Abstract The lack of media in thematic learning underlies this study. This study aims at developing KARTIK (Thematic Card), and specifically describes, (1) steps of KARTIK media development, (2) feasibility of KARTIK according to experts, (3) students' responses to the KARTIK media. Drawing upon the notions developed by this Research and Development consisted of seven stages, namely collecting information, planning, developing preliminary product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, and revision. The subjects in this study were 10 graders of Grojogan Public Elementary School in limited trial and 30 students in the main trial. Questionnaires were used for data collection, and the data was analyzed using quantitative descriptive. The KARTIK media was developed through seven steps, namely determining the theme, designing card, designing content, designing user manual, designing card box, expert validation, and product trial. The results showed that the KARTIK media was appropriate for use for grade II primary school students. Media experts score 86 (very good), material experts score 42 (good), and learning experts score 40 (good). The Students responses were 96.92% (very good) and 98.2% in the main group trials. The KARTIK media was declared appropriate for use.

Teaching books as one of the important components in the learning process, including in college. This study aims to produce feasibility and effective teaching books of science concept based on quantum learning for primary school students. This research uses R&D based on Borg & Gall with the steps: (1)research and information collecting; (2) planning; (3)develop preliminary form product; (4) preliminary field testing; (5) main product revision; (6) main field testing; (7) operationalproduct revision; (8) operational field testing; (9) final product revision; and (10) dissemination. Results show that teaching books of science concept based on quantum learning feasible from the material aspect of 89,16%, presentation aspect by 93,05%, and linguistic aspect of 91,67%. Textbooks of Quantum Learning-based Science Concepts are effective to improve activity and student learning outcomes. Learning activity of 88,57 % and classical completeness of 91,42%. This teaching book gives student opportunity chance to acquire many learning experiences needed as elementary school teacher’s candidate

This research aimed to analyse the feasibility of the use of maquette and the effectiveness of maquette in improving students’ critical thinking ability. The research model employed was the development research model developed by Borg & Gall. The research subjects were third graders. The testing was divided into preliminary field testing, main field testing, and operational field testing. The analysis of the medium feasibility was based on the assessment by media experts, the assessment by subject matter experts, students’ response, and teacher’s response. The analysis of maquette effectiveness was carried out using a t-test (two independent samples) to figure out the difference and gain score of the experimental class for the purpose of identifying the improvement after the use of maquette. In the feasibility analysis, a score of 88 in the category “feasible” was gained from the assessment by a media expert and a score of 85 in the category “highly feasible” was gained from the assessment by a subject matter expert. From the preliminary field testing, scores of 60.5 and 65 in the category “highly feasible” were gained for the students’ response and teacher’s response, respectively. Meanwhile, from the main field testing, scores of 56.1 and 66.5 in the category “highly feasible” were gained for the students’ response and teacher’s response to the maquette use, respectively. The t-test results show a significant value in the critical thinking, namely.000 <.05, indicating a significant difference between the control class and the experimental class. The gain score was 0.5 and fell into the “moderate” category. Thus, it can be concluded that maquette is effective in improving critical thinking ability.

