The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of employees, supervision and leadership relations supervisory leadership with employee performance in the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sumatra Province. Population in this research is employees of Regional Personnel Board of West Sumatera Province which amounted 52 people. The sample of this study was taken using krejcie table with Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique and obtained 51 samples. The instrument of this study is Likert Scale Questionnaire with five choices that have been tested for its validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by using product moment correlation formula. Based on the results of research that has been done can be concluded that supervision of the leadership on the category is high enough that is 72% and employee performance in good enough category that is equal to 79%.The results show that the correlation coefficient between leadership supervision with significant employee performance is rxy = 0.529 > rtable = 0.361 at 99% confidence level. On the correlation significance there is also a significant relationship between supervisory leadership with employee performance is tcount = 4.361 > ttable 2.704 at 99% confidence level. Thus the hypothesis tested is acceptable. The hypothesis reads a significant relationship between supervisory leadership and employee performance

This study was aimed to determine the relationship between self-esteem and conformity along with purchase Smartphone decisions on students of SMAN “X” Surabaya. The method used were quantitative research methods. Subjects of this research were 223 students who use Smartphone products. Sample were choosen by using a stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used are simple correlation, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study shows that: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between self-esteem and purchase decisions. As evidenced, the result of correlation coefficient (R) is 0,200 with significance value of 0,003 (p < 0,05), 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between conformity and purchase decisions. As evidenced, the result of correlation coefficient (R) is 0,286 with significance value of 0,000 (p < 0,05), 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between self-esteem and conformity along with Smartphone product purchase decisions on students of SMAN “X”  in Surabaya, indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0,366 and the value of F > Ft at significance level of 5% is 16,75 > 3,04. Contribution of self-esteem and conformity variables in predicting the purchase decision of 13.4 %, so 86.6 % is influenced by other factors.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harga diri dan konformitas bersama-sama dengan pengambilan keputusan pembelian produk Smartphone pada siswa di SMAN “X” Surabaya.Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif.Subyek penelitian adalah 223 siswa yang menggunakan produk Smartphone. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi sederhana, korelasi ganda dan regresi ganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara harga diri dengan pengambilan keputusan pembelian, terbukti dari koefisien korelasi (R) yang dihasilkan adalah 0,200 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003 (p < 0,05), 2. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara konformitas dengan pengambilan keputusan pembelian, terbukti dari koefisien korelasi (R) yang dihasilkan adalah 0,286 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), 3. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara harga diri dan konformitas secara bersama-sama dengan pengambilan keputusan pembelian produk Smartphone pada siswa di SMAN “X” Surabaya, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,366 dan nilai F > Ft pada taraf signifikansi 5% yaitu 16,75 > 3,04. Sumbangan variabel harga diri dan konformitas dalam memprediksi pengambilan keputusan pembelian sebesar 13,4%, sehingga 86,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between age experiencing of menarche (first menstruation) with the student’s confidence in a high school in Padang. The population of the study was all students at Senior High School 6 Padang. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The number of samples used was 186 people using a questionnaire that had been tested for its validity and reliability before. The results of this study indicate that the age of menarche has a significant relationship to the confidence of these students. Besides that, the correlation coefficient is negative hence thefaster a person experiences menarche, the lower confidence she will has. The relationship between age of experiencing menarche with self-confidence is significant because the physical and psychological changes that occur after a person experiences menarche can affect one's confidence. Even so, it is not only the age of menarche that is associated with self-confidence, but there are other factors such as the learning process of the environment, family, friends or the community. It is because self-confidence is not a hereditary factor, so that everyone can increase their self-confidence in order to optimize their potential for success

