The purposes of this study are to test the contribution of perceptions of school counselor about their task toward the performance of school counselor. This research used the quantitative approach with the descriptive-correlational method. The population was 303 school counselors and the sample consist of 169 people taken by Purposive Sampling technique. The instrument used was Performance of School Counselor Instrument with reliability score 0,861 and Perception about Tasks Instrument with reliability score 0,740. Data were analyzed using simple regression. The result of the research shows there is contribution (10,7%) of the perception of school counselor about their task toward the performance of school counselor in school

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran logo halal dan iklan media sosial Instagram terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen wanita yang menggunakan kosmetik Wardah di Bandar Lampung, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran logo halal, dan iklan media sosial Instagram berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun silmultan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik. Kehalalan dapat menjadi branding yang semakin kuat, jika didukung dengan promosi melalui media sosial, yang mampu menjangkau segmentasi pasar yang lebih luas terhadap produk lokal.   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Awareness of the Halal Logo and Instagram Social Media Ads on Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is female consumers who use Wardah cosmetics in Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. The data was obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results of this study explain that Awareness of the Halal Logo, and Instagram Social Media Ads significantly influence Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneous testing results showed that Halal Logo Awareness and Instagram Social Media Ads had a significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of store (mall) environment and money availability on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach whose data is obtained from the results of questionnaires. The sample in this study were 389 respondents taken based on purposive sampling technique which was included in non-probability sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the store (mall) environment has no effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, money availability has a positive and significant effect on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya.

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. Retribution for Rumah Susun (flats) is one of the local revenue potentials for Regional Original Income in Bandung Regency. The problem in this study is that the contribution of Rumah Susun retribution to local revenue from 2013 to 2017 has not reached the target. This study aims to determine and describe the amount of contribution of Rumah Susun retribution to local revenue.  The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with an associative type. The population in this study is data on the attainment of the target of Rumah Susun retribution and the realization of local revenue in Bandung Regency from 2013 to 2017. Meanwhile, the sampling of Rumah Susun retribution uses purposive sampling technique. The results partially reveal that the levy variable has a significant effect on local revenue and has a strong correlation between the two.

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) index between Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS)  and Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Provinsi (BAZNASPROV) in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with an independent sample t-test. The population in this study is the official website of LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV in Indonesia. Sample selection using purposive sampling technique with two criteria. The website have to be can accessed properly, furthermore LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV have been inaugurated for more than 2 years. The data used is secondary data. Data collection was obtained from the official websites of LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in the IFR index between LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV. Based on the four IFR components used, one and only component showed significant difference is technology used. However, the results obtained that between LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV still do not provide maximum on internet financial reporting yet.Keywords: Internet Financial Reporting, LAZNAS, BAZNASPROV

In the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, many companies are using social medias as one of their promotional tools, especially Instagram. The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of Instagram advertising and consumer perception on purchase intention in local building material stores. As this research is using a quantitative approach, the data are collected using questionnaires. The population of this research is the customers who have done several purchases and have followed the stores’ Instagram accounts. Out of the whole population, a number 100 respondents are selected through a purposive sampling technique. The collected data are processed using a SmartPLS program, with the results of no significant influence between Instagram advertising and purchase intention. However, the Instagram advertising has a significant influence on purchase intention through customer perception as the Instagram advertising has a significant influence on customer perception. Therefore, customer perception acts as the intervening variable in this research.

This study aims to analyze the outreach of sharia cooperatives in East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach using Tobit regression analysis techniques. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique and obtained 8 Islamic cooperatives that fit the criteria. The results of this study indicate that sharia cooperatives are in reaching poor people in East Java. Sharia cooperatives that have the highest coverage scores are BMT Mandiri Artha Syariah and BMT Al-Izzah Amanah Umat.Keywords: Sharia Cooperatives, outreach, BMT

The low awareness of verbal bullying hazard is caused by a low of empathy in individuals. Empathy therapy can be used to develop a sense of empathy, and it can raise awareness about verbal bullying hazard, thereby minimizing the tendency of verbal bullying. This study aims to see the effectiveness of empathy therapy for raised awareness of verbal bullying hazards. This research used a quantitative approach-quasi experimental (one group pretest-posttest design), with a purposive sampling technique, sample by six female participants between ages 17 and 19 in Gampong Paya Bujok Tunong. The instrument used in the research is the tendency scale of verbal bullying. The finding showed that there was a significant empathy therapy decreasing the tendency of verbal bullying.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, capital structure, and investment decisions on firm value. A research approach is a quantitative approach. The study population was taken from financial sector companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017, namely from a total of 87 companies, 39 companies were taken. The sample applies the purposive sampling technique. The research successfully proves that profitability, leverage, liquidity, capital structure, and investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Partially, the research results are only profitability which has a positive and significant effect on firm value. So that the Adj obtained. Failure to make a continuous profit will hamper the company's development and this can lead to bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is usually marked by financial distress. Companies that are not able to overcome financial difficulties and problems are getting protracted, then the company will go bankrupt. One way to predict bankruptcy is by using discriminant analysis. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is documentation. The population in this study were Textile & Garment companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2018. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 8 companies with a potential bankruptcy and 10 companies for 3 years of observation. The results showed that of the 2 financial ratios used Quick Ratio (QR) and Return On Asset (ROA), only the Quick Ratio (QR) ratio proved significant to be able to distinguish bankrupt and non-bankrupt companies. By using discriminant analysis. The dominant variable informing the discriminant function is the Quick Ratio (QR).
