AbstractShearch for information on graduates of Indonesian Language Study Programs a the Faculty of Language and Art. Paper. Library and Archives Information Study Program, Indonesia dan Regional Language and Literature Departement, Language and Art Faculty, Padang State University. In this paper we discuss the search for graduates of the UNP Language and Arts Faculty of Indonesia Language Study Program. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of Indonesia Education Study Program graduates and to know the competency and employment of these graduation. The research method approach used is a qualitatif method. Data was collected using questionnaires. The location of this study was carried out on the application or distributing questionnaires through social media. The object of the search was the Inodesian Language Education alumni who responded to 47 alumni. The data collection technique was by sharing questionnaires through WhatsApp media. Analyze the data used by using the google form application. First based on the results of the study, concluded the following matters. Graduates of the Indonesian Language Study program every year do not settle or go up and down, many respondents are among women with the dominant year of entry in 2014, the lenght of the waiting period for employment before graduation 1-3 months while their first job is < 3 months. The two Indonesian Language Education alumni are mostly looking for work through the internet, the level, and they work in the education sector, both private and obtain the first salary of RP. 1.000.000 and the first salary of Rp. 1.000.000- IDR 2.000.000.Keyword: search; education; alumni

 Abstract This study discusses the mastery of kanoukei in 2018 students of Japanese language study programs at Padang State University. The purpose of this study was to determine the kanoukei mastery of 2018 students entering the Japanese Language Study Program at Padang State University. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The population in this study were students entering 2018 Japanese Language Education Study Program, Padang State University, amounting to 62 people. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. The data of this study are the kanoukei mastery test scores for 2018 students entering the Japanese Language Study Program at Padang State University. Based on the results of the research carried out it can be concluded that the mastery of student kanoukei in 2018 in general is in the qualification "more than enough" with an average of 60.43

Abstract This study discusses the mastery of Shiekibun in 2017 students of Japanese language study programs at Padang State University. The purpose of this study was to determine the Shiekibun mastery of 2017 students entering the Japanese Language Study Program at Padang State University. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The population in this study were students entering 2017 Japanese Language Education Study Program, Padang State University, amounting to 56 people. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. The data of this study are the Shiekibun mastery test scores for 2017 students entering the Japanese Language Study Program at Padang State University. Based on the results of the research carried out it can be concluded that the mastery of student Shiekibun in 2017 in general is in the qualification "pretty good" with an average of 66.8

This study aims at determining the effectiveness of meaningfulness approach in enhancing students’ speaking skill at German Language Study Program, Faculty of Languages and Literature, State University of Makassar. This study used a Pre - Experimental Design, and applied one group pre-test - post-test design. The population was the fifth semester student years 2011-2012 at the German language education study program with the total sample was 64 students by using total sampling method. Inferential statistics analysis in form of t-test was used to test research hypothesis. The result of this study showed that t = 4,09 is higher than t- table (t table = 1,999) at the significance level 0.05 or 4 , 09 ≥ 1,999 . The result showed that the meaningfulness approach was effective in enhancing students’ speaking skill at German Language Study Program, Faculty of Languages and Literature, State University of Makassar.

Some time ago, Minister of Education and Culture (Mendikbud) Nadiem Makarim launched a program called "Merdeka Learning" aimed at Universities / Colleges which is also known as the Independent Campus. The discourse conveyed by the Minister of Education and Culture regarding the Merdeka Campus has four policies in the scope of higher education, namely (1) Opening of new study programs, in which this program provides autonomy for State (PTN) and Private Universities (PTS) to open or establish new study programs, (2) Higher education accreditation system, (3) Freedom for PTN Public Service Agency (BLU) and Work Unit (Satker) to become PTN Legal Entity (PTN BH), (4) Right for students to take courses outside the study program and changing the definition of the Semester Credit System (SKS). The purpose of this study was to determine how the Medan State University Student Response to the Discourse of the Merdeka Campus. The data collection technique used in this study used several methods including literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. This data analysis technique uses a qualitative descriptive method which is used to describe a situation that is currently running at the time the research is carried out and examines the causes of a particular symptom, then analyzed by conducting a conceptual examination of a statement so that the clarity of the meaning contained in the statement can be obtained. the. Where all the speakers know the discourse on an independent campus that has been conveyed by the Minister of Education and Culture some time ago, but from the results of the interviews conducted in more depth, five people only approved and three people did not approve of the independent campus.

