This research aimed to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning Model on physics learning outcome of students in the subject physics mulberry and its unit in X class SMA Katolik Budi Murni 3 of Medan T.P 2013/2014. The kinds of this reaserch is quasi-experimental. The population in this research is all of the students of  X class SMA Katolik Budi Murni 3 of Medan which consisting of  4 classes totally 130 sample students . the cluster random sampling was done by taking 2 classes of 4 classes are randomly. The class of X­­-2 as experiment class and X-4 as control class that each class is 34 and 36 students. The instrument used achievement test is a multiple-choice test consist of 10 questions that have fulfilled content validity. The eksperimental class treated by using Problem Based Learning Model  and control class by using convensional model. Based on t test that Ha is accepted, it means that Problem Based Learning Model has significant impact in improving student learning outcomes. Keywords : Problem Based Learning Model, Studing Result and StudentActivity.

This study aims to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning model to student learning outcomes on subject of Heat and Temperature. This research is quasi-experimental. Techniques that used to gain a sample is random-cluster-sampling technique that was chosen two classes as experimental and control classes. Instruments in the form of essays tests and observation sheets to measure affectivepsychomotor of students. Pretest data on both classes showed that both classes have the same ability. Then be given treatment which experimental class with Problem Based Learning and control class with Conventional Learning. From the t-test results there is effect of Problem Based Learning model to student learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the effect of problem-based learning model for student learning outcomes in the subject matter straight motion X class first semester of SMA 11 Medan T.A. 2014/2015. This research is quasi experiment. The population is the entire class X MIA semester SMA 11 Medan consists of five classes. Samples were taken two classes of grade X MIA 3 as the experimental class and class X MIA 4 as the control class, each of which consist of 40 students is determined by cluster random sampling. Both classes are given different treatment, the experimental class with problem-based learning model and grade control with conventional learning. The data used in the research is a description of the number of about 10 items that have been divalidkan. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students using problem-based learning model has increased significantly. Testing results of the study by testing the hypothesis of effect is obtained that the problem-based learning model for student learning outcomes in the subject matter straight motion X class first semester of SMA 11 Medan T.A. 2014/2015. Keywords :    problem-based learning, straight motion, student learning                        outcomes

The background of the research is an effort to develop the quality and explore the potential of students. Teachers are strived to use the right learning model, namely problem-based learning models combined with online learning methods (learning from home) that have been decided by the Ministry of Education and Culture during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of problem-based learning models in improving student learning outcomes in geography subjects at SMAN 1 Langowan. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a pretests-posttests control group design. The research variable with the independent variable is the problem-based learning model and the dependent variable is the learning outcome. The results showed that the problem-based learning model was effective and efficient to improve student learning outcomes. The comparison of learning outcomes shows the experimental class with 76.2 pretests and 87.7 posttests and the control class with 74.4 pretests and 81.8 posttests. It also encourages students to be more active and creative in overcoming the problems encountered in learning.

This study aims to increase student learning outcomes on mathematics subjects in the material measuring angles with standard units by applying the Problem Based Learning learning model at SDN 106788 PURWODADI, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were students of class IV-B, which amounted to 29 students consisting of 11 male students and 18 female students. This research was conducted in two cycles. Data from the results of this study were obtained from tests of student learning outcomes and observations.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that there was an increase in the learning outcomes of material students measuring angles with simple aircraft standard units by applying the Problem Based Learning learning model. This can be seen from improving student learning outcomes every cycle. In the pre-test of student learning outcomes carried out before the application of learning there were 4 students (32%) completed learning while 17 students (68%) had not yet finished with a grade point average of 50.93. In cycle 1 completeness of student learning outcomes there were 17 students (72%) completed in 8 students (28%) not yet completed with an average value of 70.4. The results of teacher observation amounted to 67.27% with a good category while the observations of students amounted to 64% with sufficient categories. Student learning outcomes have increased to 23 students (92%) completed 2 students (8%) have not been completed while the average value of 86.4. Teacher observation results have increased by 92.72% with very good categories while student observations amounted to 92% with very good categories. By looking at the percentage of learning outcomes and observations it can be concluded that the Application of Problem Based Learning Learning Models can improve student learning outcomes.

Student learning outcomes is still less than optimal or unsatisfactory, it can be known through the data replication midterm class XI IPA at SMAN 9 Banjarmasin. This happens because the learning methods and models used by teachers based on observations during the learning tend to be monotonous and less engaging students, so that students are less enthusiastic and less active in the following study. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in learning outcomes of students using cooperative learning model Pair Check with the type of Think Pair Square in class XI SMA Negeri 9 Banjarmasin. This type of research used in this research is quantitative quasi-experimental research design. This study population is all students in grade XI IPA at SMAN 9 Banjarmasin. Samples were taken using cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques are techniques achievement test and documentation. The results showed that there are differences in learning outcomes of students using cooperative learning model Pair Check with the type of Think Pair Square in class XI SMA Negeri 9 Banjarmasin.

