This study aims to determine the morals of students at the UNP Laboratory Development Elementary School, to find out the efforts of Religion teachers in providing examples, guidance, historical stories, encouragement, and fostering students' conscience and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers in shaping students' morality. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive method, because the research describes, tells, and interprets a situation or event as it is. The results of this study were that students still spoke in high-pitched voices, running around in front of the office, and their hair was still long. Efforts made by Religion teachers are a) Providing an example with Tahfiz, b) Encouraging performing Dzuhur prayers in congregation, c) Equipping common sense with knowledge through historical stories, d) Advising parents to get along with good people, e) Encouraging to leave the nature of lazy. The driving factors in the formation of akhlaq karimah are parents, student motivation, and the community. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the formation of akhlaqul karimah are socio-economic conditions and education level.

This study aims to examine the best practice of public service innovation "Poverty Laboratory" as an effective and efficient way of completing an activity with a specific, repeatable and useful procedure to implement. Based on the best practice proxies offered by Prasojo in 2007, namely impact, partnership, sustainability, leadership, and transferability to other areas, the research used a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was conducted in Pekalongan Regency. Collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study found that the Poverty Laboratory had met the best practice criteria. With the Poverty Laboratory two of the three model villages have left the category of red villages. The Poverty Laboratory won the award for TOP 45 Innovation in the 2020 National Level Public Service Innovation Competition or better known as SINOVIK. Pekalongan District Government must maintain these achievements, however, in its implementation, a Poverty Laboratory Development Technical Guideline should be prepared which contains, among other things, the details of the amount of funds needed in each model village and what forms of village government support in this program.

Abstract This paper discusses the use of Self Consolidating Concrete (SCC), in a large scale placement during new nuclear plant construction. SCC has provided cost and labor savings and construction process improvements. Use of SCC has been effective in schedule acceleration by reducing placement durations and early curing termination with rapid strength gain. Self-consolidating properties were particularly of value at placements of poor access as internal vibrators were not effective and large surface area made form vibrators ineffective beyond the perimeter. This paper provides a discussion of technical challenges encountered in development of a properly functioning SCC mixture, and testing performed to overcome these challenges. The paper discusses the engineering considerations and laboratory and field trials preparing for a 3950 cubic meter placement for the basemat of a nuclear plant. The placement was anticipated to take 35 hours at 110 m3/hour batch plant output. Overview of mix design specifications and mix development is provided. The mixture satisfied the laboratory test parameters including SCC tests; stability and column segregation. However, the mixture had to undergo rounds of constructability testing beyond laboratory development prior to the large placement. The placement was completed successfully in 35 hours over multiple shifts.

The object of research is technological cultivation systems, the central element of which are bioreactors, which ensure efficient metabolism of mammalian cells (Metazoa). Fundamental differences in the phenotypic characteristics of mammalian cells from microorganisms and the special phase-hydrodynamic state of the cultivation system form special requirements for the design and operation of bioreactors. One of the most problematic areas in the process of using cell cultures to obtain medicinal products of biological origin is to ensure the correct cultivation conditions in order to obtain the maximum amount of the target product. The quality assurance system for drug production is based on good manufacturing practice, which puts forward a number of general requirements for the organization of production of drugs of specified quality, efficacy and safety. The study analyzed the phenotypic characteristics of mammalian cells. The analysis of industrial cultivation systems is carried out and a new classification is proposed, which takes into account the phase-hydrodynamic state of the culture and the specifics of the hydrodynamics of the bioreactor. The analysis made it possible to determine membrane cultivation systems as the most promising. The choice of this cultivation system has a number of features, in particular, the provision of favorable conditions during a long process of cultivation of support-dependent cells. This system guarantees a constant and efficient supply of nutrients, including dissolved oxygen, and the removal of waste products. A wide range of materials for the manufacture of membranes allows to use an individual approach to different types of cell lines. Due to this, it is ensured that high cultivation rates are obtained - the density of cells on the growth surface, the provision of the necessary substances during the entire cultivation process without negative mechanical effects on the cells. The modular design of the membrane elements allows for scalability of the cultivation process from laboratory development to industrial cultivation. The results obtained in this work can be the initial data in the study of hydrodynamic and mass transfer characteristics and in the development or construction of new bioreactors, which will reduce the stage of laboratory development and accelerate the introduction of innovative drugs.