Salah satu indikator keberhasilan pengajaran adalah mampu membawa siswa dapat berpikir kritis. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk dapat menumbuhkan pola berpikir kritis adalah pemberian pertanyaan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) tipe pertanyaan dosen dan mahasiswa, (2) dimensi kognisi yang terkandung dalam pertanyaan yang dibuat oleh dosen dan mahasiswa, dan (3) dimensi pengetahuan yang terkandung dalam pertanyaan dosen dan mahasiswa jenjang S-1 dan S-2 pada Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Data yang berupa pertanyaan-pertanyaan dikumpulkan dengan cara direkam dan dicatat. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah human instrumen dan indikator tuturan yang mengandung pertanyaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat ditarik tiga simpulan. Pertama, jenis pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen pada jenjang S-1 dan S-2 ada dua, yaitu pentanyaan konvergen dan pertanyaan divergen. Kedua, dimensi kognitif pertanyaan mahasiswa S-1 masih berada pada tingkat C2 dan C3, dengan tingkatan C2 lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan C3; sebaliknya pertanyaan dosen S-1 sudah banyak ke arah C3 dan sudah mulai ke C4. Yang berarti pertanyaan mahasiswa dan dosen S-2 sudah mengarah ke kongnisi tingkat tinggi. Ketiga, dimensi pengetahuan pertanyaan mahasiswa dan dosen S-1 mencakup pengetahuan konseptual dan prosedural, sedangkan dimensi pengetahuan pada pertanyaan mahasiswa dan dosen S-2 mencakup dimensi konseptual, prosedural, dan metakognitif, sebagian besar berada dalam dimensi pengetahuan prosedural yang berarti mahasiswa bergerak pada pola pikir yang lebih abstrak dan rumit.Kata Kunci: dimensi pertanyaan, dimensi pengetahuan, pembelajaran kelasDIMENSIONS OF LECTURER AND STUDENT QUESTIONS ON LEARNING IN CLASSAbstract One indicator of teaching success is being able to bring students to think critically. One way that can be done to be able to grow critical thinking patterns is giving good questions. This study aims to describe (1) the types of lecturer and student questions, (2) the dimensions of cognition contained in the questions made by lecturers and students, and (3) the dimensions of knowledge contained in the questions made by lecturers and students in the undergraduate and graduate in the Indonesian Language and Literacy Education Study Program of Yogyakarta State University. The data source of this research is the questions posed by lecturers and students in Indonesian language and literature study programs at the time of the class chase, both for bachelor and master degree programs. Data in the form of questions are collected by means of recorded and recorded. The instruments used in this study are human instruments and speech indicators that contain questions. Based on the results of data analysis three conclusions can be drawn. First, the types of questions posed by students and lecturers at the bachelor and master level are two, namely convergent questions and divergent questions. Second, the cognitive dimensions of S-1 student questions are still at levels C2 and C3, with higher C2 levels. compared to C3. On the other hand, there are many questions from the S-1 lecturer towards C3 and have started to C4. the question of students and S-2 lecturers who have led to a high-level technician. Third, knowledge on the questions of students and lecturers of S-1 covers conceptual and procedural knowledge, the knowledge on the questions of the S-2 students and lecturers included the conceptual, procedural, and metacognitive changes. Most are in the dimensions of procedural knowledge. That is, students move on a more abstract and complex mindset.Keywords: question dimension, knowledge dimension, classroom learning

In learning Japanese, understanding Japanese text is included in the Dokkai course. Dokkai is one of the compulsory courses that students of the Japanese language education study program, Padang State University, have to take for approximately 3 years or 6 semesters. The Japanese text does not use romaji letters, but uses 3 different types of letters, namely hiragana, katakana and kanji which make Japanese text difficult to understand. The large number of Japanese language education study program students in 2018 experienced difficulties in understanding Japanese language texts. The purpose of this study is to describe the difficulties of students in understanding Japanese text. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample used in the study was 39 students. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire and used a Likert scale formula. While the data analysis technique is descriptive with a percentage. The results of this study found the difficulties experienced by students, among others, the sub-indicator of kanji with a percentage of 74.35%. In the linguistic indicator, students have difficulty with the vocabulary sub-indicator with a percentage of 63.7%, sentence patterns with a percentage of 64% and meaning with a percentage of 61.7%. Then in the indicator of student spelling and sound patterns, only difficulty in the sub-indicator voicing/intonation in reading with a percentage of 63.6%.

