In line with the increasingly rapid technology, not a few Vocational High Schools (SMK) are using technology in the service of students and even parents. In order not to compete with State and Private Vocational Schools especially in the North Aceh District of Aceh Province, the Web-based New Student Admission Application is important to be developed at the Babussalam Baktiya Integrated Private Vocational School in North Aceh District of Aceh Province to facilitate new prospective students in the New Student Admission process (PSB ) One effort to improve the New Student Acceptance process and improve service to prospective students, it requires an application that can carry out the New Student Admissions process which is not limited by place. Keywords: Information Systems, New Students, Based on Web, Web, PHP, SQL.

SDIT Yasir is an Islamic elementary school located in Cipondoh, Tangerang. The Web-Based New Student Admission was created to make prospective students easier to register the school and to manage data student easily for school. Users of this application are prospective students and the registration part at SDIT Yasir. There are 5 menus available on this application, namely registration, check email, payment, payment verification and change payment data.

Abstract: New Student Admission is one process that exists in educational institutions such as schools that are useful for screening prospective students who are selected according to the criteria determined by the school to become students. In general, the process of admitting new students is done through the stages of registration, selection tests and announcements of new student admissions. So far, Kosgoro Vocational School has registered new student participants in a manual and not computerized way, causing time constraints and more costs for prospective students. In developing this application using the waterfall method includes the stages of determining software requirements, program design and testing of applications that have been made, In terms of making this website using Codeigniter and PHP so that the web display is more attractive and more efficient in accepting new students and providing convenience to prospective students to be able to register online and administrative staff can use it and see the latest developments in new student registration. Promotion technique is one of the methods used by AMIK and STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangiantar in finding new students. By developing promotional techniques that are more effective and efficient, it can produce the information needed to get new student candidates. The data that is processed in this research is the data of new student candidates who come from the AMIK New Student Admissions (PMB) and STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar. Based on promotional data in 2020, there are several promotions carried out, including through print media, banners, collaboration with SMA / SMK schools in Pematangsiantar city, through alumni, and the web. Furthermore, the data is processed using Rapidminer software. The processing stages are grouped using the K-Medoids algorithm on the data of prospective students, including name, place and date of birth, address, religion, cellphone number, school origin, choice of study program and source of information. Followed by the process of improving the data so that more accurate data is obtained to be processed. The results of the testing of this method are knowing which regions are applying to AMIK and STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematngsiantar which are grouped into 2 clusters, namely the highest and the lowest. The K-Medoids algorithm that is used makes a big contribution by providing new information that can be used as a reference for AMIK and STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematngsiantar in terms of Promoting New Student Admissions in the coming year.

New student registration is one of the processes that is normally carried out every year in educational institutions such as schools. New student registration is useful for screening prospective students who have been selected tobecome their students. In this research the process of registering new students at SMK Putra Rifara is done conventionally and has not been computerized, which allows many errors from writing data, stacking files and losing data. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to make a registration information system for SMK Putra Rifara. So the research method used is the method of observation, interviews, and library methods. The new student registration in formation system is buit with the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The results of this study are web-based new student registration information systems that have the ability to provide data accuracy and ease for parents and prospective new students to obtain information about the school.

The problem that often occurs in the implementation of new student admissions is the delay in time from the decision holder who is in charge of distributing new student admission circulars that are not on time while prospective students have come to school and are ready to register, in the admission process they still use the form. in paper form so that prospective students are required to come to school and fill out data, there is no system capable of assisting the admissions process, and files used for registration are sometimes lost when they are needed to check student data. In order to create an adequate system that is able to overcome the problems that occur, it is necessary to create a system that can overcome the process of accepting new students quickly and according to the planned schedule. penelitian This provides a solution by reviewing some of the theory and field observations in order to design new admissions information system based on web. The application development methodology that the author uses is the SDLC (System Develop Life Cycle) method with the waterfall process model until the testing stage. The programming language used is PHP and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. This New Student Admissions information system provides information in the form of registration activities for new prospective students, verification of registration requirements, and announcement of written test results for all prospective new students who register at SMK Muhammadiyah 7. This New Student Admission application provides convenience in carrying out the Admission process. New Students, especially for prospective new students who are outside Jakarta, or for prospective new students who are quite far from the location of SMK Muhammadiyah 7

