EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN DOKUMEN KEPENDUDUKAN  MELALUI SISTEM PADUKO

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of “paduko” system and the factors that affect the effectiveness of population document services through the paduko system at the Padang Panjang population and civil registration office and to determine the obstacles that occurred when implementing the paduko system in the city of Padang Panjang. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods carried out by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview and documentation study with informants of several Padang Panjang Population and Civil Registry Offices and several people who had used paduko. Paduko is an online population document service made to make it easier for people to manage population documents with paduko being able to manage population documents anytime and anywhere as easily as shopping online without having to come directly to the population service office, but in practice there are still many people who do not understand how to use paduko, especially people who are elderly because not everyone is literate about existing technology.

This research purpose was to investigate tourist perceptions of the attractiveness of Petronas Twin towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was a descriptive qualitative research which informants were chosen by using Purposive Sampling technique. The techniques of data collection were observation, interview, documentation and audio recording. The data was analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and verification. The result tells that the reason of tourists visiting Petronas Twin Tower is because the attraction is one of the icons of Malaysia. Tourist perceptions of the towers are: 1) Visitors of Petronas Twin Towers are apt to come in the afternoon and evening. 2) Tourists come to enjoy the majestic view of the towers and the beautiful lamp decoration. 3) Other than that, they are also regaled by various tourist attractions around the towers. 4) At night, there is a musical colorful lighting fountain show in Suria KLCC Petronas.

The increase in population in Malang City can encourage the implementation of good population data recording, this is because population data is very important in planning and development in the evaluation stage. The purpose of this research is to analyze the policies of the population service and civil registration in the administrative services for data collection on Covid-19 social assistance recipients in Malang City. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The population administration policy in this study is focused on administrative services for the data collection of Covid-19 Social Assistance Receipts in Malang City. The results of this study indicate that there is a policy of centralizing the management of resident identification cards, the first step to progress in the city government of Malang, especially in the field of administrative services for data collection on Covid-19 Social Assistance Recipients in Malang City so that they try to make other policies that have concrete data.

Background Purposive sampling has a long developmental history and there are as many views that it is simple and straightforward as there are about its complexity. The reason for purposive sampling is the better matching of the sample to the aims and objectives of the research, thus improving the rigour of the study and trustworthiness of the data and results. Four aspects to this concept have previously been described: credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. Aims The aim of this paper is to outline the nature and intent of purposive sampling, presenting three different case studies as examples of its application in different contexts. Results Presenting individual case studies has highlighted how purposive sampling can be integrated into varying contexts dependent on study design. The sampling strategies clearly situate each study in terms of trustworthiness for data collection and analysis. The selected approach to purposive sampling used in each case aligns to the research methodology, aims and objectives, thus addressing each of the aspects of rigour. Conclusions Making explicit the approach used for participant sampling provides improved methodological rigour as judged by the four aspects of trustworthiness. The cases presented provide a guide for novice researchers of how rigour may be addressed in qualitative research.

A integração de ambientes virtuais e seus aplicativos no processo de ensino e aprendizagem possibilitam novas proposições aos alunos, bem como diversificam e apoiam as ações do professor. A presente pesquisa caracterizada como qualitativa analisou como 10 professores, de uma escola particular da cidade de Londrina (PR), consideram o uso do fórum de discussão para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem escolar presencial. Para a coleta de dados foram aplicadas quatro questões abertas. Os resultados indicaram que os fóruns, apesar de ainda serem pouco utilizados pelo grupo entrevistado, mostraram-se uma ferramenta muito útil para despertar no estudante o interesse por participar das atividades propostas pelo professor emitindo sua opinião e instigando o debate entre os colegas. Além disso, possibilita a articulação dos conteúdos presenciais da sala de aula com novos debates decorrentes das discussões, que transcendem para outros ambientes de aprendizagem. AbstractThe integration of virtual environments and their applications in the teaching and learning process offers new propositions to the students and it also diversifies and supports the teacher’s actions. The present qualitative research analyzed how ten teachers from a private school in the city of Londrina (PR), consider the use of the discussion forum for the process of onsite teaching and learning. For the data collection, four open-ended questions were applied. The results indicated that the forums, although still not frequently used by the interviewed group, proved to be a very useful tool to awaken the students’ interest in participating in the activities proposed by the teacher, expressing their opinions and instigating the debate among the classmates. In addition, it makes it possible to articulate classroom contents with new debates resulting from discussions that transcend to other learning environments. Keywords: Teaching. Learning. Forum.

