This study aims to analyze the outreach of sharia cooperatives in East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach using Tobit regression analysis techniques. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique and obtained 8 Islamic cooperatives that fit the criteria. The results of this study indicate that sharia cooperatives are in reaching poor people in East Java. Sharia cooperatives that have the highest coverage scores are BMT Mandiri Artha Syariah and BMT Al-Izzah Amanah Umat.Keywords: Sharia Cooperatives, outreach, BMT

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling on consumers who have bought Sapa Kopi products through the Grabfood application. This research aims to analyze the influence of education level, income and consumption on the number of poor people in the east java province partially and simultaneously. The population of this research is poor people in east java province from the year 2009-2013. The technique of sampling applies purposive sampling. Furthermore, the method of data collection uses method of documentation while the method of data analysis is regression analysis techniques of panel data. The result of data analysis shows that in partial the education level does not influence significantly to the number of poor people of east java. However, the income and consumption influence significantly to the number of poor people of east java. The purpose of this study is to empirically assess the principle of transparency, accountability, accountability, independence and fairness/equality. This research was conducted at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Sewaka Darma with a quantitative approach that is in the form of associative. This research uses primary data of secondary data. A population of 340 employees and samples were selected using the purposive sampling technique of 56 employees. Data analysis techniques are double linear regression. Based on the results shows that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness/equality influence positive and significant to the quality of financial information. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of: 1) work motivation on dual-role stress; 2) spouse supports on dual-role stress; 3) spouse supports on marriage contentment; and 4) dual-role stress on marriage contentment among career women. A quantitative approach was used as a method of this study. Thirty employees of Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) Makassar branch were recruited as participants and were chose based on purposive sampling technique. Four scale instruments were used to collect data while regression analysis of SPSS windows 14.00 program was employed to analyse the data. The study found that work motivation (r=0,436) and spouse supports (r=0,745) have negative effects on dual-role stress among career women, while spouse supports  have positive effect on marriage contentment among career women (r=0,645). However, dual-role stress has negative effects on career women’s marriage contement (r=0,429). Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efek dari: 1) motivasi kerja pada stres konflik peran ganda; 2) dukunga pasangan pada stres konflik peran ganda; 3) dukungan pasangan pada kepuasan pernikahan; dan 4) stres konflik peran ganda  pada kepuasan  pernikahan pada wanita karir. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian ini. Tiga puluh karyawan Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) cabang Makassar direkrut sebagai peserta dan dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling.Empat instrumen skala digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dan  analisis regresi dari program SPSS 14,00  for windows digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Studi ini menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja (r= 0.436) dan dukungan pasangan (r= 0,745) memiliki efek negatif pada stres konflik peran ganda di kalangan wanita karier, sedangkan dukungan pasangan memiliki efek positif pada kepuasan pernikahan pada wanita karir (r = 0.645). Namun, stres konflik peran ganda memiliki efek negatif pada kepuasan pernikahan pada wanita karir (r = 0,429).

This study aims to determine the effect of the Shopee discount program on the purchase interest of Shopee application users. The study population was the community in the neighborhood RT03 RW024 Perumahan Villa Gading Harapan, Bekasi. The theory used is the marketing mix theory, discount theory, and purchase interest. In this study, the authors of a questionnaire to 48 Shopee applications who live in the residential area of Villa Gading Harapan, Bekasi. The questionnaire was distributed via a Google form. Data analysis techniques use resistance test, regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. From the results of questionnaire data processing assisted by the SPSS program, it was found that the program had (moderate) effect on the purchase interest of Shopee user applications. And each discount variable has a percentage of 50% which indicates that there is an effect of the discount program from Shopee.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengentahui pengaruh program diskon Shopee terhadap minat beli pengguna aplikasi Shopee. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di lingkungan RT03 RW024 Perumahan Villa Gading Harapan, Bekasi. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori bauran pemasaran, teori diskon, dan minat beli. Pada penelitian ini penulis menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 48 orang pengguna aplikasi Shopee yang berdomisili di lingkungan Perumahan Villa Gading Harapan, Bekasi. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui Google form. Teknik analisa data mengguanakan uji korelasi, uji analisis regresi,dan uji hipotesis. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari hasil pengolahan data kuesioner yang dibantu dengan program SPSS didapatkan hasil bahwa ternyata program diskon berpengaruh (sedang) terhadap minat beli pengguna aplikasi Shopee. Dan di setiap variabel diskon memiliki presentase sebesar 50% yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh program diskon dari Shopee.

