The 2013 curriculum recommends scientific approach in learning and expects students to be skilled in using ICT. The research aim to develop a chemical equilibrium e-module based on scientific approach for XI SMA/ MA class and to determine validity and practicality level. This research is Research and Development (R&D) with 4-D model. Validity test was done by 3 chemistry lecturers at FMIPA UNP, 1 multimedia lecturer at FT UNP, 2 chemistry teachers at SMAN 1 Pariaman and 1 chemistry teacher at SMAN 7 Padang. Practicality test was done by 2 chemistry teachers at SMAN 1 Pariaman, 1 chemistry teacher at SMAN 7 Padang and 30 XII MIPA 7 SMAN 1 Pariaman students. The instrument was validity and practical questionnaire and data was analyzed by Cohen Kappa formula. This study produced a chemical equilibrium e-module based on scientific approach with an average kappa moments 0,81 which is very high level of validity. The results of the teacher practicality test and the students practicality test obtained an average of kappa moments in a sequence of 0,85 and 0,84 with a very high level of practicality Keywords: e-module, scientific approach, 4-D models, chemical equilibrium

Learner Worksheet (LKPD) of reaction rates based structured inquiry in class XI SMA had been dertemine validity and practicality. The type of research used is Research and Development (RD). The development model was a 4-D model consisting of 4 stages, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Desseminate. The disseminate stage was not carried out due to time and cost constraints. The research instrument used was a questionnaire validation and practicality questionnaire. The validation questionnaire was filled by 3 chemistry lecturers from FMIPA UNP and 2 chemistry teachers from SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung. Practicality questionnaire was filled by 2 chemistry teachers and 30 students of class XII MIPA 3 SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung. Data were analyzed using kappa moments. The average kappa moment of validity test was 0.87 with a very high validity category. The average kappa moment of teacher were 0,88 with a very high practicality category. The average kappa moment of student were 0,87 with a very high practicality category. Thus, it was concluded that reaction rates LKPD based on structured inquiry was valid and practice.

This research produce LKPD STEM-PjBL (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics-Project Based Learning) integrated on Thermochemical learning, then reveal its validity and practicality categories. This type of research is Research and Development, with 4-D model consisting of: (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop, and (4) disseminate. LKPD was validated by 3 Chemistry lecturers of FMIPA UNP and 2 Chemistry teachers, then practicalited by 2 Chemistry teachers and 25 students of Class XII MIA 2 SMA UNP Laboratory Development. The validity and practicality tests were using Cohen’s kappa analysed, yielding 0.816 for the validity test and 0.837 and 0.855 for the teacher and student practicality test with very high categories. The data shows that the LKPD produced is valid and practical

This type of study is research and development (R D) with 4-D development model. The research was conducted until the validity and practical test of the development. This student worksheet validated by 5 people validators namely 3 chemistry lectures and 2 chemistry teachers from SMAN 1 Linggo Sari Baganti. Practicality questionnaire was filled by 29 students of class XI and 2 chemical teachers of SMAN 1 Linggo Sari Baganti. The result showed that validity test is 0,87 categorized very high. The kappa’s moment of practical test by 2 chemstry teacher is 0,78 categorized high. The kappa’s moment of 29 students SMAN 1 Linggo Sari Baganti was 0,81 with a high practicality category.

The chemical scrabble game is a variety of learning media in doing practices. This type of research is Research and Development (R and D) with a 4-D model. This research is up to the developing stage with validity and practicality tests. The instrument used was a validity and practicality questionnaire. The validity test was carried out by five validators, while the practicality test was carried out by two chemistry teachers and 20 class XII students. The data analysis techniques used were the Aiken V formula and descriptive statistics. The results of the data analysis show that the chemical scrabble media has a validity of 0.81 showing a valid category, the practicality of the teacher is 89.93 percent belonging to a very practical category and the practicality of students is 83.80 percent belonging to a very practical category, so that the availability of the developed thermochemical scrabble game chemicals can be used as a medium of learning.

Atomic structure is an abstract topic and contains factual knowledge, conceptual and procedural knowledge. While learning this chapter, students have to exercise more often. The learning media that had developed it this study can be use as exercising media for atomic structure topic. This study used Research and Development type with 4-D model, they are (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Disseminate. This research was limited only in third step (Develop) with validity and practicality tests of “Scrabble Kimia” as the final product. Validity test carried out by two chemistry lectures and two chemistry teachers. Practicality test carried out by two chemistry teachers and 29 students of SMAN 1 Batang Anai. This research used quetionaries as research instrument. Data Analyzing was using Kappa Cohen formula. The result of this study indicated that “Scrabble Kimia” for Atomic Structure topic has very high category of validity with 0.82 momen Kappa value. Practicality test showed that this media has very high categories with 0.96 momen Kappa value by teachers and 0.81 momen Kappa value by students. In conclution, the “ Scrabble Kimia” can be used as a learning media for atomic structure topic with very high categories of validity and practicality

