Teachers have an important role in education. To support it, teachers should have good profess sionalism especially in writing articles. In fact, many teachers are not proficient in writing articles because they do not have enough knowledge about it. Teachers need such training for increasing their experience in writing. After that, the progress will be seen. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The data in this research is quantitative data. The type of data is the primary data. A data collection technique in this study is questionnaires. Data processing techniques used include editing, coding, tabulation, and scoring. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis percentage. After doing the training, the teachers have more knowledge and interest of writing articles.

The people of Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra have a tradition, namely the tradition of khatam Qur'an children. This tradition is a celebration / gratitude for the success of children in completing their recitation of the Koran (khatam). Usually this activity is held once a year, to be precise during school holidays. This tradition is a tradition that is ingrained in the life of the Tilatang Kamang community. This Quranic tradition of khatam is also found in several other areas in Minangkabau, but each region has its own uniqueness. In Tilatang Kamang this ceremony is enlivened by barracks around the village, the aim is to inform the crowd that there are several children in this area who have successfully finished reading the Qur'an (finished their studies) and can read the Koran properly and correctly. . The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winners of the khatam participants in the recitation of the Qur'an. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection technique was done by interview and observation, while the data analysis technique used data reduction, reflection, and conclusion. The results of this study illustrate that the Khatam Qur'an ceremony has become a tradition for the Tilatang Kamang community of the Agam Regency for children who have completed their studies and also as one of the requirements for children to continue their education to a higher level.

This study aims to improve children's creativity in learning dance through learning strategies while playing in Sa'adatul Khidmah Islamic Kindergarten in Jambi City. This study is a classroom action research. The design of this study refers to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models, covering planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were children in group B, Islamic Kindergarten Sa'adatul Khidmah Kota Jambi, which amounted to 16 children, consisting of 8 boys and 8 girls. The collaborator of this research is the Sa'adatul Khidmah Islamic Kindergarten Dance Teacher in Jambi City. The data collection technique used is observation. The research instruments are observation sheets and diaries. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis both quantitative and qualitative. The results of the study show that children's creativity can be improved after being given action through play-learning strategies that are applied to dance learning. The results of the observation before the action showed that the average score of creativity obtained by the child was 57.9. There are two aspects of undeveloped creativity, namely originality and elaboration. In the first cycle the average score of creativity increased to 85.83 and all aspects of creativity have developed but there are two aspects whose development has not been optimal, namely flexibility and elaboration. In the second cycle the score of creativity increased to 96.66 on average and all aspects of creativity had grown optimally. The implication of this study is that the teacher will implement a learning strategy while playing to improve children's creativity in dance learning.

This article analyzes the function of imperative sentences contained in the "The Captain" movie by applying Zhang's theory of imperative sentence function. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research methods. The data source in this research is the 2019 China movie“The Captain” (中国机长 Zhōngguó Jīzhǎng). The data are imperative words and sentences in the movie. The data collection technique used was the observation and note technique according to Mahsun, then used the data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. Researchers found 281 imperative sentences in "The Captain" movie and analyzes the imperative function. The most widely used imperative function is the commanding function, which is 80 sentences. Meanwhile, the least function used was threatening function only 1 sentence. The commanding function is more dominant than other functions and found in the conversations between officers to passengers, flight attendants to passengers, communication between officers and others. The commanding function is also mostly found in the officer’s conversations, especially when they were facing an emergency situation. Meanwhile, the words used by the officers, flight attendants and the captain wereshowing respect and courtesy. So that the threathening function was less found in this movie. There are no requesting and begging functions because this movie tells about the incident of the Sichuan flight 8633, including the service of the aircraft officers and the confidence of the officers in facing the emergency situation at that time.

This research was conducted at the Padang Public Prosecutor's Office to describe archival management in the administration of state administration in the Padang District Attorney's office. The data collection technique was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball techniques, which means that data collection was carried out based on direct field results taken from interviews until the data obtained was saturated at the Padang District Attorney's office. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, which is to provide a comprehensive overview of the research. With the various methods used, it is hoped that this research can provide a clear and precise description of the data and problems that exist later. Archival management at the prosecutor's office has been carried out quite well, but the facilities and infrastructure are still simple and there are no archivist employees. However, the Padang District Attorney's office is trying to fix the problems of archival management with the attention of the leadership to the employees who manage the archives, adding facilities and infrastructure for archiving and as soon as possible to destroy archives that are no longer in use.

This article is part of a research on Indonesian literature in East Java which is studied  from the perspective of local psychology. This study aims to explore local Javanese women in Indonesian literature. The research method used in this research is qualitative which leads to literature. The data collection technique was carried out in a documentative manner. The data analysis technique was carried out through the stages of identification, sorting, and exposure. The results showed that local Javanese women appeared in two segmentations, namely (1) Javanese local women as mother figures, having empathetic and patient behavior and (2) Javanese local women as child figures who had filial and patient behavior. This research shows that the local psychology of Javanese women that appears in literature leads to the psychology of eastern women which tends to strengthen intuition and ethical psychology.

