Failure to make a continuous profit will hamper the company's development and this can lead to bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is usually marked by financial distress. Companies that are not able to overcome financial difficulties and problems are getting protracted, then the company will go bankrupt. One way to predict bankruptcy is by using discriminant analysis. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is documentation. The population in this study were Textile & Garment companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2018. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 8 companies with a potential bankruptcy and 10 companies for 3 years of observation. The results showed that of the 2 financial ratios used Quick Ratio (QR) and Return On Asset (ROA), only the Quick Ratio (QR) ratio proved significant to be able to distinguish bankrupt and non-bankrupt companies. By using discriminant analysis. The dominant variable informing the discriminant function is the Quick Ratio (QR).

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) index between Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS)  and Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Provinsi (BAZNASPROV) in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with an independent sample t-test. The population in this study is the official website of LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV in Indonesia. Sample selection using purposive sampling technique with two criteria. The website have to be can accessed properly, furthermore LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV have been inaugurated for more than 2 years. The data used is secondary data. Data collection was obtained from the official websites of LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in the IFR index between LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV. Based on the four IFR components used, one and only component showed significant difference is technology used. However, the results obtained that between LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV still do not provide maximum on internet financial reporting yet.Keywords: Internet Financial Reporting, LAZNAS, BAZNASPROV

The Purpose of the research is to determine the effect of fairness compensation on organizational commitment. Fairness of compensation is indicated by salary, incentives, bonuses, benefits, insurance and pension guarantees. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was nurses in one hospital at  Semarang City. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique is purposive sampling obtained 81 samples. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The research indicate that: 1) Salary has no significant effect on organizational commitment, 2). Incentives have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 3). bonuses have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. 4). Allowances have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 5). Insurance has no significant effect on organizational commitment. 6). Pension insurance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Shopee is one of the consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce sites in Indonesia. Shopee often collaborates with domestic and international celebrities to become brand ambassadors, one of which is Cristiano Ronaldo. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo on Shopee brand awareness. The sample in this study were 400 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression through SPSS staticstic 24 software. The findings of this study are that there is an influence between the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo to Shopee's brand awareness of 3.3%. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo has a significant and positive effect on Shopee brand awareness.Keywords: Attraction, Brand Awareness, Shopee.

<p align="justify">The objectives of this study were determining the effect of tangibles, empathy, and assurance on the decision to buy at PT Raden auto, Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection techniques using questionnaires. The populations used in this study are the consumer at PT. Raden Auto Jakarta, while the sample using purposive sampling technique, which determines the sample by chance, in order to obtain the total sample of 100 people. The results showed that the tangibles, empathy, and assurance were predicted by decision to buy. In other words, learning strategies has been a role in increasing tangibles, empathy, and assurance customers in the PT Raden Auto, Jakarta. The results proved that decision to buy was simultaneous affected by tangible, empathy, and asssurance.</p>

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand awareness and brand experience on the brand preferences of Vitalis perfume in Tadulako University. The type of this research is explanatory. The population in this study focuses on students that consume Vitalis perfume in Tadulako University. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 90 respondents. Data collection method is questionnaires. Method of analysis is path analysis. The results of the test show that brand awareness and brand experience have positive and significant influence on brand preference of Vitalis perfume in Tadulako University. Brand experience has positive and significant influence on brand preference of Vitalis perfume in Tadulako University. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran merek dan pengalaman merek terhadap preferensi merek pada produk parfum merek Vitalis di Universitas Tadulako. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatory research (penelitian penjelasan). Populasi dalam penelitian ini dikhususkan pada mahasiswi pengguna parfum merek Vitalis di Universitas Tadulako. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesadaran merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi merek pada produk parfum merek Vitalis di Universitas Tadulako, dan Variabel pengalaman merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi merek pada produk parfum merek Vitalis di Universitas Tadulako.

