This study aims to obtain teaching materials or career guidance materials that will be used in school. After conducting the research, it was found that 32 career guidance materials had been provided by BK teachers in SMA Negeri Medan. From this material, research was carried out on 30 alumni of Medan City Public High School. The results show that out of 32 materials, there are 6 materials that are unnecessary. Meanwhile, based on the opinion of 3 BK experts from the 6 materials, it can be used as a material entitled "Regional wealth and its development". Furthermore, to increase the shortage of wasted material in order to meet the number of hours that BK teachers in SMA in general, it is changed to: 1. Appropriate materials are sourced from text books. 2. Suitability between materials and conditions in the field. 3. The method used in conveying the material and media used. 4. Time required. 5. After 5 (five) materials are entered, the results of this study are used as a Career Guidance module. Keywords: Career Guidance Material in Class 1 SMA, Text Books

  This study aims to describe Indonesian-language teaching materials that are locally charged during the learning process at Cipanas 1 Public High School. The description of teaching materials in this school needs to be put forward because it is one aspect that supports student success. This high school has advantages especially in learning Indonesian compared to other schools in the area. This study used descriptive qualitative method.   Keywords: writing teaching materials, local wisdom       Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia yang bermuatan lokal yang diberikan selama proses pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Cipanas. Pendeskripsian bahan ajar di sekolah ini perlu dikemukakan karena merupakan salah satu aspek yang menunjang keberhasilan siswa. This paper deals with The Development of Contextual Text Based Exposition Writing Teaching Materials of Class X Students in State 16 Senior High School, Medan. The method used in the development of teaching material research is the Borg and Gall models which used to develop a product. The product of the learning module that was developed was a contextual text-based exposition writing material for class X students in state 16 Senior High School, Medan. This research and development refers to the theory of teaching material development proposed by Borg and Gall. The finding shows that Teaching Materials Development of Exposition Text Writing Based on Contextual is the development of teaching materials is needed by students and teachers in the learning process. This is due to improving the quality of learning to be better and more interesting. The use of contextual text-based teaching writing materials is considered more effective than the textbooks used by students. This is evidenced by better student learning outcome that is the use of textbooks (Pretest) 70.68% with sufficient categories while the use of teaching materials for exposition text writing is based on contextual (Posttest) 81.40% with good categories. The effectiveness of teaching material based on the results of the pretest to posttest exposition text writing increased with a difference of 10.72%. Based on this, the product developed has been good and tested in improving students' ability in writing exposition texts in class X students in state 16 Senior High School, Medan.

Vocational High School (SMK) is a period of employment. Therefore students are required to understand and master the concept of career maturity. The problem of this study is how the interactive multimedia -based career guidance module is considerably effective in increasing students' career maturity? The aim of this study is to develop an effective interactive multimedia-based counseling career module to increase the SMKN 2 Lamongan students' career maturity. The products have been formulated by the researchers tested and validated by expert judgments and practitioners. The results showed that the ready-to-test product was implemented at school for their effectiveness. Based on the empirical test, it showed different score between before (79.39%) and after (89.62%) the career counseling service which Increased 10.2%. It can be concluded that career counseling through interactive multimedia based modules effectively Increased students' career maturity.

Physics teaching materials for Senior High School that supporting the development of human resources that is able to adapt to any changes, to solve complex problems, creative thinking and familiar with information technology has not been widely available in senior high schools in West Sumatra. Based on the above, research that aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of Physics teaching materials that integrates Mathematics, Science, Technology, natural disasters, and the noble character (MSTBK) on WEB for Senior High School grade XI and to determine the effect of the use of teaching materials MSTBK on the learning outcomes of high school students in class XI. The quasi-experiment design research was comparing the learning outcome before and after the state of the object being treated. The treatments were using physics teaching materials that developed for teaching learning in Senior High School grade XI. The experiment was conducted at five senior high schools in West Sumatra were divided into 3 levels. The data were analyzed by using a statistical product moment and Anova. The research showed that the physics teaching materials that developed are effectively to improve student learning outcomes in Senior High School grade XI in West Sumatera with a correlation coefficient (r_xy) = 0. 31. Levene Statistic showed the average of the learning outcomes of high school students in grade XI was different, but yet rules Tukey HSD and Bonferroni statistics show that there are not significantly of 0.05 at a significance level in West Sumatra

The lack of Biology teaching materials in senior high school in the Kerinci District has promoted this research. The purpose of this development research is to produce e-modules as teaching materials used by students in Biology subjects. The model used in developing this e-module is the 4-D model, which consists of 4 stages, namely defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Biology e-modules on plantae and animalia material based on the potential of the Kerinci region were validated by media and material experts. The results of the media expert validation obtained the final percentage of 90% (very valid category) and the material expert validation obtained a percentage of 75% (valid category). From the results of the field test, the teacher responded that the e-modules produced were suitable for use in biology class X high school learning with a percentage of 92.5% (very good category). Furthermore, e-module trials on students obtained responses that the products produced were also proper to be used in biology learning in class X of senior high school. The small group test obtained a score of 85% (excellent category) and the large group test obtained score 78.3% (good category). The use of the developed e-modules in learning resulted in a score of 76.3% (successful category).
