This study aims to look at the influence of Financial Literacy and the effect of Risk Perception on the investment decisions of millennial generation of Padang City. The type of this research is a comparative causal research (causative). The samplesof this study was 96 respondents ofmillennial generation of Padang City that choosed by using purposive sampling method. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data was collected by questionnairy technique and it was analysed byusing multiple regression analysis method. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The analysis prerequisite tests conducted include normality test, heterokedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The data collected was processed with SPSS version 20.0. The results of this study indicate that both of Financial Literacy and Risk Perception has a significant positive effect on investment decisions of millennial generation of Padang City. Keywords : financial literacy, risk perception

This study aims to see the effectiveness of advertisements and the attractiveness of advertisements on Sarimi's brand attitude among students of Padang State University. This type of research is a causative research. The sample in this study was 96 students of Padang State University who were selected using purposive sampling method. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data were collected by using a questionnaire technique and analyzed using multiple regression analysis methods. Testing instruments using validity and reliability tests. The prerequisite analysis tests included normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The collected data were processed with SPSS version 20.0. This study aims to determine the level of influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior toward investment decisions. The data used in this study are primary data, the sample used in this study were PKK members in Jambi City. The sampling technique was carried out by using purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 2,337 + 0.159 X1 + 0.518 X2, and the test of this study using the f-test, R2-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior affect investment decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and risk perception on student investment decisions in Jakarta. This study used a quantitative approach through questionnaires with as many as 120 respondents taken as sample which is obtained by using non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method. The research data is processed with SPSS, where the hypothesis is analyzed using t-test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy variable have a significant effect on investment decision, based on the t-test result which shows that t-count is higher in comparison to ttable (8,433>1,98045). Similarly, the risk perception variable have a significant effect on investment decision, which is shown by the higher tcount compared to t-table (2,319>1,98045).

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource accounting competence on employee performance with BUM Desa productivity as an intervening variable. Data collection was done through a questionnaire. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data sources and secondary data. The population in this study were all BUM Desa in Gianyar Regency. The sample in this research is BUM Desa in Gianyar Regency with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The test results show that human resource accounting competence has a positive effect on the productivity of BUM Desa in Gianyar Regency. The productivity of BUM Desa has a positive effect on employee performance at BUM Desa, Gianyar Regency. Human resource accounting competence has a positive effect on employee performance at BUM Desa Gianyar Regency. Human resource accounting competence has a positive effect on employee performance through productivity at BUM Desa, Gianyar Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, promotion on trust and satisfaction on the loyality of college student  in the STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto. This study is a survey. The data is primary data taken by sampling method, as many as 128 respondents. Data analyzed with validity and reliability test, partial test ( t test ), simultaneously test ( F test ), R-square and path analysis. T test result shows that : physical evidenc is significant positive effect on satisfaction, location is insignific tangibels is significant positive effect on trust, reliability is significant positive effect on trust, responsiveness is significant positive effect on trust, assurance is insignificant negative effect on trust, emphaty is significant positive  effect on trust, promotion is significant positive effect on trust, tangible is significant positive effect on satisfaction, reliability is significant positive effect on satisfaction, responsivveness is significant positive effect on satisfaction, assurance is significant positive effect on satisfaction, emphaty is insignificant positive  effect on satisfaction,promotion is insignificant negative effect on satisfaction, tangibel is significant positive effect on loyality, reliability is insignificant positive effect on loyality, responsivveness is insignificant positive  effect on loyality, assurance is insignificant positive effect on loyality, emphaty is insignificant negative effect on loyality, promotion is significant positive effect on loyality, trust is significant positive effect on loyality, satisfaction is significant positive effect on loyality. F test result shows that simultaneously tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, promotion, trust and satisfaction has significant positive effect on the performance. R-square test result shows that  92,9 % variation of loyality can be explained by tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, promotion, trust and satisfaction the remaining 7,1% is explained by other factors out of the model. Based on a total leverage to improve loyality will be more effective if through increased promotion.  Keywords : tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty,  promotion, trust, satisfaction and loyality

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of physical evidence, location,and  image  on satisfaction on the loyality  of  college student  in the STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto. Data analyzed with validity and reliability test, partial test ( t test ), simultaneously test ( F test ), R-square and path analysis. T test result shows that : physical evidenc is significant positive  effect on satisfaction, location is insignificant positive effect on satisfaction,  image    is insignificant positive effect on satisfaction, physical evidenc is significant positive  effect on loyality, location is insignificant positive effect on loyality,  image    is insignificant negatie  effect on loyality, satisfaction is significant positive effect on loyality. F test result shows that simultaneously physical evidence, location,and  image  has significant positive effect on the performance.  R-square test result shows that  84,7  % variation of loyality can be explained by physical evidence, location,  image,and satisfaction  the remaining 15,3% is explained by other factors out of the model. The path analysis show : the direct effect of  physical evidence on loyality variables is smaller  than the indirect effect of physical evidence on loyality by mediating satisfaction. This study found that branchless banking has a positive effect on the financial inclusion of the people of Kampar Regency, Riau.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and patient satisfaction on X Tuban clinical image. Sampling is done by simple random sampling. The number of samples determined was 92 samples. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used to determine the effect of service quality and patient satisfaction on the X Tuban Clinic image is multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. Before a regression is carried out, a validity and reliability test is performed for each question. In addition, a normality test and a classic assumption test are performed. The results showed that the quality of service and patient satisfaction simultaneously and individually affected the positive image of the Tuban X Clinic.

This study aims to find out the influence of financial literacy and demographic factors such as gender, generation year and income on student investment decisions at the Faculty of Economics Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. Respondents to this study numbered 100 students from FE UST class of 2017 to 2020. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods. While the data analysis method used, among others descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, and multiple regression test with the help of SPSS 20 program. The results of this study show that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on investment decisions. However, on demographic factors only the year of the force has a significant positive effect on investment decisions. While the year of force and income has no significant positive effect on investment decisions.

This research aims to determine the effect of budget participation, organization’s commitment and motivation toward managerial performance. The population included was employees in beverage company in Jakarta. Sampling was collected by using a purposive sampling method and the number of sample obtained 139 samples that meet the criteria and free from outliers. In addition to the above primary data, this study also collected secondary data from literatures and studies. Multiple Regression analysis was used as analytical technique. The result showed that budget participation, organization’s commitment and motivation jointly have significant positive effect on managerial performance. The study therefore recommends among others that all those presently involved in the implementation of budgets should be educated on the purpose and objectives of budgetary control and that lower level managers and staffs who are directly involved in the implementation of the budget should be co-opted into the budget setting process.