Abstrak: Pendidikan adalah hal yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan suatu bangsa, pada era sekarang ini pendidikan sudah harus bisa menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada dengan mengagas kurikulum baru yaitu kurikulum 2013 berbasis komputasi. Pada Sekolah As-Sabiquun belum ada sistem yang terkomputerisasi dalam hal peneriman siswa baru sehingga sering terjadi kerangkapan data, karena sebab itu sekolah  As-Sabiquun sangat membutuhkan adanya sistem informasi yang menunjang dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru .  Dengan demikian sudah sewajarnya jika perombakan terjadi pada sistem sekolah dengan menggunakan teknologi terkomputerisasi salah satunya adalah untuk masalah penerimaan siswa baru pada sekolah As-Sabiquun. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pengolahan data siswa pada sekolah As-Sabiquun.   Kata kunci: sistem informasi ,sistem penerimaan siswa baru, waterfall   Abstract: Education is a very influential thing on the development of a nation, in this current era education must be able to adjust to the development of existing technology by examining the new curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum based on computing. In the As-Sabiquun School there is no computerized system in terms of the acceptance of new students so that duplication of data often occurs, because of that the As-Sabiquun school is in need of an information system that supports the admission process of new students. Thus it is natural that an overhaul occurs in the school system using computerized technology one of which is for the problem of admission of new students to the As-Sabiquun school. The method used in the development of this system is to use the waterfall method. New Student Admission is an activity that will always be carried out every year by schools, both public and private schools in attracting new students. The process of admitting new students needs doing quickly and precisely to support the educational process in each school. There are currently not many schools in East Nusa Tenggara that develop new student admission information system and Academic Information online. With the benefit and ease of existing technology, this new student admission information system and Academic Information set by each school. The New Student admission and Academic Information System at the Christian High School Kesetnana Soe currently still use a manual system where information on new student admissions distributed through brochures, the registration process for new students is still by filling in the form provided by the committee, data entry is not accurate, and it takes too long. Of these problems, the purpose of this research is to build an application to assist the school in the web-based admission process for the process to run effectively and efficiently. This software development uses the waterfall method, and the programming language used is PHP and MYSQL as the database. The result of this research is a system that can help make it easier for students to register and see the results of graduation anywhere and make it easier for teachers to input school academic information data online.

The aim of this research was to develop a scale that could evaluate an individuals confidence in using the Internet. Web-based resources are becoming increasingly important within higher education and it is therefore vital that students and staff feel confident and competent in the access, provision, and utilisation of these resources. The scale developed here represents an extension of previous research (Cassidy & Eachus, 2002) that developed a measure of self-efficacy in the context of computer use. An iterative approach was used in the development of the Web User SelfEfficacy scale (WUSE) and the participants were recruited from the student body of a large University in the North West of the United Kingdom, and globally via a web site set up for this purpose. Initial findings suggest that the scale has acceptable standards of reliability and validity though work is continuing to refine the scale and improve the psychometric properties of the tool.

Acceptance of new students is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions every year, the number of prospective students who register causes the new student admission committee cannot manage everything properly so that it is less effective in handling it. In this study, the new student admission system used by Al-Basyariah Vocational School Bojong Gede still uses the system manually, which still uses paper records, so that minimal damage and even data loss occurs. Making a new student registration information system is expected to facilitate new prospective students in registering by saving time and costs compared to coming directly to school and with the information system of new student admissions, it is expected to help and simplify the processing of students in this school.

ABSTRAK Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung salah satu institusi perguruan tinggi yang memiliki kualitas yang bagus dan memiliki potensi yang dapat menyerap mahasiswa baru berdasarkan berlimpahnya data awal yang diperoleh dari tahun ajaran 2013/2014 sampai dengan 2016/2017, dengan tahapan seleksi penerimaan yang banyak bahkan mahasiswa baru yang terserap beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan.Dalam penelitian dilakukan analisa perbandingan algoritma fuzzy logic metode Tsukamoto, Sugeno dan Mamdani untuk memprediksi jumlah pendaftar untuk tahun kedepan dilihat dari jumlah mahasiswa yang lulus dan registrasi dari tahun sebelumnya dan dalam membandingkan perhitungannya menggunakan nilai rata-rata dari hasil yang diperoleh pada ketiga metode fuzzy tersebut dengan aplikasi berbasis web.Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dihitung bahwa metode fuzzy Mamdani mempunyai tingkat error yang lebih kecil sebesar 19,76% dibandingkan dengan metode Tsukamoto sebesar 39,03% dan Sugeno sebesar 86,41% pada prediksi jumlah pendaftar mahasiswa baru.   ABSTRACT State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung one of the university institutions that have good quality and has the potential to absorb new students based on the abundance of preliminary data obtained from the academic year 2013/2014 until 2016/2017, with the selection selection stage Which many new students even absorbed in the last few years have increased and decreased. In the research, comparative analysis of fuzzy logic algorithm of Tsukamoto, Sugeno and Mamdani method is used to predict the number of applicants for the next year seen from the number of students who graduated and registration from the previous year and in comparing the calculation uses the average value of the results obtained in the three fuzzy methods with web-based applications.
