This study aims to improve children's creativity in learning dance through learning strategies while playing in Sa'adatul Khidmah Islamic Kindergarten in Jambi City. This study is a classroom action research. The design of this study refers to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models, covering planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were children in group B, Islamic Kindergarten Sa'adatul Khidmah Kota Jambi, which amounted to 16 children, consisting of 8 boys and 8 girls. The collaborator of this research is the Sa'adatul Khidmah Islamic Kindergarten Dance Teacher in Jambi City. The data collection technique used is observation. The research instruments are observation sheets and diaries. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis both quantitative and qualitative. The results of the study show that children's creativity can be improved after being given action through play-learning strategies that are applied to dance learning. The results of the observation before the action showed that the average score of creativity obtained by the child was 57.9. There are two aspects of undeveloped creativity, namely originality and elaboration. In the first cycle the average score of creativity increased to 85.83 and all aspects of creativity have developed but there are two aspects whose development has not been optimal, namely flexibility and elaboration. In the second cycle the score of creativity increased to 96.66 on average and all aspects of creativity had grown optimally. The implication of this study is that the teacher will implement a learning strategy while playing to improve children's creativity in dance learning.

Abstract.  This research is pra-experimental design that aims to determine effectiveness of student‟s learning interest and outcomes toward learning strategies based humor on genetic subject of student grade XII SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. Independent Variabe in this research is the application of learning strategies based humor on genetic subject, while the dependent variable is the student‟s learning interest and outcomes of genetic subject. The population in this study were all students of class XII SMA Negeri 11 Makassar with totally seven classes, while the sample is student‟s grade XII with totally 66 students. Pretest-posstest was used as data collection technique, by used a questionnaire of student learning interest and genetic  achivement test. Data analysis technique that used is a descriptive analysis using the n-gain and inferential analysis using paired sample t-test. Based on the descriptive analysis showed that n-gain value of student‟s interest and learning outcomes of genetics achieve an increase of >75% in the category of medium-high, which are respectively 77% and 92%, whereas the inferential analysis using SPSS showed a significance value 0.000 > α = 0.05 which indicates H0 isrejected and H1 is accepted, that the known application learning strategies based humor on genetic subject  has a significant influence (real) towards the student‟s learning interests  and outcomes. Therefore, based on these two data analysis concluded that the learning strategies based humor on genetic subject effectively to student‟s learning interest and outcomes of student of grade XII SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. This study aims to improve the learning result of grade VII.3 students of SMP Negeri 5 Sabang on fraction topic by applying TGT (Team Games Tournament) cooperative learning model. This is a type of classroom action research consisting of two cycles. The data collection was carried out on August to October 2018, while subject of the study is grade VII.3 students. Data collection technique applied in this study is tests and observations. Quiz tests are carried out to determine the students’ learning result individually while observations are conducted to find out the teacher's activities during implementing TGT cooperative learning model. Descriptive analysis was chosen as the technique of data analysis. Score analysis was carried out by analysing the standard achievement of minimum satndard score 70. The average score of students in the first cycle was 25.89, the highest score was 57. Meanwhile, the average score of the second cycle decreased to 7.46 with the highest score 33. The research result indicates that there has not been an increase in students’ learning result in fraction topic by applying TGT cooperative learning model. In conclusion, it can be stated that that the application of the TGT cooperative learning model in learning fractions in class of VII-3 SMP Negeri 5 Sabang cannot help teachers to improve students’ learning result.

This research was conducted at the Padang Public Prosecutor's Office to describe archival management in the administration of state administration in the Padang District Attorney's office. The data collection technique was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball techniques, which means that data collection was carried out based on direct field results taken from interviews until the data obtained was saturated at the Padang District Attorney's office. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, which is to provide a comprehensive overview of the research. With the various methods used, it is hoped that this research can provide a clear and precise description of the data and problems that exist later. Archival management at the prosecutor's office has been carried out quite well, but the facilities and infrastructure are still simple and there are no archivist employees. However, the Padang District Attorney's office is trying to fix the problems of archival management with the attention of the leadership to the employees who manage the archives, adding facilities and infrastructure for archiving and as soon as possible to destroy archives that are no longer in use.

