This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, work environment on employee retention with non-physical work environment as a moderating variable. The research design used is associative. The research was conducted at Ayodya Resort Bali. The population of this study was 501 employees with 84 employees as samples. The sample selection technique is proportional stratified. The data collection method used is Observation, Interview, Questionnaire and analyzed by Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, the better the leadership style applied by the company, the employee's desire to remain in the company will also increase. The non-physical work environment strengthens the influence of leadership style on employee retention, the better the leadership style supported by a good non-physical work environment, the employee's desire to remain in the company will increase. Companies must always pay attention to the relationship between employees and the relationship between employees and superiors so that they continue to run well and harmoniously.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and physical work environment on employee morale. This research was conducted at CV. Dinayu convection which is located at Jalan Patih Nambi no 99, Ubung Kaja, Denpasar Utara. The population and sample of the study were all employees in the CV. Dinayu, totaling 54 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that generally contains respondents' perceptions of participative leadership style, physical work environment, and employee morale. Data analysis was performed with multiple regression linear tests. The results of this study indicate that the leadership and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee morale in the CV. Dinayu conjunction convection.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style and non-physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of BBTKLPP Yogyakarta. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sesnus technique, where all populations are taken, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 110 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.042 <0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Leadership style has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.455 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. Non-fictional work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.256 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.57 < 1.96 then hypothesis VI is rejected. Non-physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.51> 1.96 then hypothesis VII is accepted. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment and organizational involvement on employee retention. This research was conducted at Kumala Hotel Legian Beach. The population of this study was all permanent employees totaling 148 people and using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 108 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is disproportionate stratified random sampling. The method of data collection is done by means of interviews and surveys with tools in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that all research hypotheses are acceptable. Non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Organizational involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. The better the non physical work environment and organizational involvement, the higher the employee retention rate. Work discipline is a method used by a company to influence the behavior of its employees in order to obey the rules and regulations in the company to achieve the goals of the company. Work discipline is influenced by organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment on the work discipline of UPT employees. Bali Industrial and Tourism Training Center. This research was conducted at the UPT. Bali Industrial and Tourism Training Center. The number of samples taken was 40 people including the head of the Office, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment had a significant effect on work discipline. Business competition in the field of tourism accommodation causes corporate leaders and employees, especially lodging places, are required to always act professionally. The purpose of this study are (1) to determine the leadership style, work relationship and physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work discipline, (2) to know the leadership style, work relationship and physical work environment partially have a significant effect on employee work discipline , (3) to find out the leadership style, work relationship and physical work environment dominantly have a significant influence on employee work discipline. This research was conducted in Alam Kulkul Boutique Resort Kuta-Bali which is engaged in tourism accommodation using census method (total sampling) in determining a sample of 65 respondents, through multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis prove that leadership, work relationships and physical work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Leadership, work relations and physical work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. This study aims to identify and explain the Influence Influence Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction simultaneously and partially at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan.This research was conducted at the office of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan in the academic year 2014, with a population of 255 employees and a sample totaling 72 employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, and questionnaires. Reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach Alpha test, and validity tested questionnaire with product moment correlation test. In this study, whole grains valid questionnaires. After the data were analyzed with SPSS 16, the obtained path analysis Y = 0.354 +0.600 x_1 x_2 +0.125. to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is the coefficient of determination with simultaneous use 87.5% with significant results using the F test. These results indicate that the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction of employees simultaneously at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan of 87.5%. Effect of Transformational Leadership Style partially on employee job satisfaction was 12.5% significantly by using T test. Effect of Non-Physical Work Environment partially on employee job satisfaction significantly by 36.0% by using the test T. Thus the hypothesis of this study is accepted that there Pengeruh between Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment Against Employee Satisfaction At PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Non-Physical Work Environment,                     Job Satisfaction.

Employees' feelings about their work reflect their attitudes and behavior at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financial Compensation, Siteional Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Honorary Employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City. The number of samples was set at 38 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that partially (1) financial compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (2) Siteional leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (3) the non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and (4) Simultaneously financial compensation, Siteional Leadership Style and non-physical work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Suggestions in this study are for the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City to pay attention to employee job satisfaction from financial compensation factors, Siteional Leadership Style and non-physical work environment.

The importance of work morale can be seen as a fundamental part of management activities so that something can be directed towards directing the potential and human power by generating, animating, fostering high levels of desire and togetherness in carrying out individual and organizational tasks. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the Physical Work Environment, Compensation, and Leadership Style on work morale of Savings and Loan Unit at the Koperasi Srinadi Klungkung. multiple linear regression analysis was used with 35 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the Work morale  is strongly influenced by the Physical Work Environment, Compensation and Leadership Style. Managers and managers in the Savings and Loan Unit at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative must pay attention to the provision of compensation and attention to the work environment as a whole so that there will be comfort in the work process Keywords: Physical Work Environment, Compensation, Leadership Style, Work morale

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to examine how creative self-efficacy and physical work environment mediate and moderate the relationship of transformational leadership with employee creativity and organizational innovation.Design/methodology/approachThe data were collected from 254 managers working in two major automotive manufacturing units in India. The survey response rate was 81.9 percent. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling.FindingsThe study findings suggest that transformational leadership augments employee creativity. The authors show that employee creative self-efficacy acts as a mediator and physical work environment as a moderator in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee creativity.Originality/valueThe study contributes by examining mediating and moderating influences in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee creativity. The data were collected from an important industry in a large, emerging economy that has received much less research attention relative to its size and significance.
