This study aims to explain how the values of Islamic education in the culture are found in the community of Lampung Pepadun. The implementation of the culture of Nemui Nyimah in the community of Tiyuh Panaragan is seen in hospitality activities, such as there are procedures or adab-adab visiting and receiving guests. Data analysis techniques used by researchers are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study state that: The implementation of the culture of Nemu Nyimah in the Tiyuh Panaragan community can be seen in hospitality activities, such as adab-adab visiting and receiving guests in the community of Tiyuh Panaragan. Based on the results of the Nemu Nyimah Study, it is an explicit culture which means that it cannot be seen in any form, but the culture of Nemu Nyimah is always in any activity or event such as deliberation, forum mulei menganai, yasinan, ngakuk majeu (taking girls), and manjau debingei.

Abstract This study aims to: First, know how to implement MMT in MI Ash-Siddiqiyyah-3. Second, knowing why it is necessary to implement MMT in Islamic Education Institutions. This type of research is qualitative. Using an educational sociology approach. Data collection was obtained directly from informants through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, data verification and confirmation of conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: The implementation of MMT for Islamic Education Institutions in MI Ash-Siddiqiyyah-3 is quite good. However, in MMT implementation the problem solving cycle can be said to be imperfect. Because, although MI Ash-Siddiqiyyah-3 carries a quality system, the Madrasah has never produced a product / graduate. So, for the problem solving cycle, customer satisfaction and happiness can not be analyzed in the element of output. It is necessary to always implement MMT in Islamic Education Institutions, in order to measure the satisfaction-not category, and whether or not happy education customers.   AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Pertama, tahu bagaimana menerapkan MMT di MI Ash-Siddiqiyyah-3. Kedua, mengetahui mengapa perlu menerapkan MMT di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi pendidikan. Pengumpulan data diperoleh langsung dari informan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, tampilan data, verifikasi data, dan konfirmasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Implementasi MMT untuk Lembaga Pendidikan Islam di MI Ash-Siddiqiyyah-3 cukup baik. Namun, dalam implementasi MMT, siklus penyelesaian masalah dapat dikatakan tidak sempurna. Karena, walaupun MI Ash-Siddiqiyyah-3 mengusung sistem mutu, Madrasah tidak pernah menghasilkan produk / lulusan. Jadi, untuk siklus pemecahan masalah, kepuasan dan kebahagiaan pelanggan tidak dapat dianalisis dalam elemen output. Perlu untuk selalu menerapkan MMT di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam, untuk mengukur kategori kepuasan-tidak, dan apakah pelanggan pendidikan senang atau tidak.

This study aims to examine three main problems, namely: multicultural values ​​contained in Islamic Education (PAI) learning; the process of investing multicultural values ​​in PAI learning; methods of character building through multicultural values ​​in PAI learning. The study was conducted at SMK 1 Gerung, West Lombok. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion verification. The findings show that multicultural values ​​contained in PAI learning content include tolerance values, equality values, unity values, kinship values, and justice values. The planting of multicultural values ​​in PAI learning at SMK 1 Gerung uses two methods, namely the exemplary method and the habituation method. The impact of planting multicultural values ​​on students is the growth of mutual tolerance, respect, accepting the opinions of others, mutual cooperation, not hostile, and the absence of conflict due to differences in culture, ethnicity, language, customs, and religion. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tiga permasalahan utama, yaitu: nilai-nilai multikultural yang terdapat dalam pembelajaran PAI; proses penanaman nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PAI; metode pembinaan karakter melalui nilai multikulturalal dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 1 Gerung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai multikultural yang terdapat dalam buku mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam meliputi nilai toleransi, nilai kesamaan, nilai persatuan, nilai kekerabatan, dan nilai keadilan. Penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMKN 1 Gerung menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode keteladanan dan metode pembiasaan. Dampak penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural terhadap siswa yaitu tumbuhnya sikap saling toleran, menghormati, menerima pendapat orang lain, saling bekerjasama, tidak bermusuhan, dan tidak adanya konflik karena perbedaan budaya, suku, bahasa, adat istiadat, dan agama.

The murabahah finance is sell and buy transaction which is seller acknowledge selling price and buyer pay to the seller as much as the price plus margin that being approved. Sometimes on going murabahah finance promise found obstacles and resistance being faced bank or debtor party. There for, we want to study more deep about murabahah finance in BMT RIzky Barokah as a research object. The research aims to analysis of the operation of murabahah finance, analysis of murabahah operation in KSPPS BMT Rizky Barokah with Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN MUI), and analysis of member perception of KSPPS BMT Rizky Barokah about murabahah finance. This type of research is qualitative research with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The result is found conclusion that is process of operationalization of murabahah finance in KSPPS BMT Rizky Barokah different based on object of goods in the murabahah promise. There is a goods that have facilitated by BMT is motor-bicycle but there is have another goods that proxies by another party for the procuration. The execution of murabahah finance promise in Rizky Barokah has appropriate to the commandment and requirement of murabahah and appropriate with fatwa provisions DSN-MUI No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 about murabahah finance.

