The use of E-Learning applications is currently very much needed in overcoming gaps in face-to-face lectures along with technological developments and learning gaps during the pandemic. This study aims to develop an Android-based ISpring Suite 8.0 learning application for Mechanical Engineering Education Students as one of the E-Learning facilities in the Learning Outcomes Assessment course. In addition, this study aims to determine the feasibility of applications and student perceptions of the applications being developed. This study uses research and development methods. The results of the feasibility test data for the learning application from media experts can be obtained by a percentage of the feasibility of 91.4% in the very feasible category, for the results from material experts of 76.9% in the feasible category, for the results of the respondent's assessment of the product trial by 86% in the category. very feasible, and the results of the respondents' assessment on the usage test were 83.8% in the very feasible category. In addition, students' perceptions and expectations of the Mobile Learning application in the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program amounted to 80%. Based on the criteria of Steer (1993), thus, the level of satisfaction is between (80% - 100%) which means high satisfaction, so the quality of the Mobile Learning application is perceived by users to achieve high satisfaction.

Abstack – This research is about Student Perception of Building Engineering Education  Study Program on the Use of E-learning. The background of this study is the results of the author's research with students of the Building Engineering Education Study Program in lectures using e-learning, it can be concluded that students have not used e-learning in the lecturing process. This study aims to determine student perceptions of the use of e-learning. The population of this research is the students of Building Engineering Education Study Program who use e-learning in the lecture process in the January-June 2019 semester, amounting to 137 students and a sample of 55 students. The research data was collected through a questionnaire given to students who were selected as research samples to know student’s perceptions of the use of e-learning. Based on the results of the research carried out it can be concluded that the results of the study show that perceptions of students of the Building Engineering Education Study Program on the use of e-learning amounted to 72.26%, the category is quite good, it can be concluded that students who use e-learning have a fairly good perception in the lecture process. Keywords: Perception, E-learning

Mobile learning can be identified as the next stage in the development of e-learning. In this regard, <strong>the purpose of this paper</strong> is to propose a model for mobile learning integration in higher education which is based on analysis of students’ expectations. То achieve this goal, a survey has been conducted among students enrolled in programs in the field of information and communication technologies. The analysis of the collected data shows that students have mobile devices, which they use not only for communication on social networks, but also for education. In addition, their expectations regarding mobile learning have been identified taking into account their study program and their previous experience with an e-learning platform.

The integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the learning process developed into a fight trought various designs and strategies which can be grouped into (1) E-learning as a learning form system that utilizes electronic devices and digital media,  and (2) Mobile learning (M-learning)  as a particular learning form to utilize mobile communication devices and information technology. The rapid development of mobile devices, relatively easy operation,  and more affordable prices,  is supporting factors in the widespread use of mobile learning into a new alternative of learning media. Those conditions encourage the learning paradigm that can be done anytime and anywhere.  The purpose of research to be achieved is to develop the design of the android camera based simulator software model as a learning media in cinematography lesson study program of educational technology FIP Unnes.  This research method refers to the research and development strategy proposed by Borg and Gall (in Sukmadinata,  2016) with some modifications that have been developed by Sukmadinata.  The research procedure used in the study focusing on the development stages of application design model.  The steps includes the following steps (1) model development (product design), (2) design validation, (3) design revisions. The results of research on the development of video camera simulator model can be concluded that the application of android based video camera in the process of validation by media experts obtained the results of software engineering aspects obtained 92 scores with very good category, while the visual communication design aspect scored 84, also with very good category. As for the material experts, validation on aspects of learning design got score 85 with very good category as well. Based on the validation results of media experts and materials experts, the application of this androdi-based video camera simulator is improved according to the records of media experts and material experts. Before used in the next research process should this application really well prepared, so the results obtained in accordance with the expected AbstrakPengintegrasian teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam proses pembelajaran terus berkembang dengan berbagai pola dan strategi, yang dapat dikelompokkan menjadi (1) sistem e-Learning sebagai bentuk pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan perangkat elektronik dan media digital, dan (2) mobile learning (m-learning) sebagai bentuk pembelajaran yang khusus memanfaatkan perangkat dan teknologi komunikasi bergerak. Perkembangan perangkat mobile yang begitu pesat, operasional yang relatif mudah, dan harga yang semakin terjangkau, merupakan faktor pendorong semakin meluasnya penggunaan mobile learning menjadi alternatif baru media pembelajaran. Kondisi tersebut mendorong terbentuknya paradigma pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah mengembangkan desain model Aplikasi Simulator Kamera Video Berbasis Android sebagai media pembelajaran mata kuliah sinematografi pembelajaran prodi Teknologi Pendidikan FIP Unnes. Metode penelitian ini mengacu pada strategi penelitian dan pengembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Borg dan Gall (dalam Sukmadinata, 2016) dengan beberapa modifikasi yang telah dikembangkan oleh Sukmadinata. The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the correlation between the learning achievement in Microteaching and the preparedness to become teachers of the students of the Mechanical Engineering Education of the Class of 2012; (2) the correlation between the learning achievement in Field Experience Program (PPL) and the preparedness to become teachers; (3) the correlation of the learning achievements in Microteaching and PPL to the preparedness to be teachers. Its population was all of the students as many as 69 of the Mechanical Engineering Education, the Class of 2012. The number of the samples of research was determined by using the simple random sampling technique. They consisted of 58 students. The data of research were collected through documentation for the variables of learning achievements in Microteaching and PPL and questionnaire for the variable of preparedness to become teachers. The data of research were analyzed by using the partial correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis at the significance level of 5%. The results of research show that (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between the learning achievement in Microteaching and the preparedness to become teachers; (2) there is a positive and significant correlation between the learning achievement in PPL and the preparedness to become teachers; and (3) there is a positive and significant correlation of the learning achievements in Microteaching and PPL to the preparedness to become teachers.

This study aims to developing interactive multimedia using Macromedia Flash and science approach for Engineering Materials courses in study program of Mechanical Engineering Education, Universitas Sriwijaya. The Macromedia flash was used because run easily on a computer or laptop without supporting applications (user friendly). While science approach was used because Engineering Material course are science based. The development of interactive multimedia was used the Rowntree method. The Rowntree method has three stage: planning; development and evaluation. Based on results, interactive multimedia using Macromedia flash and science approach are valid with percentage of 83% for multimedia and 75.58% for matters, practice with percentage in small group test of 86%, and effective with percentage in field test of 100%. Thus, the interactive multimedia that has been developed is recommended for use in study program of Mechanical Engineering Education, Universitas Sriwijaya.
