This study aims to determine the development of martial arts degree training, in improving athletes' achievements, it is expected that this research can contribute information for input for fostering achievement achievements. This research is a qualitative research using observation, interview and documentation data collection methods. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the study are: (1) The quality of the trainers at SATLAT SMAN 1 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency can be categorized as good, based on the results of data analysis conducted. (2) Sources of funding at SATLAT SMAN 1 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency are in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 3 of 2005 concerning the National Sports System, but are still categorized as not good, because funding at SATLAT SMAN 1 Batang Anai, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman only relies contributions from athletes. (3) Infrastructure facilities at SATLAT SMAN 1 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency are generally categorized as good, this can be seen from the adequate training equipment and training grounds

The aim of this study is to identify the comparison of phonological perceptions by extroverted and introverted deaf students. This research is a type of qualitative research. The data of this study focuses on phonological perceptions which are realized in the form of deaf students' writing which is based on the utterances of researcher. Deaf students wrote down all the words given by the researcher based on their knowledge and understanding. The data sources were from the tenth grade students of SMALB B Karya Mulia, which totaling 10 students. Data collection techniques used are the assignment. The data analysis technique used is the basic technique of determining the determinant elements (PUP) and advanced techniques in the form of an equalizing relationship technique (HBS). The PUP technique is used to sort out the contexts that come from deaf students by using orthographic power that is adjusted to the determining instrument, namely writing. The findings of this study can be mentioned as follows: There are two findings in this study, namely (1) The quality of the perspectives of extroverted deaf students over introverts, and (2) Variations in perceptions of extroverted deaf students under introverts.

Ethical considerations are an important part of qualitative research as a multitude of ethical questions can arise during data collection, fieldwork, data analysis, and reporting. The primary goal of this chapter is to illustrate the various ethical issues and dilemmas qualitative researchers may face, particularly during data collection. First, ethical issues that have to be considered when undertaking qualitative research will be discussed. Then ethical issues involved in conducting various qualitative data collection methods, such as observation, interview, and focus group, will be discussed. Common issues discussed are followed by solutions and recommendations directed to researchers conducting qualitative research. Finally, the chapter concludes with the limitations of the discussion and suggestions to expand research into a new direction.

This study aims to analyze and categorize the type of yakuwarigo or role language on the Anime of Gintama. Role language, or known as Yakuwarigo in Japanese, is a set of language features associated with a particular type of character in the virtual world. The characteristic of these languages variation such as vocabulary, grammar, intonation, and accent patterns. (Kinsui, 2003). This study also investigates the function of these language variation types focusing on the yakuwarigo types in Anime Gintama. The data collection technique that was used is the note technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was the reading markah analysis technique followed by a descriptive qualitative data analysis technique to present the results of the data analysis. The results show that the type of Yakuwarigo found in Anime Gintama shows the variation of the character itself. Seven types of yakuwarigo seen from 10 Gintama anime characters, namely, aruyo kotoba, hakase go, onee kotoba, joseigo, danseigo, chara gobi, and Osaka ben. And the particular type of the yakuwarigo’s characteristics was shujoshi and specific types of expression used by these characters.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri, serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri. Fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi sikap (attitude), kemampuan (ability), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggung jawab (accountability), dan penampilan (appearance). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara dan observasi yang ditulis dalam catatan lapangan. Keabsahan data dikaji dengan 2 metode yakni trianggulasi dan ketekunan pengamatan. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data mengacu pada Miles dan Huberman (2018). Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik yaitu pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri belum sepenuhnya 100% baik , masih ada beberapa yang perlu diperbaiki dan dievaluasi. Hambatan yang ditemui adalah sumber daya manusia yang tidak sebanding dengan pemohon dan sarana dan prasarana. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Prima, Disdukcapil, Hambatan, Sikap, Penampilan Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, as well as describe and analyze the factors that support or hinder the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. The focus in this study includes attitude, ability, attention, action, accountability, and appearance. The approach used in this study is qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews and observations written in field notes. The validity of the data was assessed by 2 methods, namely triangulation, and persistence of observation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique refers to Miles and Huberman (2018). The conclusion that can be drawn is that the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office is not yet 100% good, there are still some that need to be improved and evaluated. The obstacles encountered are human resources that are not comparable to the applicant and facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: Excellent Service, Department of Population and Civil Registry, Barriers, Attitudes, Appearance.

This study aims to know the quality of: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuating, and (4) controlling of mechanical engineering workshop management at SMK in Purworejo Regency. This study is a quantitative study with survey method. The respondents of this study were the practical lesson teachers of mechanical engineering SMK in Purworejo Regency. The data collection techniques were questionnaire, interview, and observation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the planning has a good quality with a mean of 2.961; (2) the organizing has a good quality with a mean of 2.947; (3) the actuating has a good quality with a mean of 3.207; and (4) the controlling has a good quality with a mean of 2.874.

