The increase in population in Malang City can encourage the implementation of good population data recording, this is because population data is very important in planning and development in the evaluation stage. The purpose of this research is to analyze the policies of the population service and civil registration in the administrative services for data collection on Covid-19 social assistance recipients in Malang City. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The population administration policy in this study is focused on administrative services for the data collection of Covid-19 Social Assistance Receipts in Malang City. The results of this study indicate that there is a policy of centralizing the management of resident identification cards, the first step to progress in the city government of Malang, especially in the field of administrative services for data collection on Covid-19 Social Assistance Recipients in Malang City so that they try to make other policies that have concrete data.

<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. To discuss these problems, the approach method used is normative juridical, with the specifications of analytical descriptive research, data collection methods: documentation and literature study, while the data analysis method used is qualitative analysis.</em></p><p><em>            </em><em>The results of the study show that the existence of a modern shop in Semarang City has fulfilled several provisions in the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007, which has not been fulfilled are:</em></p><p><em>p</em><em>rovisions in Article 13 </em><em>and p</em><em>rovisions Article 15</em><em> </em><em>of the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Study, Normative, Modern Shop, Semarang City.</em><em></em></p><p> </p>

AbstractIn this paper we discuss the SKPD Filing Unit Employee Perception of the Regional Archival Information System Application (SIKEDA) and the Regional Archival Information Network (JIKEDA) in  the City Government of Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study is to determine the competence and optimal shield of SKPD employees in inputting files to the SIKEDA application.This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this study was carried out in 5 SKPD Institutions in Bukittinggi, namely: (1) the Library and Archives Office of Bukittinggi City, (2) the Education and Culture Office of the City of Bukittinggi, (3) the Youth and Sports Pariwasata Service of the City of Bukittinggi, (4) the Health Service City of Bukittinggi, (5) Social Service of the city of Bukittinggi. The object of the study was SKPD employees in five government agencies in the city of Bukittinggi. Writing this paper aims to describe (1) To describe the optimization of the use of SIKEDA and JIKEDA applications by Admin node SIKEDA in supporting records management in the city administration of the City of Bukittinggi; (2) To describe the competencies possessed by HR in SKPD in utilizing information technology in the application of SIKEDA and JIKEDA applications in the City Government of Bukittinggi.Data was collected by observation and direct interviews with SKPD employees in the Bukittinggi city government and literature studies in the application of electronic records in the government of the City of Bukittinggi.Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that the First Employee in the SKPD in the City Government of Bukittinggi is still not optimal in inputting the archive to the sikeda Second application.iKeywords: optimization, competence, electronic archives.