ABSTRACT This study aims to know the work ethic of Muslim Traders in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City in managing their business and know the effect of Islamic work ethic on increasing the economic prosperity of Muslim Traders in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City. The type of this study was descriptive quantitative with 30 people of sample using purposive sampling technique and likert scale technique to measure the respondent opinions through the distributed questionnaires. The data analysis techniques of this study included simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 application by conducting validation and reability tests on the data and classical assumption tests, namely p-plot normality test and multicollinearity test. The results showed that Muslim Traders especially Vegetable Traders and Fish Traders in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City had a high Islamic work ethic in business. The work ethic had a positive and significant impact on increasing the economic prosperity of Muslim Traders in Makassar City.  Keywords: Work Ethic, Muslim Traders, Economic Prosperity     ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui etos kerja pedagang muslim di kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar dalam mengelola usahanya serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja Islami  terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan pedagang muslim di Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif Adapun sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Peneliti mengunakan teknik skala likert untuk mengukur pendapat responden melalui kuisioner yang dibagikan. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23, dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji validasi dan reliabilitas terhadap data yang digunakan serta uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas p-plot dan uji multikolonieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pedagang muslim khususnya pedagang sayur dan pedagang ikan di kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar memiliki etos kerja Islami yang tinggi dalam menjalankan usahanya. Dan etos kerja Islami berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi pedagang muslim di Kota Makassar.  Kata Kunci: Etos Kerja, Pedagang Muslim, Kesejahteraan Ekonomi

This research aims to determine the contribution of the intensity of playing online games and the supervision of both working parents towards the child's religiosity in MAN 2 Probolinggo. There were 100 students of MAN 2 Probolinggo used as the samples. This study used purposive sampling technique with some criteria. In testing the hypothesis, the researcher utilized regression analysis techniques. The method of data collection was through questionnaires given to respondents. Based on the results of data analysis using logistic regression, it can be seen that the partial influence of the intensity of playing online games showed significance value of 0.000, which was smaller than 0.05, and the supervision of both working parents generated its significance value of 0.000 (smaller than 0.05) towards the religiosity of the child. These results indicate that there is influence of the intensity of playing online games and the supervision of both working parents towards the religiosity of the child in MAN 2 Probolinggo.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran logo halal dan iklan media sosial Instagram terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen wanita yang menggunakan kosmetik Wardah di Bandar Lampung, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran logo halal, dan iklan media sosial Instagram berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun silmultan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik. Kehalalan dapat menjadi branding yang semakin kuat, jika didukung dengan promosi melalui media sosial, yang mampu menjangkau segmentasi pasar yang lebih luas terhadap produk lokal.   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Awareness of the Halal Logo and Instagram Social Media Ads on Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is female consumers who use Wardah cosmetics in Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. The data was obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results of this study explain that Awareness of the Halal Logo, and Instagram Social Media Ads significantly influence Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneous testing results showed that Halal Logo Awareness and Instagram Social Media Ads had a significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of store (mall) environment and money availability on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach whose data is obtained from the results of questionnaires. The sample in this study were 389 respondents taken based on purposive sampling technique which was included in non-probability sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the store (mall) environment has no effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, money availability has a positive and significant effect on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya.

Purpose Effectively evaluating the efficiency of individual e-markets for better understanding the efficiency-oriented critical drivers for individual e-markets is of great significance to the development of electronic business. The purpose of this paper is to develop an approach through adequately integrating data envelopment analysis (DEA) and bootstrapped Tobit regression analysis for identifying the efficiency-oriented critical drivers on the development of e-market in electronic business. Design/methodology/approach A review of the related literature is conducted for adequately formulating the e-market evaluation problem. DEA is appropriately used for assessing the efficiency of available e-markets, leading to the identification of the efficient e-market. Tobit regression analysis is then employed to examine the outcome of the DEA analysis for identifying the efficiency-oriented critical drivers in the development of e-markets in electronic business. Findings A better understanding of the operations of individual e-markets with respect to their overall efficiency in electronic business can be achieved with the use of the developed approach. Such understanding is built on the identification of the efficiency-oriented critical drivers on the development of e-market in electronic business. Originality/value This paper develops a novel approach for better understanding of the operations of individual e-markets with respect to their overall efficiency in electronic business. The adoption of this approach helps existing e-markets improve their efficiency by focussing on the efficiency-oriented critical drivers and provide new players in e-markets with guidelines for developing their efficient e-markets.
