A good organization also has good order. Regularity is inherent and becomes a habit that unwittingly becomes a culture, thus distinguishing it from other groups. Muhammadiyah Kendal Islamic Hospital experienced ups and downs during the leadership of the institution's management. The new leadership brings change, the bad culture of the organization must be changed, especially in the field of nursing. Nursing in the hospital is the driving force of organizational life. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which organizational culture changes to the work culture of nurses after a change in leadership. Data retrieval using descriptive method. Data were taken from RSI nurses totaling 76 nurses Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the researcher only took 33 people who had had a minimum of one year of service, and experienced a change in leadership. Data processing. This data is processed in manual by using excel programe. Of the 33 nurses, 50% of the leadership's attention is good, while 50% is less. This condition illustrates that nurses group need more intention supervision. From the data above, it can be concluded that caused organizational changes, performance has not been maximized, coordination has not been maximized and routine, the new work culture has not been fully formed.

Digital recording is a method that has the potential to help chronic disease (CKD) patients undergoing hemodialysis manage problems related to fluid intake. This literature review examines the mobile application intervention for hemodialysis patients, application characteristics, application, effectiveness in changing user behavior, and user satisfaction. The method used is a literature review using articles sourced from electronically based data such as EBSCO, Google Scholar, Pubmed and Scopus with the keywords diet management, fluid status, hemodialysis in the period 2010-2021. The results are five studies describing the evaluation of changes in dietary behavior related to with self-management has a positive change impact. Conclusion: According to the current study, digital recording using an application can hold promise in hemodialysis patients' self-management of fluid intake dietary behavior.

At this time there is a health problem that is in the spotlight and attention of the world, namely the Covid-19 disease. This disease is caused by a virus called Corona Virus Disease – 19 or more popularly known as Covid-19. In response to this, the government has issued a policy or regulation to prevent the increase in the number of cases, namely in the form of a health protocol for handling Covid-19. The government has issued health protocols for handling Covid-19, including health protocols, borders, communications, education areas, and public and transportation areas, including policies in the form of implementing Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in several areas in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship between community         characteristics and the incidence of covid 19 in Payung Village, Weleri District.              Research design is descriptive correlation with sampling technique using simple random sampling with a sample of 58 respondents. Statistical analysis using chi square. From the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between age, gender, education and occupation with the incidence of Covid-19 in Payung Village, Weleri District with a p value <0.05.

The first five years of life time is a very sensitive time to the environment.  Lack of nurition and unproper treatment can influence the children development. The biggest number of Red Underline (BGM) children under five and child development disturb in Sukorejowich number 1,08%. So the problem that want to be discused is the correlation between nutrition status and rear pattern with the development level on children under five the age 4-5 years old in Sukorejo. The type of this research is explanatory research with survey method and cross sectional approach. The population of the research is children under five in the age 4-5 years old in Sukorejo wich number 153 children. The sample of the research are 60 children under five in the age of 4-5 years old. Sample was selected by purposive sampling. Instrument that was used are Pra Screening Development Quetioner, Nutrition rear pattern quetioner, a strirrup scale and microtoice. The obtained data was analyzed by chi-square.. Result of the research show that are 31,7% children under five with good nutrition status , middle nutrition status 38,3% and low nutrition status 40 %. Where as children with good nutrition treatment 28,3%, middle nutrition treatment 40% and low nutrition treatment 32%. Discription of the children under five development level according to the age is 30%, doubt development 33,3 %  and the level with deviation is 36,7%. From staistic proper test resulted p= 0,001 and CC=0,728 for nutrition status of children under five with development level and p= 0,003 and CC = 0,463 for rear pattern with development level. Conclusion of the research is there is a correlation between nutrition status with the development level of children under five in the age 4-5 years old in Sukorejo. The suggestion for the instance of health organizer is should have a relationship with the official of planned family welfare to distribute the form of BKB so that the early stimulation can be optimal. The function of nursing management, especially the planning function of the head of the room, is important to realize quality nursing services, especially in the treatment of patients with HIV/AIDS. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the planning function of the head of the room with the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients in dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. This study with a sample of 58 people used a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach, using bivariate analysis with the Spearman Rank test. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the planning function and the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients in RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal (pvalue 0.001). Recommendations for the hospital nursing management to improve the planning function in terms of providing supporting facilities for handling HIV/AIDS such as SAK HIV/AIDS, syringe supplies and syringe disposal sites and universal precaution training.

This study aims to determine the motivation for breastfeeding and the practice of choosing complementary feeding  for children 6-24 months. The design of this research is a cross sectional study conducted in three posyandu in Pekalongan City from July to August 2021. The respondents were 42 mothers with children 6-24 months. The results showed that 71.43% of mothers had good motivation to give complementary feeding and the practice of choosing complementary feeding in more than half of the mothers was good (59,52%). There is a significant relationship between the motivation of giving omplementary feeding to mothers with the practice of choosing complementary feeding for mothers (p<0,05), but there is no significant relationship between education and income of the mother's family with the  choosing complementary feeding practices on mothers (p>0,05).

