Massive curriculum pedagogies (MCPs) represent an everlasting methodological problem of schooling throughout the Common. Era. Descriptive causal-comparative/ ex-post facto research techniques and Action Developmental Approach were used to objectively comprehend the problem's realities, trace the cause-effect relations between MCPs' factors, and build effective solutions to the MCPs’ research problem. The semantic logical reasoning of results showed strong linkages among the MCPs, the Holly Books' (H.B.s) teaching and the Factory Educational Model 1800+ in sharing extensive large groups learning and instruction. Even curriculum pedagogies took from H.Bs the compulsory learning besides the massive teaching methodology. What is disturbing here is these negative pedagogies are against the welfare of learners in the Info Global Age and the wide diversity of ICTs’ sources available to schooling. Learners have by nature no identical aptitudes, priority knowledge needs, thinking and achievement speeds, timelines, and live spaces for learning and schooling. Considering the research results and the pragmatic principle of ‘nothing can respond to diversity except diversity’, the Author offered a countering strategy (“Schools without Flunking”) merited with personalized, ICTs’ based, and collaborative peers, enabling 97% of learners to achieve the studied "blend-digit" curricula.

Humans are different individuals by nature and have diverse personality traits, cognitive powers, thinking speeds, timelines, and live spaces for thinking, searching, and learning. Despite this psycho-educational logical approved fact, massive curriculum pedagogies are observed throughout hundreds of years of the Common Era. The Author believes ‘putting "whole" students or massive groups together in one large 'container' hall for one-way instruction with no regard to their understanding powers is in itself non-educating, non-dignifying and a gross violation of human rights and values. To understand the status quo of this everlasting schooling problem and to offer effective solutions for learning generations in the Info Digital Age; the descriptive ‘Causal Comparative/ Ex Post Facto techniques and the 'Action developmental' method’ were used. While the Author searched the accumulated massive groups’ literature since the Greek Sophists 500 BCE up to the period of Guttenberg large paper printing and the educational setbacks of the Factory Educational Model, coupled with the implications and possibilities of ICTs' integrations for reforming the concepts and methodologies of schooling and higher education. The Author concluded the article by offering a reforming paradigm "Inclusive Quality Education System for a Sustainable Glocal Learning." This 'system', when applied according to proposed descriptions and criteria, will lead to profound progressive changes, such as paradigms of learners-centered-growth, interests and hobbies needs; ICTs' non-directive 'Blend-Digit' pedagogies; learner self and collaborative peer groups; learners' torturing one other(s); and blended school personnel, e.g., Teachers and support services who are indirect leaning guide counselors and standby collaborators.

Abstract This article studies the promulgation of law in Qin and Western Han China (221 b.c.e.–9 c.e.) based primarily on excavated legal and administrative texts. It shows that a new law was handed down from the emperor to the relevant offices on the day of enactment. The article argues that, to an extent, the subject matter and function of a law determined for whom it was passed and promulgated. Depending upon the location, rank, and official duties of the offices, the laws known and used could be quite different. Although it was required that documents of imperial decisions be forwarded swiftly and safely by courier at the prescribed speed, delays in forwarding such documents to distant local offices were probably common in Qin and Western Han China. Evidence indicates that district- and prefecture-level officials publicized laws that needed to be made known by the common people, by reading them aloud in local gatherings, for example, or posting them in conspicuous places. The article further argues that a law came into effect in offices on the day it arrived at local courts or on the day it was enacted in the central court, depending on the existence of related extant laws. It concludes that a new law in Qin and Western Han China was ex post facto, as it reached backwards to a past action and retroactively attached liabilities to the action at the point when it was performed.

Writing is considered as an important skill in learning process which is needed to be mastered by the students. However, in teaching learning process at schools or universities, the assessment of writing skill is not becoming the focus of learning process and the assessment is administered inappropriately. In this present study, the researcher undertook the study which dealt with assessing descriptive paragraph writing ability of the students through picture description by employing an ex post facto as the research design. The present study was intended to answer the research problem dealing with the extent of the students’ achievement of descriptive paragraph writing ability which is assessed through picture description. The samples under the study were 40 students determined by means of random sampling technique with lottery system. The data were collected through administering picture description as the research instrument. The obtained data were analyzed by using norm-reference measure of five standard values. The results of the data analysis showed that there were 67.50% samples of the study were successful in writing descriptive paragraph, while there were 32.50% samples were unsuccessful in writing descriptive paragraph which was assessed by administering picture description test

This study is aimed to: (1) find out the differences on reading comprehension between students of junior high school in city and rural area, (2) to find out factors that causes differences on reading comprehension between students in city and rural area. This resarch was carried out in SMPN 1 Serang, SMPN 1 Cilegon, SMPN 1 Picung and SMPN 1 Banjarsari. The method used was quantitative method in the form of comparative study. The writer used Ex Post Facto Design in this research. The population of the research was all the third year students of those four schools. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The writer took 80 students for the sample. The instruments for collecting data were questionnaire, interview, test and also unstructured observation. The technique used to analyze data was T-Test separated variance and polled variance. The result of the study showed that there was a significant difference of students reading comprehension between students in city and rural area. It can be seen from the result of the test. Based on questionnaire which were given to the students and interview for the teacher, the researcher could find out the factors that cause differences on reading comprehension between students in city and rural area, such as the students’ interest, motivation of students, teaching methodology, reading material, vocabulary mastery, and culture.

This chapter explores the relationship between private law and common law. Both private law and the common law fit awkwardly into the dominant theoretical models of law, which emphasize regulation and social control by the state. Thus, the common law has long been criticized for failing to comply with the model of clearly articulated rules that are announced ex ante and applied ex post. The private law, for its part, contains numerous features that make it a poor candidate for a well-designed regulatory regime. The chapter then argues that developments in private law theory suggest a convergence between private law and the common law that responds to these issues, rendering the law both intelligible and providing an answer to the common objection that the common law involves ex post facto lawmaking. In addition, a recovery of this classical common law theory is both conceptually feasible and offers solutions to problems left currently unanswered by neoformalism.

Research aims to understand gyrations cash pt .Had provided nusantara viii , liquidity to pt .Had provided nusantara viii , and to know the influence of gyrations cash on the level of liquidity to PT .Perkebunan nusantara VIII sukabumi .The methodology used is the method ex-post facto capital .This research using primary and secondary data obtained from financial reports and non financial from pt .Pekebunan nusantara viii sukabumi .To test hypotheses used linear regression and the correlation with on the spss 15.0 for windows. Based on the results of research shows that there is a positive influence between second match of cash and liquidity pt .Had provided nusantara viii sukabumi .A level of closeness ( correlation ) the second variables strong enough , are r = 0,800 with a value of a correlation coefficient r & gt; 0 it means if cash second match of getting up and liquidity will increase , and vice versa . While from the results of the equation above the results linear regression simple as follows: y = 185,137 + 0,045x means value ( a ) or constant of 185,137 who have the meaning that if cash two zero ( 0 ) or not increased so level of 185,137 liquidity .The score regression ( b ) of 0,045 the show the relation in line that every 1 increase point in cash and two rate rose to 185,137 liquidity