This study aims to examine: (1) Influence Supervision of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance,(2) Supervision of Leadership on Employee Performance (3) Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance of Education Office of West Sumatera Province. The type of this research was descriptive associative. The population in this study amounted to 276 people. The sampling technique used was Propotional Random Sampling. Data of this research was primary data with research instrument in the form of questionnaire which have been tested for validity and reliability. Further data analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with SPSS. Based on the results of the study, it was advisable Provincial Education Office of West Sumatra to be better again in improving the performance of employees, especially in terms of commitment in the employee to be more improved so that it can be have an impact on the improving employee performance. It then increases Leadership Supervision in comparing employee job results to predefined standards for feedback on the work they undertake. Employee Discipline to be more improved especially in the case of compliance with work standards that is by taking into account the standards and time set by the Education Office of the Province of West Sumatra for work done in line with organizational goals and can be completed in a timely manner. SMAN 5 Jember is a school that has received the Adiwiyata program predicate. Based on the phenomenon, students who have environmental knowledge do not necessarily have attitudes and behaviors that care about the environment. This is not in line with the school's goal of maintaining the status of a Adiwiyata school. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between environmental knowledge and environmental care and environmental care behavior among students of SMAN 5 Jember in the 2018-2019 academic year. This study uses a nonexperimental correlational quantitative approach using the ex post facto method. The population in this study were students of class X and XI, amounting to 480 students. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used Kendall's Tau Correlation. Based on the results of the research on the relationship between environmental knowledge and environmental care attitudes in students of SMAN 5 Jember, the results obtained were 0.000 < 0.05 so that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, meaning that there was a significant relationship. The relationship between environmental knowledge and environmental care behavior results in 0.532> 0.05 so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is no significant relationship. Keywords: Adiwiyata, Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavior   SMAN 5 Jember merupakan sekolah yang mendapatkan predikat program Adiwiyata. Berdasarkan fenomena siswa yang memiliki pengetahuan lingkungan belum tentu memiliki sikap dan perilaku peduli lingkungan. Hal ini tidak selaras dengan tujuan sekolah mempertahankan status sekolah Adiwiyata. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan lingkungan dengan sikap peduli lingkungan dan perilaku peduli lingkungan pada siswa SMAN 5 Jember tahun pelajaran 2018-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional non eksperimental menggunakan metode ex post facto. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X dan XIyang berjumlah 480 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Kendall’s Tau Correlation. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hubungan pengetahuan lingkungan dengan sikap peduli lingkungan pada siswa SMAN 5 Jember diperoleh hasil 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan. Hubungan pengetahuan lingkungan dengan perilaku peduli lingkungan diperoleh hasil 0,532 > 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan. The present investigation is a comparative study in which a total of 564 tribal and non-tribal adolescent students of Jammu And Kashmir State were selected by stratified random sampling technique. The tribal and non-tribal students were compared for the relationships between academic achievement and scientific temper. Data collected by The Scientific temper scale (2008) by Showkat and Nadeem showed a significant relationship between academic achievement and scientific temper in non-tribal adolescents only. Further gender wise comparisons revealed that male and female students of non-tribal group had significant relationship between the two variables as compared to tribal group.

The purpose this study was to determine the relationship between secure attachment with achievement motivation,  the relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation, and the relationship between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement motivation in adolescents students. The population of this research was students of class X, XI and XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Tebing Tinggi. The sample was 103 students were take by stratified random sampling technique. This study used secure attachment scale, autonomy scale, and achievement motivation scale. Double regression analysis showed FCOUNT  33, 482 with  p = 0,000 (p0,005). The result indicate that there was significant correlation between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement. Patrially, there is a significant relationship secure attachment with achievement rxy = 0,365 with  p 0,01 and there is a significant relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation  rxy = 0,361 with  p 0,01. R2 square value was 0, 527 it means that secure attachment and autonomy simultaneously contribute 52,7% toward achievement motivation.

This study aim is to know the effect of the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices Program, 5P Program related on Employee Performance at PT. Kalbe Morinaga Indonesia. This research is located in PT. Kalbe Morinaga Indonesia with 390 people population and the sample taken is 84 people using stratified random sampling technique with Slovin formula which is conducted from May to June 2018. Approachment to data analyze using Partial Least Square (PLS), namely Smart-PLS 3.0. Based on the analysis results obtained that Good Manufacturing Practices Program has a positive effect on Employee Performance and 5P Program also has a positive effect on Employee Performance.

