Nowadays in higher education it is important integration of new information and communication technologies into the learning and teaching process. Fastest development of computer technologies and the Internet as a communication platform has motivated higher education institutions to start to think about integration of e-learning system on teaching and learning process on their university. E-learning is becoming progressively more important in higher education environment. Teacher is one of the most important stockholder for integration of e-learning. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the perception of teachers' attitudes towards e-learning. In this study were analyzed 49 teachers teaching in 2 major faculties in University of Tetovo, in Macedonia. The results show that a significant number of teachers agree about the plan to blend the present teaching method with e-learning, on the other hand, a great number of teachers not agree to replace traditional teaching method with e-learning. The results show that the number that prefer using traditional teaching method is the same with those that not agree.  There is no any significant correlation between teacher' attitudes towards various e-learning according to gender and faculty. Results shows that teachers' attitudes have important role towards e-learning in teaching process. These results can be a good example for creation a platform or framework for the implementation of e-learning environment in the teaching and learning process on higher education. In addition, the results of the study can serve as an important factor for the improvement and development of the educational process supported by the use of technology, thus implementing an e-learning system in order to help and facilitate the students in their studies.

At present, Higher education sector in Egypt plays an important role. The exponential change in technology initiates improving its services. As a result of the increased pressure to improve competitiveness, and due to COVID19 circumstances, academic institutions are motivated to adopt a system perspective, elevating strategies towards achieving E-learning. This research is mainly targeting exploring practices of E-learning in higher education, its influence on enhancing the education process and in-house customers' satisfaction (students). There’s a dissimilarity between E-learning teaching and the traditional teaching, there are many debates. Creating effective E-learning environment has become a top priority for higher academic institutions. The parameters of the E-learning system effectiveness are not revealed. The main objective of this research is to find out whether the online teaching method compared to the traditional teaching method, in different colleges of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT); will achieve a higher quality level than that created using the traditional education approach in specific. The research aims at exploring students’ perceptions towards E-Learning teaching method & traditional teaching method concerning learning environment satisfaction, quality of achievements and performance. The research approaches adopted in this study includes executing an experimental study using a quasi-experiment design to direct the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime transport (AASTMT) to different knowledge bases in instruction technology. Moreover, the findings from this research would provide evidence and add to the body of knowledge in higher education. The methodology of the research is seeking to apply E-learning to manage development and improve performance, as a starting point to assess the effect of applying E-learning on enhancing the education process. This research is the first in higher education in Egypt to hold a comparison between teaching methods and study the effect of this combination of dimensions together and analyze the E-Learning teaching method effect on enhancing education and improving quality. Finally, the research will elaborate the problems faced to improve the E-Learning teaching method as a prerequisite for higher education since the beginning of COVID19 pandemic.

Higher Education is the climax of the process of providing knowledge, changing learners attitude and inculcating specialized skills in individuals preparatory to taking a life-long employment with intent to earning a living and equally contributing to national economic growth and development. The Teaching and learning process is cardinal to the realization of the educational objectives of any nation. The advent of information and communication technology has made teaching and learning easier and beyond the traditional face to face interaction between the teacher and the learner. E-learning basically involving the transfer of skills and knowledge through an electronic device aims at improving the teaching/learning process. In spite of the benefits of e-learning to both regular students and distance learners, e-learning has been fraught with some challenges in Africa. Therefore, this paper discusses some of the challenges facing e-learning in Africa particularly in the Nigerian higher education system. These among others are epileptic power supply, high cost of procurement of computer hardware, inadequate infrastructure, and resistance to change on the part of the instructors, inability of learners to make use of ICT infrastructure, inadequate skilled manpower ICT, and corruption of computer storage device through viruses. Effectively managing the identified challenges means that the government would have to ensure regular power supply, lecturers and learners should be trained in the use of ICT infrastructure, and the government should evolve viable ICT policy as well as control or subsidise the price of the s of ICT infrastructure to make it affordable for both lecturers and learners. Several teaching and learning methods, alternative to the traditional method of content transmission and reception, are being proposed and discussed by researchers, aiming to improve the professionals' formation. One of the methods being applied in various educational areas and at different levels of education is the Problem Based Learning (PBL). However, there is still not much evidence about the advantages and disadvantages of applying this method in the formative process of students in postgraduate courses. Consequently, the objective of this work is to evaluate the perception of postgraduate students of a Stricto Sensu course after experiencing the PBL method in their formative disciplines. Through the application of a questionnaire, the perceptions of students who used the PBL method and the traditional teaching method, respectively, were collected in two disciplines of the Interdisciplinary Master's Degree in Sustainability, from a private university in the state of São Paulo - Brazil. The results show the feeling at the beginning and during the learning process using PBL; the perception of the PBL when compared with the traditional teaching method; and the perception of specific skills developed with the PBL. Finally, it can be said that PBL is a teaching method with broad potential in the learning process of a postgraduate course, both for the possibility of building knowledge autonomously, and for the development of specific competences and skills related to postgraduate study and research activities.

Bina Nusantara University is a university with a rapid development of its e-learning system in the teaching-learning process and Chinese Department is one department using the e-learning system. This research was done to find out the role e-learning in improving the students’ interest in studying Chinese language. Data were collected by interviewing lecturers and distributing questionnaires to 120 students. Then, the data were tabulated and analysed. The result of the research shows that the respondents are familiar with Binusmaya – the e-learning system used – but they seldom use it because they do not think of its benefit. Thus, it can be concluded that Binusmaya does not both support the students of the Chinese Department in the teaching and learning process and in improving the students’ interest.

E-learning is an educational media that use ICT in the learning process. Nowadays, most of the higher education (universities) in Indonesia have integrated the learning process with e-learning systems. By using this system, learning can be done outside the classroom, anytime and anywhere. Based on the literature reviews, e-learning has many positive impacts on higher education components and its ecosystems, i.e., students, lecturers, higher education staff, and campus officials. Although it offers many advantages, similar to the information technology in general, e-learning systems are also vulnerable to security issues. Because, several security holes in the system can be penetrated easily by hackers, where the essential data contained in e-learning has high potential to be spoofed even modified by irresponsible parties. The security aspect of the e-learning system must be considered to minimize risks. Thus, the higher education can run their business as well. This paper aims to elaborate on the e-Learning system, opportunities, challenges, and several offered solutions on it. The research method used in this paper is literature studies from the latest references

SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Jakarta already has many learning systems that are applied in learning activities. The use of ICT in learning activities such as the use of internet networks, projector devices, local computers and networks. Basically, this system is sufficient to assist the teaching and learning process and in conducting school research (questionnaire). Teaching and learning is a process of relations between teachers and students. The questionnaire is a data collection technique by giving written and unwritten questions to get answers from respondents. However, these activities have not been realized in their development, such as using an Android-based learning system and questionnaire. In accordance with this explanation, an application is needed to assist the teaching and learning process and school research (questionnaire).
