Introduction. The structure of the transport logistics system for the transportation of container transformers in an urbanized environment to optimize production costs with elements of intelligent urban mobility, as well as the simulation software for modeling and testing the developed system, are described. The basic principles of the interaction between elements of the system are presented through the behavioral modeling of containers and carriers.Software is created to simulate the operation of the logistics infrastructure for transformer containers using wireless technology and the Internet of Things; and services for the rapid information exchange between participants (objects and subjects) of this process are implemented. Materials and Methods. A general method of organizing a network with a web server and a mobile client, as well as the basic principle of interaction between the server and the client, is described. The basics of developing a simulator designed to simulate all possible states of a container transformer are specified.Results. A common system architecture and a simulator are created for the software debugging and testing under the organization of a single space to monitor and optimize cargo transportation using “smart” container transformers while providing transport services to the population and legal entities in an urban environment.Discussion and Conclusions. The developed simulator as part of the information system provides speeding up the creation, debugging and testing of the software for solving logistics problems in the transport sector.

The research stipulates that the infrastructure is a certain system, and its task is to secure main conditions for the development of other subsystems and the system as a whole. Next, the paper analyzes the relationship between infrastructure and economic development by examining the legislative framework of its sectors and outlines the main problems of functioning and searching for ways to overcome them. The expected economic growth of the country includes quantitative changes in the economy, which are particularly expressed by changes in Gross Domestic Product and improvement of socio-economic life. On the other hand, economic development, which is sometimes called the socio-economic combination of quantitative and qualitative changes, can mostly be reduced to economic transformations and reforms of the sectors of infrastructure. The paper determines the problems of the sectors of infrastructure and the ways to overcome them and develops a range of recommendations. Examining the controlling and its use in the respective domains, in particular in forming of transport-logistics system deserves special attention. Nowadays, the sectors of Ukrainian infrastructure require reforming and improvement, namely selecting the appropriate sector that would bring them closer to the standards of the European Union. For instance, the paper offers the closed Internet survey among the managers and employees of enterprises in the agricultural sector of Lvivska oblast and detects weaknesses in the functioning of the sectors of infrastructure based on their results. The further research stipulates the detection of strengths and weaknesses of infrastructure, legislative framework, and results of conducted reforms, especially in terms of implementation of the 2030 National Transport Strategy Подальші (transport sector management efficiency, provision of qualitative transport services, securing of sustainable transport funding, improvement of security and reliability, improvement of urban mobility and regional integration).

The current paper deals with the information and legal support of information security in the transport sector in the context of digital development. Thus, the development of information and telecommunication technologies and the digitalization of public relations have also affected the field of transport and transport services. There have appeared not only new Транспортное право и безопасность. 2021. № 3(39) 148 transportation means, such as unmanned aircraft, but there are also being introduced information systems related to the identification of passengers in transport. The development of electronic interaction between various subjects of information exchange in transport is a consequence of the global digitalization of public relations, which creates certain risks of enforcing information security, a threat to the information transport infrastructure.

Nowadays, in the European Union, in practically all fields of economy, including road transport, there are certain difficulties in free exercise of service activity in international transport. These difficulties are expressed by creating barriers of entry to a market or existing in that market by entities from other countries and they arise as a result of legal actions or administrative actions which interfere with legal provisions and therefore act in the interest of their own economy. The profitability of both Polish and foreign carriers which extended their activities to Western Europe is based on lower production costs, which can be achieved through lower maintenance costs of vehicles and lower working costs. The process of creating barriers of entry for the highly competitive entities in the EU results in market uncertainty, whose effect may be increased risk of providing transport services and which limits the transport potential of numerous companies. It is currently very difficult to find an agreement between the so-called “old EU” and the Visegrad Group in the area of transport. The key subject is solving the issue of posted workers. The most controversies regard the issue of whether the provisions of the new directive will also concern the workers from the transport sector. A few states, e.g. France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain wants the sector to be permanently included in the directive. Poland (posts the most workers) and other EU member states which undertake transport operations in the EU oppose these provisions.

The present work considers the concept of development of the cluster strategy on the basis of studies of comprehensive transport and production processes implemented by transport and logistics system entities in the transport and information space. The projection of the economic space of the complex transport service into the potential information environment of subject cooperation is considered in the aspect of accumulation of information and knowledge about the comprehensive processes carried out by socio-economic entities. The methodological framework of formation of transport and information space together with formation of the strategy of cluster development of transport services market and regions are presented; the methodology of virtual integration system formation is justified; the theoretical basis of construction of the mechanism of coordination of the transport and logistics system regulators’ and subjects’ interests are given; an algorithm of optimal solution selection in formation of the strategy of cluster development of transport and logistics services and regions is developed. Information and knowledge accumulated in the cognitive strata of the virtual integration system allow to create and implement methods and mechanisms of interaction between actors in the transport and information space, while providing information support in making strategic and management decisions. The methodology proposed for designing a virtual integration system is applied within the boundaries of the Eastern Polygon in the railway infrastructure. Based on the methodology, directed (quota) information systems registered by the State have been developed and applied.