Islamic Rural Bank is intermediary institution that collect and distribute the fund in financing. BPRS management hope that every operational activities always shows good performance in order to obtain optimal benefit. One of the way to measure performance is calculating financial ratios. The purpose of this research to know the effect of CAR, NPF, FDR, and OER on ROA in industry of Islamic Rural Bank period January 2009 until May 2014 in partial and simultaneous. This research method used quantitative approach. Sample of this research was based on monthly period, so there were 65 months/samples. Sampling technique used purposive sampling. All data taken from Sharia Islamic Statistic. Analyze technique used multiple regression.The results of this research showed that in simultaneous, CAR, NPF, FDR, and OER had significant effect on ROA. In partial, CAR, NPF, and FDR had not significant effect on ROA, beside OER had significant effect on ROA.

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic work ethics on employee loyalty at Nurul Hayat Foundation in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires to employees of Nurul Hayat Surabaya. The analysis technique used is SEM PLS by conducting a non-probability sampling technique used in sampling in this study, namely the purposive sampling technique. The high interest of Grab users can be seen from the success of a UX Writer in creating User Experience. User Experience assesses how satisfied someone is with products, systems and services. This research has a purpose to find out the effect of UX Writing that has been done by the UX Writer in Grab application to the User Experience. The theories that are used such as Brand, Branding, User Experience, and UX Writing. The method that is used is quantitative research with the survey method. The sampling technique that is used by the authors is the Non-probability Sampling with the Purposive Sampling. The total of samples is 100 respondents. Data collection method that is used is a questionnaire of Google forms that are distributed directly or online. The research phase was carried out by using a pre-test to 30 respondents, then doing a post-test to 100 respondents. The results of data processing indicate that there is an influence of the UX Writing (X) on the User Experience (Y). The most influential dimension on UX Writing (X) is visual, while the most influential dimension on User Experience (Y) is branding. Tingginya minat pengguna Grab terlihat dari keberhasilan seorang UX Writer dalam menciptakan User Experience. User Experience menilai seberapa puas seseorang terhadap produk, sistem, dan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari UX Writing yang dilakukan oleh UX Writer aplikasi Grab terhadap User Experience kepada pengguna aplikasi Grab. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Brand, Branding, User Experience, dan UX Writing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Non-probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Purposive Sampling. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menetapkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Tahap penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan pre-test kepada 30 responden, kemudian melakukan post-test kepada 100 responden. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari variabel UX Writing (X) terhadap variabel User Experience (Y) pada pengguna aplikasi Grab. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh pada variabel UX Writing (X) adalah visual, sedangkan dimensi yang paling berpengaruh pada variabel User Experience (Y) adalah branding.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to anticipate the occurrence of corporate financial difficulties, and to determine the effect of operating capacity, leverage, and profitability on financial distress in goods and consumption industry companies The population in this study used goods and consumption industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018, using purpose sampling data collection techniques, the sample in this study were 44 companies with a period of 4 years. The results of this study prove that simultaneously operating capacity, leverage and profitability significantly influence financial distress. While partially operating capacity and leverage does not affect financial distress, while profitability peroxided with return on equity has an influence on financial distress. Keywords; Financial Distress, Operating Capacity, Leverage, Profitability, Return on Equity Abstrak: Tujuan daripada penelitian ini untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya kesulitan keuangan perusahaan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh operating capacity, leverage, dan profitabilitas terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan industri barang dan konsumsi. Populasi yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan industri barang dan konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2018, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data purposive sampling, sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 44 perusahaan dengan periode 4 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara simultan operatimg capacity, leverage dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Sedangkan secara parsial operating capacity dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress, sedankan profitabilitas yang diproksi kan dengan return on equity memiliki pengaruh terhadap financial distress. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the love of money and Machiavellian on the unethical perceptions of accounting students both partially and simultaneously. Respondents in this study were active students majoring in accounting at State Polytechnic of Malang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 321 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire containing 58 questions related to the love of money, Machiavellian, and unethical perception. The results of the study prove that the love of money has a significant and positive effect on the unethical behavior of accounting students. Machiavellian has a significant and positive effect on the unethical behavior of accounting students. Simultaneously the love of money and Machiavellian have a significant and positive effect on the unethical behavior of accounting students.
