Learning of physics according to the curriculum 2013 emphasizes the comprehensive achievement of student competence, so that the equality between soft skills and hard skills is formed. The role of learning materials especially physics subject is very important to support implementation of curriculum for physics learning. In fact, the knowledge and skills content of physics learning materials used students in school is more than attitude content. Development of physics learning materials integrated the values of emotional intelligence is the alternative solution of this problem. This research use Research and Development (R&D) method. This paper explains results of preliminary and main field testing of the physics learning materials integrated the values of emotional intelligence. This product has a validity value of around 85.83 or a very valid category. Based on data analysis, there are two results from this research. First, the practicality value of product according to teacher and student are an average score of 88.1 and 82 respectively or very high category. Second, the physics learning materials integrated emotional intelligence values is effective to improve the student competences in learning. The results of research indicate that the emotional intelligence value developed in physics material is feasible using in physics learning than it able to realize the comprehensive competence achievement.

Abstract This study aims to develop NaNo Physics learning media (Physics Monopoly Game) on work and energy topic. The type this research was research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. Data were analysed using the descriptive statistical analysis. The results indicated that the physics monopoly was feasible to be used as a learning media. The overall results of the assessments of material and media experts, and students from individual trials, small group trials and field trials showed that they had met the eligibility requirements of the developed physics monopoly learning media. In addition, according to the field testing, the developed product can increase students’ learning motivation from an average score of 3.19 which was in the “enough” category and increased to 4.39 in the “very high” category.

Integration of knowledge that relevant to physics such as Mathematics, Technology, other Sciences, Disasters, and the human character (MSTDC) is important to be done to improve student learning outcomes in Physics. Taking of the above research and development learning materials by integrating MSTDC in the ICT to achieve student competencies in grade XI have conducted. Design this research is before-after experimental in order to get the effectiveness of the product. Instrument which was used namely validity and practicality sheets and student learning outcomes sheets in objective test. Analysis of the data showed as below. First, the learning material which is produced is well good categories in four aspects such as material substances, the display of visual communication, learning and use of software design. Second, integrating learning materials MSTDC on ICT for grade XI is valid with an average score of 84.62 by experts and 82.68 by practitioners of education. Coefficient correlation score pretest and posttest learning outcome (rxy) = 0. 31. Based on the analysis of score of student learning outcomes and student attitude obtained correlated ttest respectively are 1.91 and 12.42, while the critical value in t distribution table with degrees freedom of 120 and 5% significance level is 1.66. We can concluded that contextual Physics learning materials that integrated MSTDC base on ICT effectively used in the learning process according to standards to improve learning outcomes and to improve the attitude of senior high school students in class XI.

This study was a research and development, with the aim of producing the development of Indonesian language learning materials based on local wisdom. There were three steps in this research and development. The first was a preliminary study. It was the literature studies and field studies. The second was the development study starting from analyzing the development of learning materials, the design of the initial product (prototype), and the development of Indonesian learning materials based on local wisdom. The third was an evaluation. It was conducted to test the effectiveness and feasibility of the development of Indonesian language learning materials based on local wisdom. The data of test results show that students’ average score reaches 82.31 from 30 students who were tested. The highest score is 87.70, and the lowest score is 73.60. Of the 30 students who worked on the student worksheet, there are 25 students (83.33%) who have a very high score category, and five students (16.67%) are in the high score category. Based on the learning outcomes regarding the mastery standard of the class namely 75%, the data show that students' work has been completed because there are 90% of 30 students who have reached the mastery standard of the class. Therefore, the use of Indonesian language learning materials based on local wisdom is feasible and suitable to be applied in accordance with the level of capabilities and characteristics of the first-grade students in SMA Negeri 3 Palopo.

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengembangkan bahan ajar yang sesuai untuk keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jepang tingkat menengah dengan mengangkat tema-tema kebudayaan Jepang dan Indonesia, yang memadukan empat keterampilan berbahasa dengan fokus utama pada keterampilan berbicara; (2) mengetahui tingkat kelayakan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Prosedur pengembangan produk terdiri dari: (1) pengumpulan data pada survei kebutuhan, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan produk, (4) validasi (uji ahli, uji coba terbatas, uji coba lapangan) dan revisi, dan (5) produk akhir. Bahan ajar terdiri dari lima unit dan disertai VCD. Hasil validasi oleh ahli menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata materi adalah 4.76 dengan kategori ‘sangat baik’ dan nilai rata-rata media adalah 4.31 dengan kategori ‘sangat baik’. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahan ajar yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan di dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Kata kunci: bahan ajar berorientasi budaya, keterampilan berbicara, Kaiwa, bahasa Jepang tingkat menengah.  DEVELOPING A CULTURE-ORIENTED JAPANESE LANGUAGE LEARNING MATERIALS FOR SPEAKING SKILL OF INTERMEDIATE KAIWA LESSON Abstract This study aims to: (1) develop appropriate learning materials for intermediate Japanese Language speaking skill by adapting Japanese and Indonesian culture themes, which integrate four language skills focusing on the speaking skill; (2) reveal the properness level of the learning materials. This is a research and development study. The steps of conducting the study were (1) collecting the data on needs analysis, (2) planning, (3) developing the product, (4) validating (expert judgment, preliminary field testing, main field testing) and revising, (5) writing the final draft of the learning materials. The learning materials consist of five units accompanied with a VCD. The result of the expert judgment shows that the material is in the average score of 4.76 which is in the very good category. The result of the expert judgment on the media is in the average score of 4.31 which is in the very good category. The conclusion of this study is that the learning materials are appropriate to be implemented in the learning activities. This study aims to increase students' learning motivation during the Covid-19pandemic through physics learning videos. The research method used is qualitative research. This research was carried out during the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year at SMAN 9 Mataram for 35 students of class X MIA 3 through Google Classroom and Youtube. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and observations. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis of students' learning motivation, it was found that the application of physics learning videos as a learning resource caused students to have an average score of 54 (high category). Some of the students, namely 40% have learning motivation in the very high category, 49% in the high category, and 11% in the medium category. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of physics learning videos as a learning resource for students of class X MIA 3 SMAN 9 Mataram during the Covid-19pandemic can generate motivation to learn physics with the average student having motivation to learn in the high category.