This research aims to create and develop a game called halmakimia which can be used as a learning medium in the electron configuration material for class X MA/SMA. This study uses the type of Research and Development (RD) with the 4D model. This model has 4 stages of research namely define, design, development, and disseminate. This study conducted a validity test and practicality test from the development stage. Halmakimia learning media is validated by 3 validators from the MAN 2 Bukittinggi chemistry teacher. The practicality questionnaire was filled by 33 student  class  X MAN 2 Bukittinggi and 2 chemistry teachers MAN 2 Bukittinggi. The results showed the validity test was 0.85 categorized very high. The kappa moment of 33 students MAN 2 Bukittinggi was 0.7 in the high practicality category, and MAN 2 Bukittinggi teachers were 0.83 in the very high category.

One effort that can be done to prepare SMA/MA students in entering the world of work is equipping them with the entrepreneurship skills, namely by integrating entrepreneurship into chemistry subjects through teaching materials in the form of modules. This study aims to reveal the level of validity and practicality of a CEP-oriented colloidal system module developed for class XI SMA/MA. The type of research used is Research and Development with 4-D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). The research instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of validity and practicality sheet. This module was validated by 3 UNP chemistry lectures and 2 chemistry teachers of SMAN 12 Padang. Practicality test were conducted on 2 chemistry teachers and 30 eleventh grade students of SMAN 12 Padang. Data was analyzed by Cohen’s Kappa Formula. The results of the validity test showed that the module has a very high validity category (κ= 0.86). Practicality test results by teachers and students showed that the module has very high practicality category (κ= 0.82 and 0.83). Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the module developed was valid, practical

This research aims to develop teaching materials in the form of e-modules that are valid and practical. The type of research used is research and development (RD). The development model used is the 4-D model which includes 4 stages, namely the define, design, develop and disseminate. Research carried out until the development stage, namely the validity and practicality test. The instruments used were validity and practicality sheets. The e-module was validated by 6 validators, while the practicality test was conducted by 3 chemistry teachers and 30 students XI MIA 6 of SMAN 5 Padang. The results of the validity and practicality analysis showed a validity value of 0.840 with a very high category. The practicality value by students is 0.920 and the teacher is 0.841  with a very high category. Thus, e-module based on discovery learning on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials in class X SMA / MA is valid and practical.

This research is motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic which requires the learning process that should take place at school to be transferred to at home. The purpose of this study was to develop an e-module for material classification and its changes based on a scientific approach for seventh grade junior high schools. The research method used is Research and Development (RD) or development research with a 4-D development model. To produce E-module, the validity and practicality tests were carried out with the research instrument used, namely the validity questionnaire, the results of which were analyzed using the Kappa Cohen formula. This study produced an e-module of material classification and its changes based on a scientific approach with the average data obtained with the kappa moment of 0.88 with a very high level of validity, while the results of the teacher practicality test and the practicality test of students obtained the average kappa moment ( k) 0,86 and 0,87, respectively, with a very high level of practicality. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pandemi Covid-19 yang mengharuskan proses pembelajaran yang seharusnya berlangsung di sekolah dialihkan menjadi di rumah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan e-modul klasifikasi materi dan perubahannya berbasis pendekatan saintifik untuk kelas VII SMP/MTs. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu Research and Development (RD) atau penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan 4-D. Untuk menghasilkan E-modul yang standar dan sesuai kebutuhan, maka dilakukan uji validitas dan uji praktikalitas. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu angket validitas yang hasilnya akan dianalisis menggunakan formula Kappa Cohen. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan e-modul klasifikasi materi dan perubahannya berbasis pendekatan saintifik diperoleh nilai momen kappa sebesar 0,88 dengan kategori sangat tinggi, sedangkan hasil uji praktikalitas guru dan uji praktikalitas peserta didik diperoleh rata-rata momen kappa (k) secara berturut-turut 0,86 dan 0,87 dengan kategori sangat tinggi.

The type of research used is research and development or Research and Development (RD). The development model used is a 4-D model (four-D models) which consists of 4 stages, namely: define, design, develop and disseminate. This research is limited to the stage of development, namely the validity and practicality test. The research instrument used was a questionnaire of validity and practicality. The e-module was validated by 6 validators while the practicality test was carried out by 2 chemistry teachers and 20 XI grade students of MIPA SMAN 12 Padang and 20 XI grade students oh MIPA SMAN 2 Pariaman. Data from the validity and practicality test results were ana lyzed using the cohen kappa formula. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the average kappa moment of validity test was 0,87 with a very high validity category and the average kappa moment of teacher practicality was 0,88, students of SMAN 12 Padang were 0,87 and students of SMAN 2 Pariaman were 0,88 with a very high practicality category. Thus, it was concluded that acid base e-module based on discovery learning was produced for valid and practical high school students.
