This study aims to examine: (1) Influence Supervision of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance,(2) Supervision of Leadership on Employee Performance (3) Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance of Education Office of West Sumatera Province. The type of this research was descriptive associative. The population in this study amounted to 276 people. The sampling technique used was Propotional Random Sampling. Data of this research was primary data with research instrument in the form of questionnaire which have been tested for validity and reliability. Further data analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with SPSS. Based on the results of the study, it was advisable Provincial Education Office of West Sumatra to be better again in improving the performance of employees, especially in terms of commitment in the employee to be more improved so that it can be have an impact on the improving employee performance. It then increases Leadership Supervision in comparing employee job results to predefined standards for feedback on the work they undertake. Employee Discipline to be more improved especially in the case of compliance with work standards that is by taking into account the standards and time set by the Education Office of the Province of West Sumatra for work done in line with organizational goals and can be completed in a timely manner. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of employees, supervision and leadership relations supervisory leadership with employee performance in the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sumatra Province. Population in this research is employees of Regional Personnel Board of West Sumatera Province which amounted 52 people. The sample of this study was taken using krejcie table with Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique and obtained 51 samples. The instrument of this study is Likert Scale Questionnaire with five choices that have been tested for its validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by using product moment correlation formula. Based on the results of research that has been done can be concluded that supervision of the leadership on the category is high enough that is 72% and employee performance in good enough category that is equal to 79%.The results show that the correlation coefficient between leadership supervision with significant employee performance is rxy = 0.529 > rtable = 0.361 at 99% confidence level. On the correlation significance there is also a significant relationship between supervisory leadership with employee performance is tcount = 4.361 > ttable 2.704 at 99% confidence level. Thus the hypothesis tested is acceptable. The hypothesis reads a significant relationship between supervisory leadership and employee performance

<em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee work discipline at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang..1.This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with causal methods. The population in this study were all employees at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang. The research sample amounted to 54 employees using.1.the sampling technique is the proportionate stratified random sampling technique..1.Data collection techniques are carried out by using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression testing through.1.the help of the SPSS Computer Program version 16.00. the results of the study show: 1) Work Motivation employees at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang are in the good category (74.07%). 2) Employee Discipline is in a very good category (59.26%). 3) R Square 0.155 and a significance value of 0.03 which means that.1.there is a significant effect between work motivation on work discipline of 15.5% while the remaining 84.5% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques with library research and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Commerce, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Lima Puluh Regency, West Sumatra Province, amounting to 66 people. And the sample is all the population of 66 people or better known as the census. The data analysis method used is the instrument test which is divided into validity and reliability test, descriptive variable analysis (TCR), classic assumption test that is normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 17.0 program. The results obtained are motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Department of Commerce, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises in Lima Puluh Regency, West Sumatra Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan dan penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah 66 0rang. Dan yang dijadikan sampel adalah semua populasi berjumlah 66 orang atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Adapun metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen yang terbagi menjadi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif variabel (TCR), uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Alat analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17.0. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on OCB and employee performance, OCB on employee performance, and analyze the effect of organizational commitment through OCB as an intervening variable on employee performance. The population is all employees who work at SPMI units of Private Universities in West Sumatra, amounting to 241 people. Of the 241 people taken 30 as a sample of validity and reliability so the remaining 211 people still exist. While the number of samples taken using the saturation sampling technique, which is a sampling technique by taking the entire population that is 211 samples. The data collection method uses the survey method, followed by the statistical method to test the hypothesis by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB and employee performance, so does OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, organizational commitment through OCB also has an influence on employee performance.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine and test the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of the employees of PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. The populations in this study were employees of PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The Samples were 100 people. The data used are primary data and the  data analysis using linear regression. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang dan  untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja  pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Teknik  pengambilan  sampel  menggunakan  metode  <em>accidentals  sampling</em>,  yaitu   pengambilan  sampel  secara acak semua jumlah populasi mendapat kesempatan yang sama. Sampel diambil sebanyak 100 orang. Data yang digunakan data primer dengan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat simpulkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Disiplin kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Lingkungan kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment andwork discipline on employee performance in the Public Works, Housing agency and ESDM DIY both partially and simultaneously (together). The population in this study amounted to 391 employees 198 samples were then taken using a sampling technique the sample is Simple Random Sampling with the Slovin formula. The type of data is data primary and data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been first tested with a test of validity and reliability. Analysis technique the data is multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and determination test. Based on the results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V 20 can be used it was concluded that the work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) variables are good partially (singly) or simultaneously (together) influential significant impact on employee performance (Y) at the Department of Public Works, Housing and ESDM DIY.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction. The sample in this study were 68 employees of Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kota Sungai Penuh. The sampling technique is census method because the number of employees is only 68 people who fill out the questionnaire. The type of data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Test of research instruments test validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques consist of data description test, classic assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found that organizational culture influences organizational commitment, organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment influences employee job satisfaction, organizational culture influences employee performance, organizational commitment influences employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance and culture. organization and organizational commitment affect employee performance through job satisfaction. This research suggests that to improve employee performance, a more conducive organizational culture is needed, an increase in organizational commitment and improvement in job satisfaction

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on employee performance at Manggarai Station, South Jakarta. The type of research used is probability sampling with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The data obtained are primary data from the results of respondents' answers to questionnaires distributed by 115 respondents and processed using the SPPS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) software program 17. In the f test the variable Job Stress and Work Discipline together (simultaneous) affect the Employee Performance. The results of the study show that in the t test (partial) the Job Stress variable negatively affects Employee Performance and Work Discipline variables have a positive effect on Employee Performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee performance at the Regional Finance Board of the West Sumatra Provincial Government. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y), and the independent variable consisting of work environment (X1) and organizational culture (X2). The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. Accumulated data used in this study were primary data from questionnaires and used a proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The population in this study were all employees of the regional financial agency of the province of West Sumatra, the sample in this study was 72 employees or respondents. The research data were collected from the respondents' results and analyzed using linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-count value of (3,342 > 2,000) and organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, with a t-count value of (3,336 > 2,000).