The objective in this research: (1) Determine a better learning model to improve learning outcomes physics students among learning model Inquiry Training based multimedia and Inquiry Training learning model. (2) Determine the level of motivation to learn in affects physics student learning outcomes. (3) Knowing the interactions between the model of learning and motivation in influencing student learning outcomes. This research is a quasi experimental. The population in this research was all students in class XI SMA Negeri 1 T.P Sunggal Semester I 2012/2013. The sample of this research was consisted of two classes with a sample of 70 peoples who are determined by purposive sampling, the IPA XI-2 as a class experiment using a model-based multimedia learning Training Inquiry as many as 35 peoples and XI IPA-3 as a control class using learning model Inquiry Training 35 peoples. Hypotheses were analyzed using the GLM at significant level of 0.05 using SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing conducted found that: (1) Training Inquiry-based multimedia learning model in improving student learning outcomes rather than learning model physics Inquiry Training. (2) The results of studying physics students who have high motivation to learn better than students who have a low learning motivation. (3) From this research there was an interaction between learning model inquiry-based multimedia training and motivation to study on learning outcomes of students.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada materi pokok Listrik Dinamis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X yang terdiri dari 8 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara cluster random sampling dengan mengambil 2 kelas secara acak yaitu kelas X-5 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X-6 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar yang telah divalidasi dalam bentuk pilihan berganda sebanyak 20 soal. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretes kelas eksperimen 33,06 dan kelas kontrol 32,78. Kemudian diberikan perlakuan yang berbeda, kelas eksperimen dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning dan kelas kontrol dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Setelah pembelajaran selesai diberikan, diperoleh postes dengan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 75,69 dan kelas kontrol 69,86. Hasil uji t dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05 bahwa secara signifikan ada perbedaan akibat pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok Listrik Dinamis di kelas X. Kata kunci : model pembelajaran discovery learning dan hasil belajar siswa.   ABSTRACT This research aimed to know the effect of discovery learning model on students learning outcomes in the subject matter dynamical electricity in class X. The type of research was quasi-experimental. The population were the tenth grade students consisting of 8 classes. The samples collection done by means of cluster of random sampling by taking 2 class at random that is class X-5 as experiment class and class X-6 as control class. The instruments used were test of learning outcomes that have been validated in the form of option as much as 20 questions. The research result obtained average value of experiment pretest class 33,06 and the control class 32,78. Then given different treatment, experiment class with discovery learning and control class with conventional of models. After learning is completed, obtained postest the average value of experiment class 75,69 and control class 69,86. The results of t one party with the level significance in 0,05 obtained there is difference of students’ learning outcomes due to the effect of discovery learning in the subject matter listrik dinamis in class X. This study was conducted aimed at testing the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The subjects of this study were eighth grade students of Muhammadiyah Middle School Aimas, Sorong Regency. The research method used was quasi-experimental. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, tests and questionnaires. The test instrument consisted of learning outcomes tests and students' logical thinking abilities. Questionnaires here contain questionnaires for students' responses to PBL learning using the VR Math application. The results of the study concluded that the experimental class had been given a Problem Based Learning (PBL) model using the VR Math application. The results of the sample obtained the highest learning outcomes scores of learning outcomes 72 and low 56, and the highest logical thinking ability 12 and low scores. 6. The values obtained were analyzed using one mathematical software obtained (1) the significance of 0.447 <0.05 and t count <t table (-0.777 <1.740) so that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected so PBL learning models using VR Math applications are not effectively reviewed from student learning outcomes. (2) the results of the effectiveness tests of logical thinking abilities obtained a significance of 0,000 <0,05 and t count <t table (-9,160 <1,740) so that the PBL learning model uses the VR Math application effectively in terms of students' logical thinking abilities (3) test significance results Trace Hotteling is obtained sig. 0,000 <0,05 so that the PBL learning model uses the VR Math application effectively in terms of learning outcomes and students' logical thinking abilities.

This study was carried out aimed at improving student learning outcomes in Computer Assembling subjects in the subject matter and Troubleshooting BIOS configuration concepts in class X TKJ 1 SMK Negeri 3 State through problem-based learning model (Problem Based Learning). This type of research is action research class (class action research) carried out in 2 cycles, the first cycle consists of 3 meetings as well as to the second cycle. Subjects in this study were students of class X TKJ 1 SMK Negeri 3 countries totaling 34 people. The object of this research is student learning outcomes by implementing problem-based learning model (Problem Based Learning). The necessary data obtained using the method in the form of a multiplechoice test (Multiple Choice). Achievement test cycle I and cycle II as many as 20 items. Based on the analysis of data on learning outcomes in Computer Assembling subjects in the first cycle obtained an average percentage of student learning outcomes in classical amounted 55.88%. In the second cycle the average percentage of student learning outcomes in classical amounted 85.29%. The results showed an increase from cycle I to cycle II of 29.4%. Thus, the conclusions of this study an increase in student learning outcomes through the application of problem-based learning model (Problem Based Learning).

This research discusses the application of the SSCS type problem based learning model to improve student learning outcomes in class X1 AK1 SMKN 1 Sungailiat. The research method used in this study is PTK that is done with the type of search, solve, create, and share (SCSS) in the subject of Accounting material about closing journal. The findings show: 1) the SSCS type problem based learning model can improve student learning outcomes, this can be proven by comparing the test scores in each cycle. 2) this learning model is also able to overcome miss-matches, especially on social concepts that are abstract and require real evidence from real life to brought into the learning process. 3) obstacles encountered related to the application of this learning method namely: a) the teacher involved was not accustomed to using PBL learning models with this type of SSCS before,  so that it had a little difficulty in applying it. After several meetings, the teacher is accustomed to adapt in optimizing their use for learning activities of students in the classroom. b) students want the learning phase and the experiments they do are designed to be more interesting and interactive, and contain examples of real activities that are more related to the material discussed.
