This study aims to describe the efforts to develop the sharia insurance industry in Indonesia. This study is a literature review supported by data and analysis with sources in the form of books, articles, websites and documents. This study resulted in several findings, including one of the efforts to develop the sharia insurance industry was pursued by the government through a spin-off policy. The spin-off policy normatively and substantially can encourage the growth of Islamic insurance in the country and in accordance with the community expectations in actualizing benefits in order to protect religion, life, descent, reason and property. The sharia insurance spin-off process in Indonesia has not run as expected. To support the acceleration of spin-off policy realization, it must be supported by strengthening regulations and human resources, product innovation, literacy, and expanding access. The implication ofthis study is that there is still a need to strengthen regulations and human resources so that the sharia insurance spin-off policy program can be realized.

Indonesia began to face the Industrial 4.0 era, where all systems began to be connected digitally. This condition is inseparable from the rapid development of industrial scientific knowledge. Through a literature study, this paper aims to look at the data quality approach regarding how the emergence of Industry 4.0 is related to the development of industrial engineering science, what challenges are faced and how the government should direct the development of industry 4.0. The results of this study indicate that in its development, the 4.0 industrial revolution had an influence on human resources to evolve to the emergence of the idea of Industry 4.0. The idea brought the concept of combining digital technology and the internet with conventional industry which ultimately aims to increase productivity, efficiency and reduce the number of unemployed significantly. However, aside from that, some of the consequences faced are related to the negative impacts of Industry 4.0 in which impacts on human resources. This is where various challenges arise for the government. There are many roles that the government can play to face the challenges of the emergence of Industry 4.0. The main role is to focus on equipping human resources by expanding employment and also providing opportunities to be able to open entrepreneurship in various business places such as, in individual business centers and in the vicinity of franchise businesses.

The aim of this paper are: to create a data visualization that can assist the Government in evaluating the return on the development of health facilities in the region and province area in term of human resources for medical personnel, to help community knowing the amount of distribution of hospitals with medical personnel in the regional area and to map disease indicator in Indonesia. The issue of tackling health is still a major problem that is not resolved by the Government of Indonesia. There are three big things that become problems in the health sector in Indonesia: infrastructure has not been evenly distributed and less adequate, the lack of human resources professional health workforce, there is still a high number of deaths in the outbreak of infectious diseases. Data for the research are taken from BPS, in total 10,600 records after the Extract, Transform and Loading process. Time needed to convert several publications from PDF, to convert to CSV and then to MS Excel 3 weeks. The method used is Eight-step Data Visualization and Data Mining methodology. Tableau is chosen as a tool to create the data visualization because it can combine each dasboard inside a story interactive, easier for the user to analyze the data. The result is a story with 3 dashboards that can fulfill the requirement from BPS staff and has been tested with a satisfied result in the UAT (User Acceptance Test). Character education is a vital instrument in determining the progress of a nation. Therefore the government needs to build educational institutions in order to produce good human resources that are ready to oversee and deliver the nation at a progressive level. It’s just that in reality, national education is not in line with the ideals of national education because the output is not in tune with moral values on the one hand and the potential for individuals to compete in world intellectual order on the other hand. Therefore, as a solution to these problems is the need for the applicationof character education from an early age.

Abstract Background Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the leading cause of deaths and disability in Nepal. Health systems can improve CVD health outcomes even in resource-limited settings by directing efforts to meet critical system gaps. This study aimed to identify Nepal’s health systems gaps to prevent and manage CVDs. Methods We formed a task force composed of the government and non-government representatives and assessed health system performance across six building blocks: governance, service delivery, human resources, medical products, information system, and financing in terms of equity, access, coverage, efficiency, quality, safety and sustainability. We reviewed 125 national health policies, plans, strategies, guidelines, reports and websites and conducted 52 key informant interviews. We grouped notes from desk review and transcripts’ codes into equity, access, coverage, efficiency, quality, safety and sustainability of the health system. Results National health insurance covers less than 10% of the population; and more than 50% of the health spending is out of pocket. The efficiency of CVDs prevention and management programs in Nepal is affected by the shortage of human resources, weak monitoring and supervision, and inadequate engagement of stakeholders. There are policies and strategies in place to ensure quality of care, however their implementation and supervision is weak. The total budget on health has been increasing over the past five years. However, the funding on CVDs is negligible. Conclusion Governments at the federal, provincial and local levels should prioritize CVDs care and partner with non-government organizations to improve preventive and curative CVDs services.

Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013, UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik   The 2013 curriculum policy issued by the Government is an effort to simplify learning and the existence of an attitude assessment in the curriculum structure that aims to make students have better competency attitudes, skills and knowledge in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the 2013 Curriculum Implementation Evaluation in Class IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of K-13 has been going well but there are still obstacles in its implementation, namely seeing the effectiveness in its implementation is not appropriate because the material for the national exam is still based on KTSP; related to the efficiency of the number of teachers is still lacking; related to the adequacy of the K-13 material, it does not support the learning competence of students for the national exam material, related to evenness it is still not evenly distributed because not all grades one to six grades implement K-13, related to responsiveness, namely the response of students and guardians in learning that is easily accepted and associated with accuracy in its implementation is right on target for students. The conclusion from the researchers there are still obstacles, namely the number of human resources is inadequate, all teachers have not received training, and the material is not synchronized with the applicable curriculum. It is suggested that the addition of human resources or teachers (teaching staff) and classrooms, synchronization of National Examination (National Examination) material with the applicable curriculum and teacher training carried out by all teachers. The federal budget crisis has come to a boiling point and federal employees are feeling the pain as well. Motivation of federal employees is a current topic that needs to be addressed as the government is downsizing at an ever increasing rate. With pay freezes, pay cuts, and now downsizing, Herzberg’s research based on the Motivation/Hygiene theory will be looked at as a way of predicting how to motivate federal employees while the government is downsizing. There is a dearth of current research related to the motivation of federal employees during downsizing. Seminal research is reviewed as well as some recent research on motivation and downsizing. From this literature review, the gap in the research reveals that future research can be based on data from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management; however, the study should be longitudinal and specific to an agency so that a representative sample can be analyzed.
