This study aims to look at the preferences of members Sulit Air Sepakat (SAS) Cooperative of Padang City to transform conventional transactions into sharia. The SAS Cooperative is one of the cooperatives in Padang City, whose members come from members of the Padang City SAS Association. The SAS Cooperative has experienced ups and downs in its development, so the identification of problems from the causes include non-performing loans of members, not yet fulfilled the wishes or needs of members as expected, decreasing member loan transactions and decreasing cooperative Business Results. Data obtained based on observations to all members of the Padang City SAS Cooperative with 80 respondents using multiple linear analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables namely halal and Toyyiban, services or burdens offered are not too little or excessive, the benefits obtained, be careful in using wealth, social behavior and the identity of Islamic cooperatives are significant towards the dependent variable namely the willingness of cooperative members to transform conventional transactions into sharia. The recommendation of this study is that the cooperative management must immediately transform conventional transactions to sharia in accordance with the wishes of cooperative members and provide training to members about the concept and system of sharia transactions.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the behavior of respondents as consumers of beef households in Pematangsiantar City, to determine the behavior of the beef industry in Pematangsiantar City and to analyze the factors of beef demand in Pematangsiantar City. Researchers goals 1 and 2 use survey methods and descriptive analysis methods, Researchers aim 3 using data analysis methods used is a multiple linear regression model that is processed with the SPSS 22 program with hypothesis testing consisting of coefficients (R2), F test and t test. The results showed that the price of beef, goat meat prices, and consumer income is able to explain the demand variable of 80.2%. While the remaining 19.8% is explained by other variables not included in the equation. partially from the three independent variables, there are two variables (beef prices and mutton prices) that have no significant and positive effect on demand. The variable of consumer income has a significant and positive effect, meaning that each additional unit of consumer income will increase beef demand.

Attraction Waterfall Way Lalaan is one form of environmental services are less developed but has significant economic potential if managed properly. It is therefore necessary to study with the aim of determining the value of the waterfall attraction Way Lalaan visitor characteristics and determine the effect on travel expenses. Benefits of the research results are used as consideration in future management of this attraction. The study was conducted in March-April 2013 with as many as 96 respondents with direct interviews with travel costs were proxied visitors. Determination results of visitor travel expenses will be tested using multiple linear analysis with Minitab 16 software. The results showed the cost of travel for visitors Rp.16.284.500/orang/kali visit. The average cost of a trip Rp.203.104 person / visit. Recreational value of Rp. 487 449 600/year. Variables outside the province, age and marital status simultaneously have a real influence on the cost of the trip. The value of the standard deviation (S) is Rp.151.589. The amount of influence the dependent variables simultaneously (R-Sq) was 61.9% and R-Sq (adj) which means the amount fluctuates depending on the variables influence the correlation of independent variables were added to a dependent variable is equal to 54.8%, while 45.2 % influenced by other variables.

This paper deals with how structural integrity can be documented by use of non-linear analysis methods. The focus is on structures that are exposed to extreme environmental loads. In order to prove the structural integrity for aging offshore installation, non-linear analysis methods are finding increased applications. The codes ISO 19902, API RP 2A and Norsok N-006 give recommendations for use of non-linear methods for capacity checks of existing structures. This paper discusses the different safety formats given in these codes. Also presented is how practical acceptance criteria that have to be applied in conjunction with such analyses can be formulated. The topics that are dealt with are issues that the analyst performing such analyses needs to address like: definition of failure, representation of joints, issues on cyclic loading, instability of cross sections and member buckling. In cases of novel design solutions or special structural details, non-linear analysis methods may also find application when planning new structures.

Koperasi Usaha Mandiri in Manisrenggo, Klaten, Java has carried out intermediation activities by collecting funds from all cooperative members in form of savings to be distributed again to members who need funds in the form of loans. Koperasi has significant public accountability, but because it has not registered as a public company, Koperasi Usaha Mandiri is only responsible for the funds of its members. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to improve the management's ability to prepare financial reports based on SAK ETAP either manually or using a computer system. This activity begins with an introduction and submission of material on financial reports or financial reports based on SAK ETAP and is followed by training on recording using Excel. The material prepared in this training includes the process of preparing financial reports, namely making journals, ledgers, balance reports, reports on business results and cash flow reports. After attending the training, the management of the Koperasi has increased their understanding of the importance of implementing SAK ETAP to present cooperative financial reports. Increased understanding of cooperative management regarding the concepts and basic principles of cooperative accounting, elements of recognition, measurement and presentation of financial statements in accordance with SAK ETAP, can assist them in the process of preparing and presenting financial statements in future periods.

A common problem concerns the relations between children's behaviour or characteristics at one age or in one situation, and those shown later or in another context. It is argued here that Pearson or rank order correlations may not be ubiquitously suitable for assessing such relations, primarily because independent variables (IV's) and dependent variables (DV's) may be related for only some of the children (e.g., those high on the IV may tend to be high on the DV, but for children with lower scores on the IV there may be no relation to the scores on the DV). Categorization procedures can help. It is shown that the use of Pearson correlations, multiple regression, continuous discriminant analysis and discrete discriminant analysis on the same data sets show up different types of relations between IV's and DV's. Categorization procedures can also facilitate examination of individual cases.