This research aims to develop media in arabic learning by using SparkolVideoscribe in order to make the learning process more effective and interesting.The research method used descriptive quantitative research. The type of research is research and development (R&D).Data collection technique was carried out using interviews and questionnaires while the data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive statistics. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effect of the type of hypnosis and the level of mental toughness on the concentration of futsal athletes. This research method is experimental. Types of hypnotherapy that are done are hypnosis and self-hypnosis. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the variable measured mental toughness was low and a little low using, questionnaire and hypnotherapy treatment with 6 meetings with a duration of 30-60 minutes, grouping the level of mental toughness was obtained after pretesting the results of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique was two way anava  with SPSS 16. The subjects of the research were 16 male futsal athletes. The significance level is 0.05. The results showed that there were differences in the effect of hypnosis and self-hypnosis on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.013, meaning that there was an effect. There is no difference in the effect of low and rather low mental toughness on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.130 means there is no effect. There is no interaction between mental toughness and hypnotherapy on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.635 means mental toughness and hypnotherapy do not interact. The conclusions of the study are getting the differences in the treatment of hypnosis and self-hypnosis, knowing the differences in the effect of mental toughness, and knowing the interaction between hypnotherapy and mental toughness. The advice is that athletes have good mental toughness and self-control, believe in their own abilities. Coaches support athletes by providing coaching that can improve mental toughness and concentration. PENGARUH JENIS HIPNOTERAPI DAN TINGKAT KETANGGUHAN MENTAL TERHADAP KONSENTRASI ATLET FUTSAL  AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh jenis hipnosis dan tingkat  ketangguhan mental terhadap konsentrasi atlet futsal. Metode penelitian ini eksperimen. Jenis hipnoterapi yang dilakukan adalah hipnosis dan self-hipnosis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, variabel yang diukur ketangguhan mental rendah dan agak rendah dengan menggunakan angket ketangguhan mental dan treatment hypnotherapy dengan 6 peretemuan durasi 30-60 menit, pengelompokkan tingkat ketangguhan mental diperoleh setelah diadakan pretest hasil dari angket tersebut. Teknik analisis data two way anava dengan program  SPSS 16. Subjek penelitian atlet futsal putra berjumlah 16 orang. Taraf signifikasi 0,05. Hasil penelitian yaitu ada perbedaan pengaruh hipnosis dan self-hypnosis terhadap konsentrasi atlet, nilai signifikansi = 0,013, artinya ada pengaruh. Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh ketangguhan mental rendah dan agak rendah terhadap konsentrasi atlet nilai signifikansi = 0,130 berarti tidak ada pengaruh. Tidak ada interaksi antara ketangguhan mental dan hipnoterapi terhadap konsentrasi atlet, nilai signifikansi = 0,635 artinya ketangguhan mental dan hipnoterapi tidak berinteraksi. Simpulan penelitian yaitu mendapatkan perbedaan perlakuan hipnosis dan self-hipnosis, diketahuinya perbedaan pengaruh ketangguhan mental, dan diketahuinya interaksi antara hipnoterapi dan ketangguhan mental. Sarannya atlet memiliki ketangguhan mental dan kontrol diri yang baik, percaya pada kemampuan sendiri. Pelatih mendukung atlet dengan memberikan pembinaan yang dapat meningkatkan ketangguhan mental dan konsentrasi.

Education is one of the basic things tha must be obtaned by citizen in every country. This research is motivated by there are complaints from parents who do not have time to prepare food for their children who attend school too late in the morning. However, there are students or teachers who come late and don’t break the rules. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of regent regulations related to school hours rules. The theory used in this research is the theory of Edward III which includes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method use is descriptive research reluctant to use qualitative approach. The data collection technique is direct observation, in-depth interview, library study, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the study show that the policy of school hours at 06.00 is not appropriate to be implemented. Therefore, some improvements are needed regarding the policy regulations.

The purpose of this study is to develop multimedia-based interactive learning media on football subject. This research method is R&D, development research where product development consists of four steps namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Development and (4) Dissemination. The population and sample in this study were all class students of 2017 who took football courses at STOK of Bina Guna Medan. Data collection techniques were conducted by observation, interview and questionnaire. The testing phase was carried out with product validation by two media experts, and two material experts, as well as testing on users (students). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are: (1) based on two media experts, the score is 83.33 with the category “very appropriate” to be used as a learning medium. (2) based on two material experts, the score was 71.53 with the appropriate category to be used as learning media. (3) based on the assessment by the students gained a total score of 75.90 with the category "very appropriate" as a learning media. Based on the above results, multimedia-based interactive learning media on football learning subject can be used as learning media.