This article aims to describe the implementation of Nahwu learning by using the Qiyasi method in XI grade class of MA Ibnu Qoyyim Putra as well as students' responses regarding the Qiyasi method in nahwu learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with field research, the research subjects used are the students of XI grade, amounting to 42. While the data collection technique is observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The data obtained are sourced from nahwu teachers, XI grade students and other parties concerned. The result in this research shows that the Qiyasi method is suitable for the intermediate level because this method is practical and understanable for recognizing “Nahwu” but this method also has to be supported by the interaction of teachers and active students. Factors that influence learning are the enthusiasm of the teacher and his motivation in conveying. The inhibiting factor is inadequate facilities, especially the absence of an education manual and only relies on material from teachers.

Teachers have an important role in education. To support it, teachers should have good profess sionalism especially in writing articles. In fact, many teachers are not proficient in writing articles because they do not have enough knowledge about it. Teachers need such training for increasing their experience in writing. After that, the progress will be seen. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The data in this research is quantitative data. The type of data is the primary data. A data collection technique in this study is questionnaires. Data processing techniques used include editing, coding, tabulation, and scoring. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis percentage. After doing the training, the teachers have more knowledge and interest of writing articles.

This study aimed to know (1) the use of demonstration method could improve learning motivation of cooling system and (2) the use of demonstration method could improve learning motivation. This study was an action research. Data collection techniques used documentation and test. Data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and quantitative to know percentage of learning achievement. This study shows that (1) the use of demonstration method could improve learning motivation of cooling system. The students were used to learn by using demonstration method and they showed their activeness in learning process. (2)  The use of demonstration method could improve learning motivation. The average score of pre cycle was 56.25, cycle I was 63.28, cycle II was 72.81, and cycle III was 81.56.

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

Think-Pair-Share technique is one of the cooperative learning strategies that promote student involvement in the classroom. This strategy makes students engaged in in-class activities such as discussions and provides opportunities to share their ideas with others. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share strategy in teaching speaking skill for secondary students. A qualitative method with a descriptive analysis was undertaken in this study. The sample was twenty students of eighth grade. The data was collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The data analysis technique used was presented in a descriptive form. The results indicated the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique during the learning process took place following the stages that have been stated in the learning process plan made by the teacher. Appreciation for the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique both from students is quite good. Students stated that they can overcome the constraints in the learning process of speaking activity through Think-Pair-Share.

This research aims to investigate the implementation of politeness in the language of lecturers and students as well as students and students through online lectures at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka on the WhatsApp application. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on research, namely the fulfillment and violations of the principles of politeness in the language contained in online lecture conversations on WhatsApp. The data collection technique uses documentation or screenshots, and the data analysis technique uses content analysis methods with inductive procedures. The results indicate that the communication of lecturers to students and students to students based on the WhatsApp social network still pays attention to the principles of linguistic politeness in communication discourse. Based on the WhatsApp social network, students and lecturers can meet the principles of linguistic politeness, including maxim of wisdom, generosity, appreciation, simplicity, compatibility, and sympathy. However, there were also still some violations of the principle of politeness.

This study aims to improve learning outcomes in English aspects of reading skill ability through the word by word pronunciation learning method. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Parepare with a total of 10 people. The data collection technique of this research used observation, tests, and field notes. While the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the increase in learning for fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Parepare through pronunciation word by word is in the first cycle in the low category with an average score of 53.00, while in the second cycle there is an increase in the high category with an average value. average 85.00. In connection with these results, it can be concluded that the learning method of pronounciation word by word can improve learning outcomes of English aspects of reading skill ability for fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Parepare.