The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of the language available in the novel teenager "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data in this study Various styles on the novel teenagers "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. Documentation technique is used in the data collection technigue. Data analysis technique in this research is done through steps, that is: (1) reading novelteenlit "Angel Angel" by Luna Torashyngu (2) hiding data, (3) classifying data, (4) analyzing data, and (5) conclude. Test the validity of the data is a credibility test conducted by increasing persistence with the supervisor during the process, and discussion with colleagues. The results found in the novel D'Angel Princess by Luna Torashyngu in slang and not used to separate the characteristics of the teen novel. Then the word denotation and author connotation to express and convince the compiler readers convey narration and description in the story, said Science used as a means to monetize a novel theme with a scientific theme, the words used to sort out teenage characters who look slang. The use of sentences is used to describe the main character in the sentence Usage. The author's written sentence contains descriptions and narrations to make the story more interesting and easy to understand. Comment topic sentence  gives a beautiful impression or a beautiful comment on the characters. Use of minor sentences is used  to give challenge and sincerity to what people say so that readers feel confidence. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Stereotip yang melekat pada kehidupan waria dalam novel Rumah Ilalang karya Stebby Julionatan. Stereotip yang dimaksud adalah gambaran atau cerminan kehidupan waria yang terjadi pada lingkungan masyarakat dalam karya sastra. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan Sosiologi Sastra. Sumber penelitian ini berasal dari novel Rumah Ilalang karya Stebby Julionatan. Data penelitian ini berupa kutipan, kalimat, dan paragraf yang berupa gambaran atau cerminan kehidupan waria. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode membaca Novel dan mengidentifikasikan konteks permasalahan yang akan diteliti. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Humberman melalui langkah-langkah (1) penyeleksian data, (2) pemaparan data, dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil memperlihatkan waria direpresentasikan dalam tiga aspek, yaitu (1) tidak beragama, (2) tidak memiliki pekerjaan yang tetap, (3) tidak diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat.KATA KUNCI: novel rumah ilalang; stereotip; waria STEREOTYPES OF TRANSVESTITE LIFE IN RUMAH ILALANG BY STEBBY JULIONATAN ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the stereotypes inherent in transvestite life in the Rumah Ilalang by Stebby Julionatan. This stereotype is a picture or reflection of transvestite life that occurs in the community environment in literary works in the form of novels. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative research with a sociological approach to literature. The source of this research is Rumah Ilalang by Stebby Julionatan. This research datas are the form of quotes, sentences, and paragraphs in the form of a picture or reflection of the life of transvestites. Data collection techniques are done by reading novels and identifying the context of the problem to be studied. The data analysis technique used in this study is the data analysis design presented by Miles and Humberman through the steps (1) selecting data, (2) disclosing data, and (3) drawing conclusions. This study aims to analyze the management of Zakat, Infak, and Alms (ZIS) funds at LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo related to the management, fundraising, and distribution of ZIS funds to improve the mustahik economy. The research method uses a qualitative research model where data collection techniques are carried out by in-depth interviews and documentation over a period of one month. While the data analysis technique is done by reducing, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the management of ZIS funds at LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo is not only done in traditional ways (consumptive in nature), but also productive. So from the production that has been done, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the mustahik economy. The fundraising technique used is door to door as well as online. Regarding the distribution of the collected ZIS funds, it is not only given to mustahik around the institution, but also throughout the Ponorogo Regency area so that its benefits will be more widespread.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan dana Zakat, Infak, dan Sedekah (ZIS) di LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo terkait dengan cara pengelolaan, fundraising, dan pendistribusian dana ZIS untuk meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian kualitatif dimana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara secara mendalam dan dokumentasi selama kurun waktu satu bulan. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana ZIS di LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo tidak hanya dilakukan dengan cara-cara tradisional (bersifat konsumtif), tetapi juga bersifat produktif. Sehingga dari pemproduktifan yang telah dilakukan diharapkan akan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik. Adapun teknik fundraising yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara door to door juga melalui online. Terkait dengan pendistribusian dana ZIS yang terkumpul tidak hanya diberikan untuk mustahik disekitar lembaga, tetapi menyeluruh dalam wilayah Kabupaten Ponorogo sehingga kebermanfaatannya pun akan lebih meluas.

This research was motivated by the low motivation of the participants in participating in the 3 in 1 embroidery pin training at the Padang Industrial Education and Training Center. The goal is to see a picture of the motivation of the participants in following the pinhead embroidery training. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The number of respondents in this study was 40 people consisting of training participants for pinhead embroidery training generation II and XIII. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that the motivation to follow the training participants of the 3 in 1 head embroidery training is still low, namely 71% for 40 respondents.
