This study aims to know the quality of: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuating, and (4) controlling of mechanical engineering workshop management at SMK in Purworejo Regency. This study is a quantitative study with survey method. The respondents of this study were the practical lesson teachers of mechanical engineering SMK in Purworejo Regency. The data collection techniques were questionnaire, interview, and observation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the planning has a good quality with a mean of 2.961; (2) the organizing has a good quality with a mean of 2.947; (3) the actuating has a good quality with a mean of 3.207; and (4) the controlling has a good quality with a mean of 2.874.

The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of the language available in the novel teenager "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data in this study Various styles on the novel teenagers "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. Documentation technique is used in the data collection technigue. Data analysis technique in this research is done through steps, that is: (1) reading novelteenlit "Angel Angel" by Luna Torashyngu (2) hiding data, (3) classifying data, (4) analyzing data, and (5) conclude. Test the validity of the data is a credibility test conducted by increasing persistence with the supervisor during the process, and discussion with colleagues. The results found in the novel D'Angel Princess by Luna Torashyngu in slang and not used to separate the characteristics of the teen novel. Then the word denotation and author connotation to express and convince the compiler readers convey narration and description in the story, said Science used as a means to monetize a novel theme with a scientific theme, the words used to sort out teenage characters who look slang. The use of sentences is used to describe the main character in the sentence Usage. The author's written sentence contains descriptions and narrations to make the story more interesting and easy to understand. Comment topic sentence  gives a beautiful impression or a beautiful comment on the characters. Use of minor sentences is used  to give challenge and sincerity to what people say so that readers feel confidence. Perkembangan zaman yang berimbas pada perubahan berbagai aspek kehidupan sangat memengaruhi ditinggalkannya bahasa Sunda oleh generasi muda. Jika kenyataan tersebut terus terjadi, tidak menutup kemungkinan dalam beberapa generasi ke depan, bahasa Sunda akan punah. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penguasaan remaja Sunda perkotaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 86 orang secara purposive sampling yang berasal dari wilayah Bandung Raya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif (crosstab). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda mencapai rata-rata 70.5814% sehingga dapat dikategorikan cukup. Terdapat sekelompok remaja Sunda di perkotaan yang mengetahui keseluruhan istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda yang ditanyakan, tetapi ada juga kelompok remaja lainnya yang hanya mengetahui beberapa istilah. The development of the times which impacted the changes in various aspects of life, significantly affected the abandonment of the Sunda language by the younger generation. If this fact continues, it is possible that in the next few generations, the Sunda language will become extinct. The problem discussed in this study is the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in the vocabulary of the activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study aims to reveal the mastery of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. 86 persons from Great Bandung areas were chosen purposively as the research samples. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics (crosstab). The results showed that the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchen reached an average of 70,5814% so it could be categorized as sufficient. There is a group of urban Sundanese teenagers who know all the terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens that asked, there is also another group of teenagers who only know a few.

Curriculum 2013 is one of government’s strategic to decrease the quality of education. SMP Negeri 7 Salatiga is one of school that has implemendted the curriculum since 2014. This evaluation research departs from the problem that found on implementation of curriculum 2013 at SMP Negeri 7 Salatiga, especially on math. The purpose of this study is to describes the implementation of curriculum 2013, especially on math subject at SMP Negeri 7 Salatiga. The subjects of this research are the student and math teachers in SMP Negeri 7 Salatiga. Data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This study describes how the implementation of curriculum 2013 in schools is based on model of countenance stake evaluation and is guided by the standards that used. The results showed that: 1) at the antecedents stage, 100% meet the standards of the kurikulum 2013 tools and lesson planning; 2) at the transaction stage, 40% have not met the standards for learning implementation and 40% have not met the standards for the authentic assessment; 3) at the outcomes stage of 83.3% not meeting the standards for authentic assessment results.

This study aims to identify and describe the form of language errors at the syntactic level in the sentence field in the Youtube commentary of Najwa Shihab Melawan Corona. This type of research is qualitative or can be interpreted as research that emphasizes the quality of data collected using descriptive methods. Sources of data in this study are comments written by YouTube users on the Najwa Shihab Melawan Corona broadcast. The data in this study are writings that represent the opinions of Youtube users regarding related videos. The data collection techniques used in this study were reading and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study was data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study found language errors in the sentence field in the form of non-subjected sentences, non-predicated sentences, lucky sentences, duplication of subjects, illogical sentences, ambiguity sentences, conjunction omissions, Excessive use of conjunctions, unparalleled sequences, use of foreign terms and use of unnecessary question words.

The aim of this study is to identify the comparison of phonological perceptions by extroverted and introverted deaf students. This research is a type of qualitative research. The data of this study focuses on phonological perceptions which are realized in the form of deaf students' writing which is based on the utterances of researcher. Deaf students wrote down all the words given by the researcher based on their knowledge and understanding. The data sources were from the tenth grade students of SMALB B Karya Mulia, which totaling 10 students. Data collection techniques used are the assignment. The data analysis technique used is the basic technique of determining the determinant elements (PUP) and advanced techniques in the form of an equalizing relationship technique (HBS). The PUP technique is used to sort out the contexts that come from deaf students by using orthographic power that is adjusted to the determining instrument, namely writing. The findings of this study can be mentioned as follows: There are two findings in this study, namely (1) The quality of the perspectives of extroverted deaf students over introverts, and (2) Variations in perceptions of extroverted deaf students under introverts.

The purpose of the research to: (1) describe the influence of emotional quotient toward students independence learning, (2) describe the influence of emotional quotient toward students comprehension of mathematics concept of Grade VII students in MTs. Ma'arif Darul Fattah Terpatih Galak Slahung Ponorogo. This research is quantitative researh was using survey method with population is all of student Grade VII in MTs. Ma'arif Darul Fattah with total of all student is 48 students. Then, students were choosed randomly for the sample with total 24 students. The data collection technique in this research are questionnaire and test, whereas the research instrument were using questionnaire of emotional quotient and independence learning also question test about comprehension of mathematics concept. The data analysis technique were using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with analysis of simple regresion which assisted by computer program SPSS Statistics 17.0 for Windows. The result of this reseach indicates that have an significant influence between emotional quotient toward independence learning. Whereas not have an significant influece between emotional quotient toward comprehension of mathematics.

This study aims to determine the development of martial arts degree training, in improving athletes' achievements, it is expected that this research can contribute information for input for fostering achievement achievements. This research is a qualitative research using observation, interview and documentation data collection methods. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the study are: (1) The quality of the trainers at SATLAT SMAN 1 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency can be categorized as good, based on the results of data analysis conducted. (2) Sources of funding at SATLAT SMAN 1 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency are in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 3 of 2005 concerning the National Sports System, but are still categorized as not good, because funding at SATLAT SMAN 1 Batang Anai, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman only relies contributions from athletes. (3) Infrastructure facilities at SATLAT SMAN 1 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency are generally categorized as good, this can be seen from the adequate training equipment and training grounds

The goals of the research are to divulge the implementation of promotion mix strategy and its impact on the purchase decision towards the Go-jek online transportation service. The research-er uses a quantitative approach, descriptive and verified design, and survey method. As much as 100 respondents have been drawn using the purposive approach from the population of the Go-jek consumers. The data collection employs questionnaire and the path analysis procedure has been used as the data analysis technique. The findings of this research are as follows: the varia-bles of advertising, sales promotion, personal sale, publicity and community relationship fall into moderate – good category; moreover both partially and simultaneously the variables of advertis-ing, sales promotion, personal sale, publicity and community relationship, as well as direct mar-keting affect the purchase decision.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.
