The use of E-Learning applications is currently very much needed in overcoming gaps in face-to-face lectures along with technological developments and learning gaps during the pandemic. This study aims to develop an Android-based ISpring Suite 8.0 learning application for Mechanical Engineering Education Students as one of the E-Learning facilities in the Learning Outcomes Assessment course. In addition, this study aims to determine the feasibility of applications and student perceptions of the applications being developed. This study uses research and development methods. The results of the feasibility test data for the learning application from media experts can be obtained by a percentage of the feasibility of 91.4% in the very feasible category, for the results from material experts of 76.9% in the feasible category, for the results of the respondent's assessment of the product trial by 86% in the category. very feasible, and the results of the respondents' assessment on the usage test were 83.8% in the very feasible category. In addition, students' perceptions and expectations of the Mobile Learning application in the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program amounted to 80%. Based on the criteria of Steer (1993), thus, the level of satisfaction is between (80% - 100%) which means high satisfaction, so the quality of the Mobile Learning application is perceived by users to achieve high satisfaction.

This community service aimed to equip participants with the skills needed in entrepreneurial ability. By transferring the knowledge for students in the Building Engineering Education Study Program, it was expected that the participants will be more skilled in carrying out planning, supervision, and construction implementation. The module provided the skill on preparation of the bill of quantity for building construction. The community service was held in the Building Engineering Education Study Program FKIP UPR from August 2019 to November 2019. The training methods used were lectures with presentation techniques, guided hands-on practice and evaluation. The output were an increase in participant skills, training module, final report and publication in scientific journals. Activities run smoothly, participants were present according to the target. The participants were able to (1) knowing the initial concept of forming and compiling bill of quantity. (2) analyzing the quantity; (3) calculating the number of labor and material needs based on Permenkeu and Indonesian Standard, (4) Participants are able to use Microsoft Excel as a tool in making the bill of quantity.

This study aims to develop Jobsheet for concrete stone practices in Building Engineering Education as an effort to improve Student Competency Standards.             This research is a Research & Development (R & D) research with a 4D (four-D) development research model. This research is basically carried out through four main stages, namely the process of defining (planning), the planning process (design), the process of development (develop), and the process of dissemination (disseminate). However, research only reaches the stage of the develop process. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool to test the feasibility of jobsheets through the validation of material experts and instrument development experts. The results showed that: Jobsheet Development of Concrete Stone Practice According to Indonesian National Work Competency Standards in the Building Engineering Education Study Program can already be implemented, based on the results of validations conducted by Jobsheet experts. Jobsheet validation results show a number above >81% thus the Jobsheet can be said to be very suitable to be used on the Jobsheet for concrete stone practice courses.

This study is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, the research subjects as many as 131 students from 7 different skill program classes in class XII SMK N 1 Palangka Raya. The questionnaire uses a likert scale and is created in the form of a Google form, then distributed online to students. After that, the data is analyzed using the achievement degree formula (DP) and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the average percentage of interest of students of SMK N 1 Palangka Raya towards the selection of Program Building Engineering Education Study of Palangka Raya University amounted to 72.67% and belonged to the category of quite in demand. While the factors that affect the interest of students of SMK N 1 Palangka Raya continue their studies in the Building Engineering Education Study Program of The University of Palangka Raya, namely self-motivation factors, opportunity factors, social environmental factors and institutional factors are simultaneously indicated with a significance value of less than 0.05 and Fcalculated greater than Ftable (41,898 > 2.44). The most partially significant factor is the institutional factor with tcalculated value greater than the ttable value (7.605 > 1.97897). This research can be developed again, considering that only 55.7% of the free variables discussed in this study are able to explain bound variables,in addition this study can be used as an evaluation material on improving the promotion of PTB UPR Study Program