Population administration is a series of activities in structuring and controlling population documents and data through population registration, civil registration, management of population administration information and utilization of its results for public services and development of other sectors. In the 2015-2019 RPJMN it is mentioned that Population and Family Planning (KKB) Development is directed at one of them: Improving the quality of population data and information as the basis for developing development policies and programs and implementing basic population services. One of the authorities of the Regency / City Government is to carry out community service activities in the area of ??Population Administration. The local government plays an important role in improving the quality of data and information on the population. This paper discusses the administration of population administration in regency/city governments and other relevant agencies. The discussion covers the background of topic selection, general description, regulation, business process on the object of research and risk analysis of the business process. Next, the objectives and types of research are discussed, the period of time, the number and competence of researchers, the methodology and procedures of the research to be conducted. The selection of key areas uses the RIS analysis method (Risk Management, Research Impacts, Significance). The results of this study are expected to provide appropriate and actionable recommendations in order to improve the quality of population data and information.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo conhecer as contribuições do pedagogo nos Centros de Referência e Assistência Social (CRAS), na cidade de Imperatriz-MA. Com abordagem qualitativa, a coleta de dados foi realizada em um período correspondente a um mês; desse total de tempo, uma parte foi dedicada à observação da rotina das atividades realizadas no CRAS e a outra às entrevistas com os pedagogos que atuam nas unidades, para saber como trabalham e quais são as contribuições desses profissionais para os CRAS. Com base na observação e na análise dos dados, foi possível perceber que os pedagogos participam da equipe técnica, que é responsável pelo acompanhamento das famílias cadastradas no CRAS, de palestras, do atendimento dos grupos e do Serviço de Convivência e Fortalecimento de Vínculos, além de realizar o planejamento das atividades e dos projetos que serão executados pela unidade, com os outros profissionais que compõem a equipe do CRAS.Palavras-chave: Pedagogos; Assistência Social; Direitos; Planejamento.OTHER SPACES, NEW KNOWLEDGE: the pedagogue of operations in Reference Center and Social Assistance – CRAS at Imperatriz-MAABSTRACTThis study aimed to know the teacher's contributions in the Reference Centers and Social Assistance in the city of Imperatriz-MA. With a qualitative approach to data collection was carried out in a period of one month of the total time two weeks were devoted to observing the routine of activities at CRAS and the other two weeks to interviews with teachers working in units to find out how they work and what are the contributions of these professionals to the CRAS. Based on observation and analysis of the data, it was observed that the teachers participating in the technical team that is responsible for monitoring the families enrolled in CRAS, lectures, attendance groups and Living Services and Strengthening Linkages, and carry out the planning of activities and projects to be executed by the unit along with the other professionals who make up the CRAS team. Con un enfoque cualitativo para la recolección de datos se llevó a cabo en un período de un mes del tiempo total de dos semanas se dedicaron a observar la rutina de actividades en CRAS y las otras dos semanas para las entrevistas con los maestros que trabajan en unidades para averiguar cómo funcionan y cuáles son las contribuciones de estos profesionales al CRAS. <p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p> </p><p>Tulisan ini membahas tentang strategi kota Pekalongan dalam <em>mempromosikan city branding “World’s City of</em> <em>Batik”. </em>Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu telaah<em> </em>dokumen, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari tulisan ini adalah (a) menghasilkan pemaparan tentang aset kota yang dimiliki oleh kota Pekalongan, yaitu budaya <em>(cultural)</em> yang diwakili oleh pariwisata berbasis batik dan kemudahan <em>(amenity)</em> termasuk fasilitas yang tersedia di kota Pekalongan. Aset kota ini merupakan salah satu penguat <em>branding</em> kota. (b) strategi <em>branding</em> yang dilakukan pemerintah kota meliputi strategi visual dan strategi promosi. Strategi visual yang dilakukan di antaranya penciptaan identitas visual yang merepresentasikan karakter kota Pekalongan seperti logo, <em>tagline</em>, warna dan tipografi. Identitas visual ini nantinya dikomunikasikan dalam berbagai media promosi seperi <em>merchandise,</em> spanduk, poster, leaflet, dan sebagainya. Strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kota yaitu dengan mengadakan festival tahunan Pekan Batik, membuat labelisasi batik, <em>landmark</em>, zebracross batik. Selain logo <em>branding</em>, kota Pekalongan secara konsisten menggunakan motif batik khas Pekalongan, yaitu Jlamprang dalam media promosi.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: City Branding, Pekalongan, Batik.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p> </p><p><em>This paper discusses about the strategy of Pekalongan city in promoting the city branding “World’s City of Batik”. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques namely document review, interviews and literature study. The results of this paper are (a) an explanation of the city assets owned by Pekalongan city, it is the culture represented by batik-based tourism and convenience (amenities) including available facilities in Pekalongan. This city asset is one of the city’s branding boosters. (b) the branding strategy carried out by the city government includes visual and promotion strategies. Visual strategies carried out include the creation of visual identities that represent the character of Pekalongan city such as logos, taglines, colors and typography. This visual identity will be communicated in various promotional media such as merchandise, banners, posters, leaflets, and so on. Promotional strategies carried out by the city govern-ment include an annual Batik Festival, making batik labels, landmarks, and zebra cross batik. Ahmad Soleh, Wagini, Vero Agustin; Market Levy is a charge withdrawn by the Department of Industry and Trade to compulsory retribution for the use of facilities in the form of stalls, kiosks and courtyards provided by the city government of Bengkulu. This study aims to examine the potential of public market retribution in Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation. Secondary data was obtained from the Office of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu City. The market retribution potential formula is used in this method of study. The results showed that the existing market potential in Bengkulu City fluctuated. The average potential of general market retribution is Rp 2,220,464,960 per year with an average growth of 2.51% per year. This is in line with the realization of public market levies that also experience fluctuations. The average realization of general market retribution revenue amounted to Rp 1,854,906,535, - with an average growth of 6.53% per year. The percentage of realization achievement of potential revenue of general market retribution in Bengkulu city from 2014 to 2016 were 82.08%, 80.23% and 88.07% respectively with an average of 83.53% per year. Achievement average achievement above 80% is considered good. However, the local government of Bengkulu city should always try to increase the realization of acceptance of public market retribution with its potential.Key Words: Potential, Public Market Levy, Bengkulu City.