People who are confirmed to have Corona Virus Disease 19 (covid 19) in the community cause a stigma that can lead to discrimination. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between knowledge and stigma in people who were confirmed to be positive for corona virus disease -19 in Banjar Tegal, Bebalang Village, Bangli, Bali Province. Descriptive correlation is a type of research used with a quantitative research design. The sample is 89 people with simple random sampling technique. The instrument uses a questionnaire which is distributed online via google form. Data collection using google form with 10 questions related to knowledge and 30 questions related to stigma. Data analysis using Spearman rank with the result that the majority of knowledge in the sufficient category is 65 people (73.0%), most of the stigma is in the moderate category, namely 54 people (60.7%). Bivariate analysis obtained p value of 0.000 and r value of -0.548. There is a relationship between knowledge and stigma in people who are confirmed to be positive for corona virus disease -19 in Banjar Tegal, Bebalang Village, Bangli, Bali Province. The better the level of knowledge, the lower the stigma against people who are confirmed positive for COVID-19. The results of the study can be used as a reference for implementing health promotion programs to reduce stigma in people who are confirmed positive for the corona virus disease -19.

Kangaroo Treatment Method (PMK) has benefits for mothers, babies with low birth weight (LBW), health workers and hospitals. NICU nurses and Perina are important factors in the successful implementation of PMK. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between characteristics, knowledge, self-confidence and attitudes of nurses in the implementation of kangaroo care methods. Quantitative research, with a cross-sectional design using Chi-Square analysis and a total sampling of 60 respondents. The research was conducted from November 2019 to August 2020. This research was awarded an ethical qualification from the Sint Carolus STIK Health Research and Development Ethics Commission. The results of the study explained that most of the ages 17-35 years 39 (65%), D3 education 45 (75%), working > 5 years 38 (63.3%), not yet training 43 (71.7%), sufficient knowledge 40 ( 66.7%), confident 36 (60%) and have a good attitude 33 (55%) respondents. The results of Chi-Square analysis explained that there was a relationship between nurse age (p-value = 0.015), PMK training (p-value = 0.007) and there was no relationship between education (p-value = 0.653), length of work (p = 0.0095), knowledge (p-value = 0.099) and nurses' confidence (p-value = 0.244) with the attitude of nurses in implementing PMK in Type C Private Hospitals. This study recommends NICU nurses attend training on PMK so that nurses have a confident attitude in implementing PMK.

The COVID-19 pandemic experienced by people around the world has resulted in an increase in the number of patients and stressors for nurses in Mental Hospital Emergency Departments, and is exacerbated by the condition of mental patients who are unable to communicate properly. The quality of patient care in the ER is determined by the availability of the 5M element where nurses as a human element in the COVID-19 pandemic situation require more attention regarding psychological wellbeing. Psychological wellbeing of good nurses will have a positive impact on nursing services in the ER mental hospital. The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences and feelings of psychologic wellbeing of Surakarta mental hospital emergency room nurses during the COVID-19 period. The research method used a qualitative design on the emergency room nurse mental hospital used Colaizzi analysis method. The results of the analysis of the participant interviews obtained seven themes, namely the meaning of psychological wellbeing (feeling happy, grateful to accept one's own condition, comfortable, useful and productive), Feelings during the COVID-19 pandemic (feelings at the beginning of the pandemic and current feelings), How to adapt during the COVID-19 pandemic. -19 (increased self-readiness, mutual care and support for fellow nurses, fulfillment of facilities and improvement of service systems), Hope for the COVID-19 pandemic (Joking freely and the pandemic will end soon and no health workers will fall), Changes experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic 19 (changes in regulations and culture in the face of a pandemic, changes in methods of studying online), experiences during work (pleasant experiences and bad experiences), families who always support carers (spouses and children and parents), and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic ( towards others and towards family). The conclusion now is that nurses feel more comfortable and calm in carrying out their duties. The nurses had made adaptations to reduce anxiety so as to improve the psychological wellbeing status of the nurses.

Formalin is known as a disinfectant, germicide and non-food preservative. For this reason, useing formalin in tofu food products is strictly prohibited. The importance of preventing the use of formalin in tofu traders has an impact on human health so it is safe for consumption. The purpose of this study was to determine of formaldehyde used among tofu traders in the traditional market of Serang City. Cross-sectional study with total sampling technique. The research sample was 43 tofu traders and 43 tofu samples were taken. Questionnaire instrument to obtain data on the variables of knowledge, attitudes and supervision variables that had previously been tested for validity (r count > r table) and reliability with Cronbach's alpha (α) value of 0.947 > 0.60. Tofu formalin content examination was carried out by the Regional Health Laboratory (Labkesda) Serang City using the Schiff reagent test. The results showed that there were (67.4%) tofu trader were positive formalin. There is no relationship between attitudes and use of formaldehyde in tofu traders (p=1,000). There is a relationship between knowledge (p=0.016) and supervision (p=0.004) with the use of formalin in tofu traders. Application of regulations, supervision traders and producers to prevent the use of formaldehyde in food.