The purpose of this study is to know the learning and the carrying capacity of environmental literacy on the subject of environmental biology at Senior High School, apply the type of qualitative research and use purposive sampling in sampling, data collection by questioner and interview. The results showed that the learning done by the teacher has not fully supported the optimization of students' literacy.

The City

TThis study aims to explain service innovations in the health sector that have been carried out by the Pariaman District General Hospital so that the services provided to the community are better. So far what has happened in the city is the presence of bad services performed by various existing hospitals in the regions so that there are people who complain about these health services. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants came from the hospital and the community who performed the service. The results of this study indicate that the Pariaman Regional General Hospital has been innovating as a form of effort of the Pariaman Regional General Hospital in facilitating matters of service to the community, with the existence of innovations in the Pariaman Regional General Hospital since 2018, the quality of services has increased, things this is proven by the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) in 2018 which is outstanding value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan inovasi–inovasi pelayanan di bidang kesehatan yang telah dilakukan oleh Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pariaman sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat menjadi lebih baik. Selama ini yang terjadi di masyarakat adalah terdapatnya pelayanan buruk yang dilakukan oleh berbagai rumah sakit yang ada di daerah. Sehingga dengan demikian ada masyarakat yang mengeluhkan pelayanan kesehatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan berasal dari pihak rumah sakit dan masyarakat yang melakukan layanan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pariaman telah melakukan inovasi sebagai bentuk upaya Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pariaman dalam mempermudah urusan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Dengan adanya inovasi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pariaman tersebut semenjak tahun 2018, kualitas pelayanan semakin meningkat, hal ini dibuktikan dengan Indek Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) pada tahun 2018 yang bernilai sangat baik.

ABSTRACTThis study examines the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” (Aach...I Fall in Love). This study aims to find out the visualization of the setting as a timepiece in the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” through the size of the image. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The selection of samples in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by observation and interviews, while data analysis is done through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Research focuses on setting as a timepiece visualized in the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” through the size of the image. The results of the research of “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” show the time settings are divided into three sequences, the settings that appeared in 1970, 1980 and 1990.Keywords : visualization, setting, movie, and "Aach...Aku Jatuh Cinta".<h1> </h1>ABSTRAKStudi ini mengkaji film Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan untuk analisis data melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Penelitian fokus pada setting sebagai penunjuk waktu yang divisualisasikan dalam film Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta melalui ukuran gambar. The purpose of this study was to determine the opportunities, capital and income of the slang juice business in the city of Serang. This study aims to find out the opportunities that are used as a reference to get the idea of opening juice slang, to get the first capital and develop a juice slang business in the city of Serang, the amount of daily and monthly income for slang juice, the number of juice slang outlets spread across the city and district. This research method uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Then presented descriptively. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis to formulate a strategy based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats. The results showed that based on the results of the SWOT strategy to develop a slang juice business, maintaining and improving product quality, maintaining selling prices, and creating product innovations, then the material capital collected came from personal savings, asset sales and bank loans. which increased significantly from 2016 to 2020

The phenomenon of divorce continues to increase every month and incessant news about divorce is always in the media. Divorce is a phenomenon nowadays because of an affair from her partner. The experience of someone who experiences divorce because of an affair is an experience that needs to be explored because it can provide understanding for families and couples to be able to maintain the integrity of the household. The focus of this study is "how the life experiences of divorced individuals due to partner infidelity in the city of Bandung." The research method uses qualitative research with Phenomenology. Data analysis using the Giorgi method (2005). Sampling by purposive sampling obtained 5 participants. The results obtained 4 themes, namely 1) Factors of divorce 2) Psychological Impacts 3) Support of friends and parents and 4) Hope for the future.

This study aims to find out how the Performance of Employees in the Office of Population and Civil Registry of North Morowali Regency. This type of research used is descriptive and the basic research used is qualitative research methods. The informants in this study were determined positively by the number of informants as many as 7 people, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. In this study using Suyadi Prwirasentono's theory, where there are 4 (four) indicators that there are employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of North Morowali Regency in terms of effectiveness, authority and responsibility, discipline, initiative. Based on the results of existing research that the performance of employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of North Morowali Regency is considered quite good.