This objective is to describe how the Pentahelix approach model in developing sustainable tourism in the City of Bukittinggi towards a national leading tourism destination. This research is a descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data were collected through: interviews, observation and literature study. Determination of informants using purposive presentation techniques and key informants of the Head of the Tourism and Culture Office of the City of Bukittinggi. Data analysis by means of: data condensation, data levers and withdrawals. The data validation used source triangulation. The results of the study: (1) The development of tourism in the city of Bukittinggi using the Pentahelix approach model has involved the Bukittinggi City Government, Tourism Academics and Practitioners, Communities and Communities, Business Actors, and the Media. (2) The findings from the field show that the roles and duties of stakeholders are not optimal and (3) The collaboration between stakeholders in the City of Bukittinggi from the results of the research is not synergistic.

This study aims to analyze the strategy of the Department of Population and Civil Registration in the ownership of birth certificate services for orphanage children in the city of Makassar. This study uses a qualitative method through a descriptive approach in researching and analyzing the data under study. The author uses data triangulation techniques in conducting research, data acquisition using observations or observations, interviews, and documentation, and using SWOT analysis to find the right strategy in the birth certificate services for orphanage children. The results showed that the application of birth certificate ownership in orphanage children was still low so that the Makassar City government through the Department of Population and Civil Registration needs to develop a variety of service innovations to facilitate the community in taking care of birth certificate ownership. Another strategy is to increase human resource capacity and socialization activities.

Abstrak Teknologi Informasi bisa di lakukan dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya yaitu melalui internet yang bisa digunakan dimanapun dan kapanpun menggunakan jaringan internet. Pemerintah Kota Kediri melalui Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil mengeluarkan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan yang dikembangkan dengan berbasis Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK), mengeluarkan program melalui media aplikasi online yaitu Sistem Administrasi Kependudukan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (SAKTI). Kota Kediri memiliki fungsi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang berperan penting dalam masyarakat dan lebih strategis. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang Pengelolaan Kependudukan. Pelayanan harus dilaksanakan dengan benar dan cepat agar masyarakat puas dengan pelayanan. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui Pelayanan Publik melalui Aplikasi Sistem Administrasi Kependudukan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (SAKTI) di Kelurahan Semampir. Kata Kunci: Teknologi Informasi; Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan; Kepuasan Masyarakat. Abstract Information technology can be done in various ways, one of which is through the internet which can be used anywhere and anytime using the internet network. The Kediri City Government through the Department of Population and Civil Registration issued population administration services which were developed based on the Population Administration Information System (SIAK), issued programs through online application media, namely the Information Technology-Based Population Administration System (SAKTI). The city of Kediri has the function of information and communication technology which plays an important role in society and is more strategic. Based on Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Management. Services must be carried out correctly and quickly so that people are satisfied with the service. This research is motivated by the success of parents in the Taman Pendidikan Alquran (TPA) Jorong Bonjo, this is seen from the provision of learning facilities by parents at home. The purpose of this study is to describe the provision of learning facilities by parents at home in terms of study space, learning atmosphere, and learning aids. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study is the child's parents. The sampling technique in this research is cluster random sampling from entire population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool questionnaire. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage. From the results of the study showed that: the availability of study space by parents in the learning process of children at home, realization of a comfortable learning by parents in the process of learning at home, the availability of learning aids by parents in the process of learning children at home.Keywords: Study Room, Learning Atmosphere, Learning Aids