The implementation of aqidah (matters of faith) into the soul is one of effective ways in creating elements of goodness which aims to make people able to do their duty well. The determination of implementing akidah as one of subjects in Islamic elementary school is an exact way in creating devout generation who have faith and good behavior because it functions to improve students’ behavior, sanctify their soul, and direct them to the noble and moderate Islamic values. Therefore, in this case, the role of akidah as a subject, should be constructed from the right materials related to the field of divinity and behavior education. This study belongs to library research by using philosophical ontology approach. The aim of this study is to find out the essence of a book entitled “Membina Akidah Akhlak” as one of akidah learning materials used in Islamic elementary school. Moreover, it also tries to analyze its conformity with the curriculum applied as well as jumhur al-mutakallimin.

This study aims to determine how the relationship between students emotional intelligence to students achievementin physics class XII Science at MAN 1 Medan Academic Year 2014-2015. Sample in this study was class XII Science 5th at MAN 1 Medan was 40 respondents. The magnitude of emotional intelligence of students was measured using a questionnaire adapted from the questionnaire EQ MapTM made by Cooper, K and Sawaf and distributed directly to students obtained an average value for the emotional intelligence of students is 106 (good category). While the students learning outcomes in physics assessment tests obtained from physics problemobtained the average score was 69.13 (enough). Based on data analysis, the correlation coefficient between emotional intelligence of students to physics learning outcomes of students in class XII Science at MAN 1 Medan obtained rcountwas 0.76 and the coefficient of determination r2 was 57.76%. It was meant that there was a positive correlation between students emotional intelligence to students learning outcomes in physics, where students emotional intelligencefactor accounted for 57.76% of the increase in physics student learning outcomes. The hypothesis Ho was rejected at once receive Ha. There was a relationship between students emotional intelligence to students learning outcomes. Keyword: Emotional Intelligence, Learning Outcomes

The objective of this research was to develope physics learning materials based on Brain-Based Learningthat are valid, practical, and effective to facilitate student’s critical thinking skills in fluid matter. The learning materials development using 4D development model and have been tested on 10th grade students of  The Senior High School of 1 Kopang, academic year 2016/2017, with one group pre-test post-test design trial development research. Data collection methods used were questionnaires validity, tests and observation, whereas data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results were showed several findings: physics learning materials developed had an average score of validity categorized valid, based on the implementation of the lesson plan is obtained that can be done well, especially on elaboration step. The response was very positive towards learning students, critical categorized for student’s critical thinking skills after the trial of physics materials were develop. Based on the results of this trial can be concluded that developement of physics learning material was valid, practical, and effective to facilitate student’s critical thinking skills.

This study aimed at assessing the role of water users’ associations (WUAs) in conflicts resolution among water users. A sample of 100 executive members of WUAs was selected purposefully from twenty randomly selected registered and improved watercourses. The data was collected through a detailed, validated and pre-tested interview schedule and analysed through SPSS. Findings showed that social conflicts (x̄=2.00), repair and maintenances of watercourse (x̄=1.91) and disputes on watercourse design, route and section to be lined (x̄=1.81) were the top most causes of conflicts among the water users. Uprooting of trees (86.0%), payment of farmers’ share (79.0%), quality of materials used (73.0%), section of watercourses to be lined (71.0%), working of farmers’ labor (70.0%) and provision of labour (69.0%) were the important reasons for differences among water users. Satisfaction level of water users regarding contribution of WUAs in conflict resolution (x̄=3.98) was lying between medium to high tending towards high while, effectiveness of WUAs in conflict resolution (x̄=4.17) was lying between high and very high tending towards very high. There exist a stronger association between the role of WUAs as dependent and strategy to resolve the conflicts as independent variables while, the role of WUAs was strongly dependent on their response to the complaints and it was also dependent on determining the causes of these conflicts. Thus, WUAs must be promoted at every level for enhancing their role for conflicts resolution through regular trainings to improve their conflicts resolution abilities on modern lines and must be made more powerful in terms of authority to decide common conflicts at the spot.
