The article deals with the creation of unified information-educational environment of an educational institution, requirements to it, the organization of the educational process based on it, as well as all its constituent parts presented in an educational institution. A promising field of research of the problem of information technologies usage in students' learning activities can become the experimental study of the beliefs of students, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions on e-learning tools and their application in the educational environment. Moreover, it is worthwhile to mention that the problem of effective use of modern ICT disciplines is studied by many professors of higher educational institutions. However, its incorrect usage leads to the substitution of the learning objectives. Nowadays it is possible to reduce the educational process in universities not only by knowledge mastering, but also teaching students to learn and apply their new knowledge and information as effective, as it is possible. Numerous theoretical and practical research characteristics of the information technology in the students’ educational process claim that this approach is a response to students’ social demands and needs, since it contributes to the formation of professional competence of future professionals. One of the most important factors that significantly effects the quality of education is the usage of modern information technologies. Modern graduate students should have special professional tools and solve working problems, using information systems. Thus, the introduction of innovative information technologies in higher educational institutions enables future professionals to expand their potential abilities and encourages active learning.

Among them: the creation of a special educational environment, the restructuring of the educational process, which is dominated by such types of learning as project, problem-based, etc.; variety of forms and methods of teaching; extracurricular system, etc. It has been proven that a cycle of selective disciplines or author's courses plays an important role in ensuring the formation of soft skills. A significant place among them is occupied by the course "Pedagogy of Success", which in the 2020-2021 academic year was chosen by applicants for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education. The financial and economic crisis, including the COVID-19 pandemic, determined the negative changes in the modern labor market. Under these conditions, the understanding of the role of higher educational institutions in solving the problems of employment of graduates is of both scientific and practical importance. The key method of collecting information was a questionnaire survey of students (N=974 respondents). The curators of the study groups distributed the link to the questionnaire posted on the Google platform. The purpose of the study is to analyze the specifics of the work of the Employment Assistance Center functioning in the structure of a higher educational institution. It was found that the majority of students (87.8%) consider it necessary to create Employment Assistance Centers in the structure of universities. The following services would be in demand among students: referral for internships, information about vacancies and internships of partner companies, career events, assistance in finding employment during their studies. It is concluded that modern youth is focused on an early start of a career, combining study and work. The following dysfunctions of the activity of the Employment Assistance Center were identified: an insufficient level of information support, a narrowed list of services provided to the students. The conclusion is made that the employment of graduates requires improvement of both pedagogical methods for the development of professional competencies of graduates, and the formation of organizational mechanisms that ensure the provision of services for internships of students, their part-time employment, carrying out activities for interaction with employers. The authors substantiate the concept of “seamless employment” of the students: the integration of the educational process and part-time employment within the study period, focusing the key areas of the university’s activities on the career needs of young people.

For the modern higher education system, it is difficult to find a more relevant topic than distance learning. Having tested the distance format in the spring of 2020, when strict self-isolation measures were introduced by the decision of the city authorities, higher educational institutions in Moscow switched to this format again in the fall of 2020, in connection with the onset of the second wave of the pandemic. Considering that subsequent waves of the spread of COVID-19 or other viruses are possible, Russian higher educational institutions must be ready to take on new challenges, which makes improving the distance learning system in each specific educational institution an extremely important task in planning and organizing the educational process. The purpose of the study: to share the experience of the Timiryazev Academy on the implementation of distance learning during the pandemic. The object of the research is distance learning. The subject of the research is the implementation of distance learning at the Timiryazev Academy in the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 academic years. The research methods are content analysis of the official website of the Timiryazev Academy and other Internet resources, as well as the sociological survey of students of the Timiryazev Academy. The article shows the main problems that the academy faced when implementing distance learning: selection of high-quality content, psychological preparation of teachers, establishment of operational communication, as well as the provision of students with means of communication. The main scientific result: it is shown that the key to successfully overcoming the difficulties and solving the problems caused by the pandemic was the course for the consistent digitalization of the educational process, which began to be performed at the Timiryazev Academy even before the pandemic started.

The article deals with the specifics of relations between the transport higher educational institutions and the company. To assess the quality of relations, the resource exchange model is suggested for use. The article formulates principles of interaction between the parties and indicators that can be used to assess the quality of the resources exchange. A model for interaction between the company’s bus iness units and higher educational institutions was proposed. The relations between the horizontal-structured corporation and educational institutions were modeled; the mathematical apparatus was selected to describe the contacts, indicators of satisfaction with the resources and the resultant indicator (satisfaction with the interaction) were proposed. The model will help to determine quantitative characteristics of the achieved contacts. Their introduction will make it possible to assess the original state of the contacts and proceed to functional design. Introduction of the concept of satisfaction with the resources and interaction in its individual lines will allow identifying the reserves to build on in order to optimize the contacts. The quality of education is largely by the graduates’ readiness to perform their official (labor) duties. Practical training at educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation tends to bring the educational process closer to the conditions of professional activity. The author makes an attempt not only to propose the solution of problematic issues in the field of the practical training, but to substantiate its connection with the implementation of the constitutional right to education. The scientific interpretation of the proposed postulates can create an effective model of practical training at higher educational institutions of the MIA of Russia.
