The Ministry of Religious Affairs decided not to extend the term of Assistant Employee of Marriage Registerer (PPPN). Then the Directorate General of Islamic Guidance issued the Instruction Letter No. DJ.II / 1 Year 2015 on the Appointment of the Marriage Officer. The PPPN appointment recommendation that KUA is included in typology D1 and D2, ie: the subdistrict area is not reachable by the marriage officer and the limited of human resources. This problems arise in a number of regions in Indonesia, and also in Lampung Province. This research finds that after the instruction of the Director General of Islamic Guidance, PPPN in KUA Natar, Padang Cermin, Tanjung Karang Pusat and Marga Punduh can be concluded as follows: Since that enactment, PPPN at KUA Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung is no longer perform the duties. While in KUA District Natar, KUA District Padang Cermin and KUA District Marga Punduh partially PPPN still carry out the task of recording marriage.

Management of state finances is certainly inseparable from the development of the era. The more advanced technology is, the easier it should be for management of state finances. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a system that has been digitized so the benefits of this rapid technological development can be felt by all parties. This is what underlies changes in the finance ministry of the Republic of Indonesian especially in the Directorate General of Treasury.  The state treasury system and state budget (STSSB) and agency-level financial application system (AFAS) that support file input and adjustment processes in the Directorate General of Treasury and work units are part of digitalization that has been carried out at the Director General of Treasury., so that all facilities offered by technology in this era can lead to superior treasury manager at the world level. Development and improvement not only stop at the system, but also on the human resources that run the system. This study was aimed at analyzing the competencies that are provided and the relevance of graduate competence of vocational schools to work in the construction industry. The evaluation study used was a discrepancy model by identifying gaps between the needs of construction industry competencies and the competencies of Building Engineering graduates. The objects of the study were company owners, heads of the Human Resources Department, and head of the Building Engineering Expertise Program. The data were retrieved using a questionnaire with 60 open statements. The instruments were prepared based on the Director General of Secondary Education Decree Number 7013/D/KP/2013 which is adjusted to the theory of competence and competency of the pre-survey results. The data then were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study showed that industry requires seven attitude competencies, seven knowledge competencies, and six skills competencies. Industrial competency requirements that are relevant to the competencies supplied by Vocational Schools are six attitude competencies, five knowledge competencies, and one skill competency with a level of relevance in the high category which shows that vocational school graduates are competent to work in the construction industry.RELEVANSI KOMPETENSI LULUSAN SMK TEKNIK BANGUNAN UNTUK BEKERJA DI INDUSTRI KONSTRUKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi yang dibekalkan dan tingkat relevansi kompetensi lulusan Sekolah Memengah Kejuruan (SMK) Teknik Bangunan untuk bekerja di industri jasa konstruksi. Penelitian evaluasi menggunakan model diskrepansi dengan mengidentifikasikan kesenjangan antara kebutuhan kompetensi industri konstruksi dan kompetensi lulusan Teknik Bangunan. Objek penelitian adalah pemilik perusahaan, kepala Human Resources Departement (HRD), dan kepala Program Keahlian Teknik Bangunan. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan 60 pernyataan terbuka. Instrumen disusun berdasarkan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Menengah Nomor 7013/D/KP/2013 yang disesuaikan dengan teori kompetensi dan kompetensi hasil prasurvei. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi yang sangat dibutuhkan industri adalah tujuh kompetensi sikap, tujuh kompetensi pengetahuan, dan enam kompetensi keterampilan. Kebutuhan kompetensi industri yang relevan dengan kompetensi yang dibekalkan SMK adalah enam kompetensi sikap, lima kompetensi pengetahuan, dan satu kompetensi keterampilan dengan tingkat relevansi dalam kategori tinggi yang menunjukkan bahwa lulusan SMK kompeten untuk bekerja di industri konstruksi.