This study aims to produce a model of basic throw through games which is useful for teachers in giving lessons to primary school students. This development model is a procedural development, because it is in accordance with the problem to be solved and the objectives to be achieved. The procedure used includes five main stages, namely: 1) conducting an analysis of the product you want to develop, 2) making an initial product of a model of basic throw through games for primary students, 3) expert validation, 4) field testing, and 5) product revision. The data are qualitative and quantitative data, while the instruments are list question and observations. Data analysis uses percentages to analyze and subject ratings to assess the feasibility, quality and acceptability of the product. The research study in a model of basic throw through games for primary students along with the development of infrastructure, regulations, and playing techniques. The model for developing basic throw through this game is proven to be feasible, of quality, then acceptable for developing the concept skills of game motion and increasing the physical fitness of primary school students, because respondents when playing ball show that the average category is quite good, meaning that this development model is average - can be demonstrated.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran collaborative learning berbasis kearifan lokal yang layak untuk meningkatkan karakter kreatif dan bersahabat siswa; dan mengetahui keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran collaborative learning berbasis kearifan lokal untuk meningkatkan karakter kreatif dan bersahabat siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan mengacu pendapat Borg & Gall. Desain pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran ini meliputi 10 langkah, yaitu (1) penelitian pendahuluan dan pengumpulan informasi; (2) perencanaan; (3) pengembangan draft produk; (4) uji coba awal; (5) merevisi hasil uji coba terbatas; (6) uji coba lapangan; (7) penyempurnaan produk hasil uji coba lapangan; (8) uji coba lapangan operasional; dan (9) penyempurnaan produk akhir (10) diseminasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN I Bantul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran ini layak digunakan menurut ahli materi dan ahli pembelajaran dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui, bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap karakter kreatif dan bersahabat antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan perangkat pembelajaran collaborative learning berbasis kearifan lokal dan yang tidak menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran hasil pengembangan. This study is a research and development refering to the opinion of Borg & Gall. The design of learning kits consists of ten steps, including (1) research and information collection; (2) planning; (3) developing preliminary form of draft product; (4) preliminary field testing; (5) main product revision; (6) main field testing; (7) operational product testing; (8) operational field testing; and (9) final product revision; (10) dissemination. Subjects were fourth grade students Bantul. The results show that the learning kit is effective to enhance creative and friendly character of students according to the material expert and learning expert with excellent ratings category. Based on the result show that there are significant differences in cre- ative and friendly character of students who take the study with collaborative learning kits based on local wisdom with those who do not use learning kits. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan mengacu pendapat Borg dan Gall (1983, p.775), namun desain pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran ini hanya meliputi 9 langkah, yaitu (1) penelitian pendahuluan dan pengumpulan informasi, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan draft produk, (4) uji coba terbatas, (5) merevisi hasil uji coba terbatas, (6) uji coba lapangan, (7) penyempurnaan produk hasil uji coba lapangan, (8) uji coba lapangan operasional, dan (9) penyempurnaan produk akhir. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Piyungan Bantul. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran ini layak digunakan menurut ahli materi dan ahli pembelajaran dengan kategori valid. Kompetensi guru merupakan faktor penting bagi keberhasilan upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Standar kompetensi guru meliputi kompetensi paedagogik, kepribadian, profesional, sosial, spiritual dan leadership. Sejalan dengan tantangan kehidupan global, maka peran dan tanggung jawab guru pada masa mendatang akan semakin kompleks, sehingga menuntut guru senantiasa melakukan berbagai peningkatan dan penyesuaian penguasaan kompetensinya. Untuk menambah standar kualitas guru, Kemendikbud akan mengajukan tiga pola pembinaan guru, yaitu uji kompetensi, penilaian kinerja (PKG), dan diklat secara berkelanjutan dan berjenjang (PKB). Salah satu dari sekian banyak kegiatan PKB untuk pengembangan diri adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh guru secara mandiri dan yang dilakukan oleh guru bekerja sama dengan guru lain dalam satu sekolah. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini relatif lebih mandiri dan berbeda-beda antara satu guru dengan guru yang lain dalam satu sekolah, maupun antar satu sekolah dengan sekolah lain. Secara teknis kegiatan ini juga tidak diatur secara baku, hal ini sangat mungkin akan menimbulkan berbagai kendala bagi guru, bahkan mungkin dapat muncul kerancuan. Kesemuannya ini dikhawatirkan akan mengakibatkan hal yang kontra produktif, khususnya yang terkait dengan pencapaian standar-standar peningkatan kompetensi guru yang seharusnya dipenuhi sesuai kebutuhan. Untuk meminimalisasi berbagai kekuaran yang ada, maka diperlukan model yang dapat memfasilitasi kegiatan ini secara komprehensip, sehingga pelaksanaannya dapat lebih terstandar. Gagasan ini merupakan gagasan penelitian menggunakan jenis Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pendidikan/research and development (R&D). Model yang digunakan adalah R&D model Borg &Gall, yang meliputi sepuluh langkah yaitu: (1) Research and Information Collection, (2) Planning, (3) Develop Preliminary form Product, (4) Preliminary Fieild Testing, (5) Main Product Revision, (6) Main Field Testing, (7) Operational Produc Revision, (8) Operational Field Testing, (9) Final Product Revision, and (10) Disemination and Implementasi.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangakan model supervisi klinis berbasis informasi dan teknologi,  metode yang digunakan adalah reseacrh dan development (R&D),  meliputi tahap: research and information collecting,  planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing. main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operational field testing, final product revision, dissemination and implementation Temuan Hasil penelitian berdasarkan tahapan R&D: pertama berdasarkan kajian konsep  model supervsi klinis dikembangkan berbasis konsep yang dikemukakan Glickman yang mengemukakan lima tahap supervise kilinis yaitu: (1) pra konferensi dengan guru; (2) observasi kelas;(3) analisis interpretasi observasi dan menetapkan pendekatan konverensi; (4) pertemuan yang dilakukan setelah melakukan observasi; (5) Melakukan kritik empat langkah Kelima tahapan tersebut dilakukan dengan memanfaat informasi dan teknologi.   Ke dua persepsi atau pemahaman guru, kepala sekolah tentang supervisi klinis belum tuntas.  Ke tiga mengembangkan panduan supervisi klinis berbasis  informasi dan teknologi sebagai terobosan untuk memandu guru meningkatkan kompetensi  mengajarnya dan  pihak yang terlibat melaksanakan supervisi klinis berbasis informasi dan teknologi. Kata Kunci: supervisi klinis, informasi dan teknologi, kompetensi guru.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This research aims to reveal the characteristics and quality of virtual chemistry laboratory based inquiry on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials. The development procedure adapted the Borg and Gall model. Development is done through seven stages of information collecting planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, and operational product revision. The results of the research media software can be operated in Windows devices with virtual practicum and media products are very good quality based on material expert validation, peer reviewers, chemistry educator, learners, and have Good quality based on the validation of media experts, so it deserves to be used as a learning medium.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap karakteristik dan kualitas media laboratorium virtual berbasis inkuiri materi larutan elektrolit dan non-elektrolit. Prosedur pengembangan mengadaptasi model pengembangan Borg and Gall. Pengembangan dilakukan melalui tujuh tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan draft produk, uji coba lapangan awal, penyempurnaan hasil uji coba, uji coba lapangan, dan penyempurnaan produk hasil uji coba. Hasil penelitian yaitu software media dapat dioperasikan dalam perangkat Windows dengan praktikum secara virtual dan media memiliki kualitas sangat baik berdasarkan validasi ahli materi, <em>peer reviewers</em>, pendidik kimia, peserta didik, serta memiliki kualitas baik berdasarkan validasi ahli media, sehingga layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

