AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pokat kocok Barokah Medan. Sumber Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penelitian lapangan melalui kuosioner, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1750 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling sehingga sampel di ambil berjumlah  95 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik analisis regresi dengan rumus Y = a + b1x1 + b2x2 + e . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan singnifikan kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pokat kocok Barokah Medan. Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Harga, Kepuasan Konsumen AbstractThis research aims to indentify and explaint The Influence Of Product Quality And Price To Customer Satisfaction Pokat Kocok Barokah Medan. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Darussalam branch, Banda Aceh.  This study uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis.  The sampling technique in this study was random sampling.  Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents.  The results of this study indicate; (1) the service quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction, (2) the trust variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3) together service quality and trust have an effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract Regency of Sangihe Islands is a region that has potential in the field of horticulture, especially when producing nutmeg crop that originally from Indonesia as a trading commodity. The purpose of this study is to find out how much is the chosen variable affect the farmer income in Sensong village by using multiple regression analysis. This study used primary and secondary data, with a “simple random sampling” as a sampling technique. Based on this research, the variables that have the influence on the farmer's income is the amount of nutmeg production and labor costs. The resulting coefficient of determination is 0.930, or 93 percent. Keywords : Multiple regression analysis, the nutmeg  farmers  income Abstrak Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe adalah daerah yang cukup berpotensi dalam bidang perkebunan terutama dalam menghasilkan tanaman pala yang merupakan salah satu tanaman asli Indonesia sebagai komoditas perdagangan di dalam dan luar negeri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel yang telah dipilih terhadap pendapatan petani pala di Desa Sensong dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data primer dan sekunder, dengan simple random sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani pala adalah jumlah produksi biji pala dan biaya tenaga kerja. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan adalah 0,930 atau 93 persen. Kata kunci : Analisis regresi berganda, pendapatan petani pala

This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas. Pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengunjung dan keluarga nara-pidana Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar. Jumlah pengunjung yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah 55 orang. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling, sedangkan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Etika Pegawai dan Pelayanan Publik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar.     This study examines the effect of employee ethics and the improvement of public services on the implementation of the integrity zone. The effect of employee ethics, and improvement of public services on the implementation of integrity zone on Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 Makassar. Respondents in this study were Makassar class in penitentiary visitors. the number of visitors who sampled this study was 55 people. the method of determining the sample used in this study is simple random sampling, while the data processing method used by researchers is multiple regression analysis. the results of this study indicate that employee ethics and public services have a significant effect on the implementation of the integrity zone in Makassar class in penitentiary.

The topic of the research is Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Customer Loyalty (CL); special reference to the leading supermarkets in Jaffna. The objective of the research is to identify the impact of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of leading Supermarkets in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The research is simply deductive approach to find out the impact between Customer satisfaction and Customer loyalty. Quantitative method is available based on primary data. At present there are 08 numbers of supermarkets functioning in Jaffna district and popular three were selected. Random sampling technique is used to collect the data from customers of supermarkets in selected area. The analysis is carried out using a sample of 240 customers in Jaffna and only 218 were taken to analyze. ‘Statistical Package for Social Sciences’ (SPSS) 22.0 version was used in order to analyze the data. Correlation was used to find the connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Also Regression analysis is used to predict the value of a variable based on the value of two or more other variables. Also found that about 40 percent connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty and also found around 16% affect by Customer satisfaction to Customer loyalty.

This study aimed to examine the causal relationship between budget emphasis, self-esteem and budget participation by using primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondent. The population was the OPD Regency of Kebumen with a purposive sampling as a sampling technique. From 75 questionnaires that have been distributed, 70 questionnaires have been received and only 43 questionnaires that could be processed. This studied used multiple regression analysis methods. The study showed that based on the t-test:  budget emphasis and self-esteem have a positive and significant effect on budgetary slack, while budget participation does not affect budgetary slack. The coefficient of determination (R²) showed 29,5%, that was mean 29,5% variable of budgetary slack influenced by variables budget emphasis, self-esteem, and budget participation but 70,5% explained by other variables which not exist in this research

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and brand trust on the brand switching behavior of Revlon lipstick on students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The number of research samples based on William Cochran's formula was 100 people and selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The data used is the type of primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University with predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22. The results show that (1) Price has a significant effect on brand switching of Revlon lipsticks to other brands of lipstick, (2) Brand trust has no significant effect on brand switching of Revlon lipsticks to other brands of lipstick. , (3) price has a significant effect on brand switching of Revlon lipstick to another brand of lipstick, while brand trust has no significant effect on brand switching of Revlon lipstick to another brand of lipstick.

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. This research aims to know whether the entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurship motivation influence entrepreneurial spirit and how much interest and motivation of entrepreneurship influence on entrepreneurial spirit of students. This research conducted during Juni 2019 at SMK Negeri 7 Kota Serang. The population in this research were student of SMK Negeri 7 Kota Serang, sampling using simple random sampling. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaries to 109 respondents.  Testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicated that: (1) There was a positive and significant influence of interest in entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial spirit ,this was evidenced by having a regression coefficient t count> t table of (2.781> 1,982) and a significant value of 5%, (2) There was a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial spirit evidenced by having a regression coefficient t count> t table of (4,904> 1,982) and a significant value of 5%, (3) There was a positive and significant influence of interest and motivation in entrepreneurship together on entrepreneurial spirit. This was evidenced by having a regression coefficient fcount> ftabel of (50,478> 3.08) and a significant value of 5%, (4) the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained at 0.478 or 47.8%, while the rest is 52.2% Entrepreneurial spirit was influenced by variables other variables not examined in this study.