Platformization affects the entire urban transport sector, effectively blurring the division between private and public transport modalities; existing public–private arrangements have started to shift as a result. This chapter analyzes and discusses the emergence of a platform ecology for urban transport, focusing on two central public values: the quality of urban transport and the organization of labor and workers’ rights. Using the prism of platform mechanisms, it analyzes how the sector of urban transport is changing societal organization in various urban areas across the world. Datafication has allowed numerous new actors to offer their bike-, car-, or ride-sharing services online; selection mechanisms help match old and new complementors with passengers. Similarly, new connective platforms are emerging, most prominently transport network companies such as Uber and Lyft that offer public and private transport options, as well as new platforms offering integrated transport services, often referred to as “mobility as a service.”

At present, pulley produced in China has been able to meet the demand of domestic and international markets. But there are many problem of the pulley industry in our country, such as too many production enterprises and the low level of export products. And as components of drive system are light weight and raw material price of pulley casting are rising, manufacturing requirements of the pulley are also more and more high. Aiming at the casting defects of pulley that enterprise current product, pulley casting blank model of common material HT250 be made by three-dimension software, numerical simulation of filling and solidification process for pulley sand casting by the casting simulation software Procast, the size and location of the various casting defects were forecasted and analyzed, reflecting the pulley filling and solidification process of the actual situation, due to the thicker pulley rim and less heat dissipation, position of shrinkage is close to the middle of rim [, a method of eliminating defects is proposed to realize sequential solidification, and thus to minimize porosity shrinkage and improve casting performance and reduce casting time and reduce production costs.

Recent advances in wireless communication technologies and automobile industry have triggered a significant research interest in the field of Internet of Vehicles over the past few years.The advanced period of the Internet of Things is guiding the development of conventional Vehicular Networks to the Internet of Vehicles.In the days of Internet connectivity there is need to be in safe and problem-free environment.The Internet of Vehicles (IoV) is normally a mixing of three networks: an inter-vehicleNetwork, an intra-vehicle network, and a vehicle to vehicle network.Based on  idea of three networks combining into one, we define  Internet of Vehicles as a large-scale distributed system to wireless communication and information exchange between vehicle2X (X: vehicle, road, human and internet).It is a combined   network for supporting intelligent traffic management, intelligent dynamic information service, and intelligent vehicle control, representation of an application of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology for intelligent transportation system (ITS).

The text analyses the influence of the EU climate policy on the competitiveness pollution-generating of sectors of the Polish economy. Study of literature and the results of the questionnaire survey, carried out in 2008 in enterprises located in Poland and representing the steel, glass, aluminium and cement industries became a basis for formulating conclusions concerning the consequences of the climate policy already implemented and planned after 2012. The EU climate policy, particularly the common system of emission allowances trade, makes the enterprises face new developmental barriers. The expected increase in production costs will not only slow down the production dynamics, but may also entail lowering the competitiveness of Polish companies compared to companies from outside the EU, to which the greenhouse gasses emission limits do not apply. Adverse consequences for employment and for regional development should also be considered indisputable. If that was accompanied by an emission leakage outside the EU, achieving the global purposes of the climate policy would also become questionable. The businesses surveyed represent industries which are pollution generators by their nature and even ecologically-oriented technological progress is incapable of ensuring considerable emission reductions without general switching of the economy to renewable energy sources.

It is well known that labor migrants from different countries all over the Eurasian Union are the backbone of crucial economy sectors in the Russian Federation as, inter alia, construction, agriculture or trade. This article deals with another less mentioned but similarly significant labor market, which substantially changed its assemblage during the last couple of years, namely commercial urban transport services. In the last two decades, the marshrutka sector underwent major reforms and formalization processes that, on the one hand, brought operators back into the tax net and ensured a certain extension of control to the local transportation departments but, on the other hand, worsened the labor conditions of the transportation workers. Drawing from the empirical evidence of my fieldwork in southern Russia, I describe currently problematized mobility assemblages and embed the actor’s articulations in broader conflicts within the marshrutka business and transportation regulation policy. I further analyze how labor migrants have been forced to accept unfavorable working conditions in the enterprises as a direct result of politically triggered reforms in the marshrutka business. The paper provides insights into the social arena of the marshrutka, which serves as a societal encounter of urban conflicts and transformation mirroring (un-)intended effects of the local transportation reformation attempts.

The Internet of things is the basic paradigm with the cluster of techniques that ensure innovations in the service rendered in various applications. It aims to develop a seamless connection between the tangible objects around and the information network in turn to provide a well-structured servicing to its users. Though the IOT service seems to be promising, the risks still prevail in the form of privacy and the security in user acceptance in utilizing the internet of things services, and its application. This makes the trust management very important for the internet of things. So the paper puts forth the distributed block chain involved trust system to manage the conveyance infrastructures of the internet of things paradigm. The evaluation of the proposed model evinces the enhanced security provided for the nodes of the IOT as well as its information exchange.
