depending on the structural properties of the composition. The choreographic content of the dance has been preserved both as a solo and as a collective expression. Result: Based on our analysis and research, the main features of modern dance art can be characterized by the following provisions. As a result of the establishment and successful work of professional dance groups, the development of national dances has reached a new stage, and this process has been reflected in both folk dances and compositions based on the composer’s music. She based the stage arrangement criteria of folk dances on the professional synthesis of world classical traditions and Azerbaijani traditions with Azerbaijani choreography and national dance traditions.

43 women employed in nontraditional blue collar jobs were compared with 27 women in training for such jobs on a number of variables linked to job success and satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to determine whether women enter blue collar trades with characteristics that predispose them to successful work-role transitions or whether they adopt different coping styles and behavioral characteristics over time in order to fit into their work environments. Questionnaire packets that contained the Self-efficacy Scale, the Personal Assertion Analysis, the Ways of Coping Scale–Revised, and the Bem Sex Role Inventory were completed by 70 women. Participants in training were more androgynous and higher than expected on both problem-focused and emotion-focused coping. Possible explanations and suggestions for research are discussed.

The research considers the issue of creating systematic support for pedagogical teams, namely assessment and analysis of a number of factors influencing the successful work of the pedagogical team and the formation of systematic support for team development using retrospective techniques and team adjustments. According to the results of the research, which is based on the Michigan model of leadership, the existing difficulties in the functioning of college teams were analyzed. The survey identified that at this stage of development, not all members of the college staff teams have a clear understanding of the overall goal (86.9 %) and the impact of teamwork on the overall result (78.2 %). Their unequal contribution to achieving the goal was also noted (73.9 %). The survey indicates that not all teams have a combination of skills at the highest level, and team members who have certain skills are not always interested in helping colleagues (82.6 %). Teams are quite high spirited and motivated even in difficult periods (82.6 %), the teams hold constructive discussions about misunderstandings and problems, regularly find new opportunities to find information and solve complex problems, appreciate the achievements of colleagues (86.9 %). The discussion about the advisability of using digital technologies in the process of art therapy has been going on for several decades, but now it has become even more relevant in connection with the covid 19 pandemic and the need to provide remote psychological assistance to different groups of the population. The purpose of the article is to review foreign studies that reflect different ways of including digital technologies in art therapy work, an overview of specific examples of successful work using digital technologies (phototherapy, animation therapy, digital art, virtual reality tools). Doubts of specialists in the benefits of digital technologies are associated, first of all, with a change in the very nature of artistic creation, the loss of its sensory basis, loss of contact with artistic materials, as well as the risks of losing social connections outside the network. Among the arguments for the inclusion of digital technologies in the practice of art therapy prevail technical (the convenience of creating and storing digital works). There are also psychological (the ability to go through new experiences) and social (the ability to work with young people in their usual format, the availability of remote work and quick access to media space). The arguments of the authors are presented in a summary table. The main problematic points are identified. In order for digital technologies to become a natural part of art therapy work, training programs for specialists are necessary, as well as the development of special applications, since existing ones often do not take into account the specifics of art therapy.

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal nature of FATF, the process of its creation, the legal principles of activity,as well as the speciality of its legal entity. Attention is also devoted to the main Conventions, which were signed on the eve of The FirstWorld War and after The Second World War and shows the main preconditions and reasons for the creation of the intergovernmentalorganization FATF.The ongoing growth of the drug business, the expansion of its geographical boundaries, increasingly sophisticated and dangerousforms of this criminal business, the struggle of states on large-scale crime related to the legalization of criminal proceeds led to the creationof FATF and it achieved important results in this area.FATF cannot be considered by an international organization because it has not been established on the basis of an internationaltreaty and does not have an approved statute. However, despite this, FATF has a decision to establish a group – this is the legal basisfor its activities and is an intergovernmental organization. Analysis of FATF’s activities shows that FATF’s initial priority was to combatlaundering of proceeds from drug trafficking. Today FATF’s activities have three main directions: expanding the actions of its adoptedrecommendations to all continents and regions of the globe; checking how member states are executed and how anti-money launderingmeasures are implemented in other states, based on 40 plus 9 FATF recommendations that are guidance to action; tracking worldwidemethods and schemes of laundering criminally used capital and developing countermeasures. To date, a set of 40 FATF recommendationsand 9 Special Recommendations for Countering The Financing of Terrorism is a set of universal standards that lead to a successfulfight against money laundering. The new version of this document was adopted in 1996, 2003 and 2012. One of FATF activities is todefine so-called non-cooperative countries and territories and make their list, which is called the «blacklist». Although the country’sinclusion in the “blacklist” does not lead to the application of sanctions by the world community, it indicates a degree of trust in it onthe part of foreign investors. Lacking the status of an international legal act, FATF’s recommendations in practice received generalrecognition as universal international standards in the field of anti-money laundering. Successful work on counteracting the launderingof dirty funds should be carried out simultaneously at two levels – at international and national levels. FATF functions – to monitor theprocesses of implementation of such measures, to study ways and techniques of money laundering, to develop preventive and preventivemeasures, to promote the global implementation of anti-money laundering standards. FATF’s recommendations in practice receivedgeneral recognition as universal international standards in the field of anti-money laundering. Every year FATF organizes meetings onthe analysis of methods and trends related to combating the laundering of criminal proceeds and financing of terrorism.