ABSTRACT "Teacher's Expressive Speech Against Class VII Students in Indonesian Language Learning at SMP Negeri 1 Enam Lingkung, Padang Pariaman Regency". Essay. Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program. Indonesian Language and Literature Department and Regional Language and Art Faculty, Padang State University. The reason for this research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Enam Lingkung, Padang Pariaman Regency, grade VII, was the strategy of teacher's utterance on how students sometimes still use mixed code in their speech. The intended speech acts such as speech acts praise, blame, criticize, thank you, congratulate, and condolence. Data collection was carried out by the skillful free listening (SBLC) technique, recording, and recording. Data obtained from recordings are then transcribed into written language. Based on the data analysis conducted it can be concluded as follows. First, the results of this study indicate that Indonesian language teachers in class VII 1 of SMP Negeri 1 Enam Lingkung use four types of expressive speech acts, namely expressive speech acts praise, expressive blame speech acts, expressive speech acts criticize, and expressive speech acts to thank. Secondly, the strategy of speaking Indonesian language teachers in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Enam Lingkung, Padang Pariaman District, there are four, namely to speak frankly without further ado, to be forthright with pleasant politeness, to be forthright with small talk of negative politeness, and strategy berututr vaguely. The most dominant spoken strategy used by Indonesian teachers in class VII is the strategy of speaking honestly without further ado. Kata Kunci: Strategi, tindak tutur ekspresif

The purpose of this research is to find out the process of developing contextual lecturer modules based on contextual students of the Indonesian language and literature education study program STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau. The method used by the Research & Development (R&D) model of Dick & Carey with stages, 1) analysis of needs and goals; 2) learning analysis; 3) analysis of learning (students) and context; 4) formulating performance goals; 5) developing instruments; 6) develop learning strategies; 7) developing and choosing learning materials; 8) design and conduct formative evaluations; 9) make revisions; 10) summative evaluation. The results of the study, the percentage of small group trial questionnaire of 92.78% included in the very positive category. Large group trials based on a questionnaire given to students get a very positive response with a percentage of 91.15%, the results of the test of the ability of students after using the module module 10 subjects got very good grades with a score of 8-10 the percentage of 38.46% , as many as 8 people who scored 6.6 - 7.9 with a good category and a percentage of 30.77%, the number of students who get enough grades only 4 people with a score of 6 or only 15.38%, and students who score less as many as 4 people with a range of values ​​from 4.6 to 5.5 or by 15.38%. Conclusions, the development of contextual lecturer modules based on students' contextual study programs in Indonesian language and literature education in the category of very good and practical for students to use. BIPA is an abbreviation for Indonesian for Foreign Speakers. Precisely, Indonesian language skills learning programs, namely speaking, writing, reading, and listening to foreign speakers. In Japan, Indonesian is taught at universities, language schools and several high schools. In some universities Indonesian language can be learned as a second foreign language / language of choice after they learn English. In general, the material taught is only about language. However, there are several universities that have Indonesian Language Study Programs or Programs. The scope of teaching is broader. In addition to language, those who take the program can study the arts, culture, literature, religion, social, economics, and politics of Indonesia. Can I study Indonesian language in a department or study program that can be called BIPA? According to the author it is different from BIPA because BIPA is only limited to language learning. Indonesian (Malay) education in Japan began in the early 1900s in Tokyo. This article discusses the development of Indonesian language education in Japan from the past to the present.

The backgroundof this research is because are still many errors of using conjunctions in the papers of student of the Indonesia Language and Literature education study program STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. This study aims to describe the misuse of conjunctions found in the papers of students of the Indonesian Language and Literature education study program STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. This type of research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. The data source of this research is a paper writing scientific papers and discourse analysis of studens of Indonesian Language and Literature education study programs STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. The data in this study are errors using conjunctions in student papers. The results of data analisysis showed that in the papers written by students there were still many errors in their use. Errors of use of conjunctions obtained as many as four errors of use of conjunctions namely Pertema. Misuse of conjunctions and those placed at the beginning of sentences and excessive use of conjunctions and expressions are found in sentences. Secondly, errors in the use of conjunctions and those used at the beginning of a sentence and are not used to connect two languages in a sentence. Third, the use of conjunction errors students put the conjunction at the beginning of a sentence and is not used to connect the power between sentences. Fourth, mistakes in the use of conjunctions while those used at the beginning of a sentence, whereas this conjunction is used precisily in the middle of asentence and used to combine contradictory sentences. The most common use of conjunction errors in student papers is the use of conjunctions whereas, because many students use conjunctions while not in place ther efore the use of conjunctions used by students is declared wrong.