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang. Data WHO tahun 2018 menunjukkan kasus kanker yang paling banyak terjadi di Indonesia adalah kasus kanker payudara, yakni 58.256 kasus dari total 348.809 kasus kanker. Kanker payudara sebagai penyakit yang berisiko diderita perempuan. Perlu dilakukan upaya deteksi dini dengan SADARI.Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan perilaku pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) pada wanita PUS di Kelurahan Bram Itam Kiri Kecamatan Bram Itam Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat.Metode.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 93 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik Proporsionate Stratified Random Sampling untuk diwawancarai. Analisis data menggunakan chi-square.Hasil. Sebanyak 34,4% responden memiliki perilaku SADARI tidak baik. Ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku SADARI. Dukungan petugas kesehatan tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan perilaku SADARI.Kesimpulan. Pemahaman responden tentang SADARI masih rendah dan  ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku pemeriksan payudara sendiri (SADARI). ABSTRACTBackground. According to WHO in 2018, most cancer cases in Indonesia are breast cancer cases, with 58,256 cases out of a total of 348,809 cancer cases. Breast cancer is a disease that is at risk for women. Early detection efforts with BSE should be initiated.Objective. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and support of health workers with breast self-examination behavior (BSE) on women with PUS in Bram Itam Kiri Village, Bram Itam District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency.Method. This research was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. This study involved 93 respondents who were selected using a proportional stratified random sampling technique to be interviewed. Data analysis using chi-square.Results. As many as 34.4% of respondents had bad BSE behavior. There is a significant relationship between knowledge and BSE behavior. Support from health workers did not have a significant relationship with BSE behavior.Conclusion. Respondents' understanding of BSE is still low and there is a relationship between knowledge and breast self-examination behavior (BSE).

This article examined the impact of Organization Justice on employees’ performance in cantonment board Peshawar. The study was conducted using 150 employees as a sample and applied stratified random sampling technique. Statistical techniques i.e reliability analysis, Factor analysis, correlation and Regression applied. The results were obtained using correlation regression to know the direction, association and impact of variables and the effects organization justice on employee’s performance. The results found that Organization Justice affects the employee’s performance positively Therefore it is suggested that CBP should exercise such justice in the organization which will inculcate more confidence in the employees. All the hypotheses developed for this study has been proved through the analysis of this research study


ملـخص: هدفت الدارسة إلى التعرف على أثر الولاء التنظيمي كمتغير وسيط في العلاقة بين استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية و أداء العاملين في مستشفى بيت حانون، وقد أجريت الدارسة على جميع الموظفين العاملين في المستشفى والبالغ عددهم (200) موظفاً وموظفة، و تم توزيع استبانة أعدت خصيصاً لهذا الغرض باستخدام أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية، ولقد تم استرداد (106) استبانة, واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثراً دال معنوياً عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥ α) لاستراتيجيات الموارد البشرية والولاء التنظيمي على أداء العاملين, كما أظهرت أثراً دال معنوياً لاستراتيجيات الموارد البشرية على أداء العاملين من خلال الولاء التنظيمي(متغير وسيط) ,حيث إن الولاء التنظيمي قد نقل جزءاً من أثر استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية على أداء العاملين. الكلمات المفتاحية: استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية، الولاء التنظيمي، الأداء الوظيفي، قطاع غزة، فلسطين. Abstract This study aimed to investigate the effect of loyalty as a mediating variable in the relationship between human resources strategies and employee performance in Beith Hanoun Hospital. The population of the study consisted of (200) employees. A uestionnaire was designed for this purpose and was distributed using the stratified random sampling technique. The descriptive analytical method and the appropriate statistical tests were applied using SPSS. The study concluded that human resource strategies and loyalty significantly affected employee performance. In addition, loyalty partially mediated the relationship between human resource strategies and employee performance.
