Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kecenderungan perilaku bullying yang ditinjau dari lima tipe kepribadian. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung sebanyak 86 orang. Tekhnik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan Multiple Regression Analysis pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua dari lima tipe kepribadian big five memiliki hubungan yang signifikan degan kecenderungan perilaku bullying yaitu emotional stability dan intellect. Tipe kepribadian emotional stability dengan koofisien regresi -0,882 (p = 0,007) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan secara negatif dengan kecendrungan perilaku bullying. Tipe keribadian intellect dengan koofisien regresi 1,159 (p = 0,003) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan secara positif dengan perilaku bullying. proporsi varians dari kepribadian big five yang dijelaskan oleh variabel independen adalah sebesar 27,5 %, sedangkan 72,5% sisanya dipengatuhi oleh variabel lain.

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling on consumers who have bought Sapa Kopi products through the Grabfood application. The present study aimed to explore the association between creativity, intelligence, and personality. Sixty dextral healthy volunteers in the age range of 20-40 years were recruited for the study and administered tests for fluid intelligence (Raven’s Standard Progressive Matrices), personality (Big Five NEO-FFI), and divergent thinking (Wallach & Kogan Creativity Test). Findings revealed that intelligence and openness to experience were significantly and positively correlated with fluency, flexibility, and originality dimensions of creativity. The multiple regression analysis suggested openness and fluid intelligence as significant predictors for creativity which entails that individuals who are more open to new experiences continue integrating new and diverse information to their subsisting repertoire of experiences, when intelligently assimilated with contextual and emotional stimuli could provide more varied and novel responses to divergent thinking tasks.

A study entitled �The Influence of Characteristics, Attitude and Skill of Pempek Entrepreneurs in Palembang toward Successful Business Achievement� is an entrepreneurship study related to the influencing factors of succesful business achievement of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang. This purpose of this study is to find out whether or not the entrepreneurs� characteristics, attitude and skill factors affect the succesful business achievement. Sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The t-test of SPSS calculation implied that the significant value of characteristics was 0.709, attitude was 0.213 and entrepreneurship skill was 0.287 (less than 0.05). Therefore, the results of the study implied that there was no correlation between characteristics, attitude and entrepreneurship skill of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang toward succesful business achievement.

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menganalisa pengaruh independensi komite audit dan kepemilikan institusional dalam manajemen laba. Kepemilikan Institusional adalah pengukuran oleh proporsi dari saham yang diimiliki oleh pemegang saham yang dibagi dengan saham yang dikeluarkan pada publik. Manajemen laba dalam penelitian ini diukur oleh pengguna nilai akrual yang ditentukan oleh kebijakan manajemen. Populasi sampel dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang berada di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2014-2015. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan total sampel sebanyak 70 sampel yang menguji hipotesis menggunakan multiple regression analysis. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis mengindikasikan bahwa Independensi Komite Audit mempunyai pengaruh signifikan yang negatif terhadap manajemen laba, meskipun kepemilikan institusional tidak berdampak pada manajemen laba.

Jasa pengiriman barang TIKI Dustira yang berlokasi di kota Cimahi, merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa  pengiriman barang dan dokumen dengan jangkauan hampir ke seluruh wilayah di Indonesia. Bedasarkan data pendapatan selama empat tahun terakhir, terjadi penurunan yang cukup signifikan dari tahun ke tahun berikutnya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan, tingkat loyalitas konsumen, pengaruh kinerja terhadap loyalitas konsumen, proses Segmentation, Targeting, dan Positioning yang tepat, serta memberikan usulan-usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berdasarkan teori Bauran Pemasaran (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Physycal Evidence, People, dan Proces), dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Uji Hipotesis. Penggabungan ketiga metode tersebut digunakan sebagai dasar penetapan prioritas perbaikan yang mendasari usulan-usulan strategi pemasaran yang harus dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen dan pendapatan. In the recent years, the influence of celebrity in promoting a brand is promising. Without a doubt, celebrity endorsement will boost business brand awareness with an endorsement. This research objective is to analyse the effect of celebrity endorsement and brand image toward the customer buying decision. The purpose of this study is to provide guidance for both the brand and celebrities regarding to endorsing. The population was the consumer of Maybelline in Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used in this research with 216 respondent. Multiple regression analysis method was used in this research. This research implies that celebrity endorsement and brand image affected the customer buying decision and the result is that Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image of Maybelline have a positive significant influence on the buying decision.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengungkapan akuntansi, akuntansi harmonisasi dan pemeriksaan committies untuk mendapatkan kualitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di excange saham dari 2009 sampai 2013. Berdasarkan sampel mengumpulkan menggunakan purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan sampel dari 48 perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan akuntansi belum berpengaruh ke pendapatan quality.In sisi lain, akuntansi harmonisasi dan pemeriksaan committies memiliki efek positif untuk mendapatkan kualitas.This research aims to examine the effect of accounting disclosure, accounting harmonization and audit committies to earning quality. This research was conducted to manufacturing company listed on the stock excange from 2009 until 2013. Based on sample collecting using purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 48 companies. Data analysis uses SPSS programs with multiple regression analysis. The result showed that accounting disclosure hasn’t effect to earning quality.In other hand, accounting harmonization and audit committies have a positif effect to earning quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

This research is aimto analyze the influence of trust and satisfaction on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman. The population in this research is the Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman in 2015. The sample was taken by purposive sampling using the formula of Slovin, with sample size as much as 90 respondents. Data analysis is performed multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test and t-test. The results of this study show that trust and satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman.

Improving good employee performance can have an impact on company success, employees are always required to work optimally where good or poor employee performance can affect overall company income. One of the most important in improving employee performance is Intrinsic Motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional quotient, intrinsic motivation on employee performance. The population of this research is all employees at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang, Indonesia. The number of samples studied in this study was 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique, that is by determining specific characteristics in accordance with the research objectives. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between Islamic leadership on employee performance, emotional quotient on employee performance, intrinsic motivation on employee performance, Islamic leadership on intrinsic motivation, and emotional quotient on intrinsic motivation.