At the level of taxpayer obligations (tax consciousness), there must be an awareness of every taxpayer to calculate, pay, and report assets which are the obligation of every citizen and taxpayer compliance with tax laws and regulations. In addition, every taxpayer has a willingness for someone's desire and desire to pay taxes that can be interpreted as a value contributed through regulations by not obtaining direct (contra-achievement) services. This research is holistically the duty of the Directorate General of Taxes to carry out guidance and supervision in cutting or collecting taxes, due to inaccuracies that have resulted in administrative sanctions in the form of a 200% fine from the lack of tax deductions or collection The human resources possessed by the tax authorities are actually not ready to implement the self-assessment system and certain interests have emerged to do tax avoidance, tax evasion, and tax mindedness.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the service STO Jakarta Kelapa Gading according to the Circular of the Director-General of Tax No. SE - 84 / PJ / 2011 and SE - 09 / PJ / 2013, and within six components of the assessment Pilot KPP. The research method used to obtain and analyze data that can support this writing is a qualitative method through interviews and document collection through library research. The implementation of excellent service is an obligation of the KPP as a public service provider. To carry out performance evaluations and give awards to offices that have performed excellent service according to existing regulations, an assessment was held to obtain a pilot KPP title held by the Ministry of Finance Assessment Team. This assessment is regulated in Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 128 / KMK.01 / 2013 concerning Guidelines for Evaluation of Pilot Service Offices in the Ministry of Finance and Decree of the Director-General of Tax Number KEP-161 / PJ / 2015 concerning Guidelines for Evaluation of Pilot Services Offices at Regional Office Level Directorate General of Taxes. Jakarta Kelapa Gading KPP is the first KPP Pilot Model in the North Jakarta area. Therefore following the implementation of existing services so that the KPP can get a pilot KPP title.

Abstrak. Marriage statistics in Indonesia annually reach an average of 2 million couples. That is a fantastic number and very influential on the possibility of social changes in society. The quality of a marriage is largely determined by the two prospective marriage partners in welcoming household life. The rise of divorce cases can be caused by poor household quality, such as the lack of knowledge, understanding and skills. On this basis, this regulation was made by the government to improve the understanding and skills of prospective brides and adolescents of marriage age in order to minimize divorce.The purpose of this study was: to find out the regulations of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number: DJ: II / 542 of 2013 Regarding Guidelines for Organizing a Premarital Course, to find out the implementation of a premarital course in KUA of Kecamatan Lembang, and to find out the implementation of the Regulation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number: DJ : II / 542 of 2013 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Premarital Courses in KUA Kecamatan Lembang. The research methods used interviews and literature study.The results of this study was: the implementation of the regulation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number: DJ: II / 542 of 2013 Regarding Guidelines for the Implementation of Premarital Courses by BP4 KUA Kecamatan Lembang was not optimal due to there were so many requirements from various parties, both from the regulation itself, various participant conditions, costs inadequate, lack of human resources, and lack of socialization to the community. Thus. Premarital course became less effective to make sakinah family.Keywords : premarital course, sakinah family, DIRJEN BIMAS Islam Regulation Abstrak. Data statistik perkawinan di Indonesia pertahun rata-rata mencapai 2 juta pasang. Suatu angka yang sangat fantastik dan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kemungkinan adanya perubahan-perubahan sosial masyarakat. Kualitas sebuah perkawinaan sangat ditentukan kedua calon pasangan nikah dalam menyongsong kehidupan rumah tangga. Maraknya kasus perceraian dapat disebabkan kualitas rumah tangga yang buruk yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan. Atas dasar itulah peraturan ini dibuat oleh pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para calon pengantin dan remaja usia nikah agar meminimalisir peceraian. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: untuk mengetahui peraturan Dirjen Bimas Islam Nomor: DJ:II/542 Tahun 2013 Tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Kursus Pranikah, untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kursus pra nikah di KUA Kecamatan Lembang, dan untuk mengetahui implementasi Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam Nomor: DJ:II/542 Tahun 2013 Tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Kursus Pranikah di KUA Kecamatan Lembang. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan studi pustaka.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: pengimplementasian peraturan Dirjen Bimas Islam Nomor: DJ:II/542 Tahun 2013 Tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Kursus Pranikah oleh BP4 KUA Kecamatan Lembang belum optimal dikarenakan banyak hambatan dari berbagai pihak baik dari peraturan itu sendiri, kondisi peserta yang beragam, biaya yang kurang memadai, kurangnya SDM, dan kurangnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Dengan demikian pembinaan keluarga sakinah dalam hal ini kursus pra nikah menjadi kurang efektif.Kata kunci : Kursus Pra Nikah, Keluarga Sakinah, Peraturan Dirjen Bimas Islam

A second season of a new programme of excavations at Tell Brak in northeastern Syria took place from mid-March to late May 1995.