  Literasi matematis merupakan salah satu kemampuan penting pada abad 21. Pembelajaran matematika juga harus dapat mengembangkan kemampuan tersebut. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan Comic’s Mathematics Learning (CML). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancang pembelajaran matematika berbasis media komik yang dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan literasi matemati siswa pada materi eksponen. Desain penelitian yang dilakukan dalam menghasilkan rancangan Comic’s Mathematics Learning (CML) yakni menggunakan model pengembangan yang diadopsi dari  Gall, Borg, & Gall. Fase untuk menghasilkan perancangan Comic’s Mathematics Learning (CML) terdiri dari : (1) Research and information collecting (pengumpulan data awal); (2) planning (perencanaan); (3) develop preliminary form of product (pengembangan awal); (4) preliminary field testing (uji validasi); (5) main product revision (revisi awal); (6) main field testing (uji coba skala terbatas). Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan uji coba skala terbatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa perancangan pembelajaran menggunakan komik matematika dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa pada materi eksponen. Sehingga memenuhi kriteria valid dan efektif.

The purpose of this study was to analyze, plan, develop and test a training model based on electronic training (e-training) in PT Drife Solusi Integrasi. This study adapting research and development method by borg and gall with six steps start from research and information collecting, planning, Develop Preliminary of Product, preliminary field testing,main product revision until main field testing. Results of this study is a training model basedon electronic training (e-training) suitable for startup companies.