This study aims to gain an understanding of the comparison of language styles in a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya and a collection of Nafaskarya Fatimah Musawa poems. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques in research using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that there are comparisons of comparative language styles and opposing language styles. Comparative language style in the collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmala amounts to 18 data and the language style of contention is 5 data, based on the language style that dominates the collection of Phrase Poems at the End of Season. Whereas the collection of Nafas poems by Fatimah Musawa, namely: Language style comparisons totaling 9 data. While the language style of contention is 11 data. Conclusions, a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya is more dominant in the style of comparison and the collection of Nafas poems by Fatima Musawa has a dominant style of language in opposition. Serve is a part of action/service for others to be able to meet the needs and desires. Customers satisfaction might be checked by comparing the expectations of consumers with the desired quality of service what they receive in fact. This research was conducted to find out how customer satisfaction with the quality of service the management of Grand City Balikpapan. Research used qualitative methods. Data sources are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. Data collection instruments through the interview grid with the 5W + 1H method. The validity of the data was examined through triangulation and data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or verification (conlusion drawing / verification). Finally Grand City Balikpapan consumers have been satisfied with the quality of service provided by the Sinarmas Land Group management.

Specifically on the object of study in this study, namely in SD/MI Unggulan Ash-Shiddiqiyyah-3 di Purworejo. This type of research is qualitative. Using an educational sociology approach. Data collection was obtained directly from informants through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, data verification, and affirmation of conclusions. An important finding in this study is that SD/MI Unggulan Ash-Shiddiqiyyah-3 di Purworejo cannot be said to be a quality school. Because, the three components of education quality have not been fulfilled, namely: overall input, process, and output.

In Islamic education, the granting of punishment and reward is permitted based on the Quran and Sunnah by maintaining aspects of tarbiyah. This study aims to discuss how effective the application of reward and punishment systems in motivating someone's performance in general, be it students, employees. And as a religious individual, especially for those who are Muslim, how does the effect of implementing this reward and punishment system increase faith and good deeds or avoid evil. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include library research, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, and data verification. The results showed that the forms of rewards given included rewarding someone who excelled in an action, were able to improve the person's performance motivation in the future and could motivate others to do the same good.On the other hand, punishment is also important to apply including giving advice and guidance, showing a sour face, giving a hard rebuke, and giving additional tasks, such as memorizing the surah or short verses from the Quran or hadith, is also able to prevent someone from doing negative things and try not to repeat negative things in the future.

This study discusses and examines potential identification and package tour in Tabanan regency. Qualitative approaches were applied in this research. The data were collected by using observation techniques, in-depths interviews, and documentation technique. Informant and key informant techniques were used to determine the informantion. This study used descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques with three steps which are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. In this study, showed potential identifications taken place in Alas Kedaton, Jatiluwih, Batukaru Temple, Subak Museum, and Tengkudak Village. The packaging of this package tour with itinerary such as visit the Subak Museum, Tengkudak village adventure, visit Jatiluwih, sightseeing in Batukaru temple, sightseeing in Alas Kedaton and shopping in Krisna oleh-oleh. This package tour was presented in tabulated style, Graphic style as well as the calculation of travel costs.

Implementation of managerial supervision is the activities carried profesioal superintendent of schools in order to assist the principal in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of the education and learning. This study aimed to describe the managerial supervision planning, implementation of managerial supervision, and feedback managerial supervision supervisor in Dabin 7 UPTD District of Purwodadi. Qualitative research and ethnography with research subjects school supervisors and principals. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the flow of the process of collecting data through data reduction, data display and verification. The validity of the data using triangulation and source. The results of the study, 1) Planning managerial supervision include, a. Preparation of supervision schedule manajejerial, b. Preparation of Instrument managerial supervision, c. Compile a list of schools to be supervised. 2) Implementation of supervision manajerial.Ada three stages in the implementation of managerial supervision, namely, initial activity, performance or core activities and the closing 3) The function of feedback is to improve the managerial supervision findings of non-compliance or overcome the problems identified, so as to improve the quality and effectiveness of education.

AbstractThe aims of this reserch is to find out the spiritualism of Moslem who belief Kejawen’s faith. The subject of this research only one person that is a man 52 years old. He works as a spiritualism teacher, his religion is moslem and he believe kejawen faith.This research used qualitative research. The data collection technique of this reserarch are interview and observation. The data analysis techniques consist of three steeps namely,  data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion.In this research the reseracher found that the subject that moslem religion and adherent of kejawen has high spirituality. It can be seen from his daily activities. He felt happy if he got fairness from God in his life, especially in his prayer. He recognized his identity and his meaning of life. He can recieve all of problems in his life and took the value from the problems. It can be done by combining between Moslem’s pray with Kejawen’s ritual which can create equalization of his life.
