Community health center as a community health service center has an important value in building a healthy and productive society. The existence of in-patient service at a public health center has been highly expected by the public who suffer from illnesess. The general public expects the nearest health center to resolve arising issues related to their illnesses. The purpose of this study was to test the effect of the Image and the Service Quality on Customer Commitment with Trust mediation. The data compiled were analysed by Linear Regression. The findings show that the Image and Service Quality significantly show a direct effect to Trust and Customer Commitment, but the Trust variable do not mediated Image and Customer Commitment. The majority of in-patients are farmers and they are more likely to feel safe and confident when treated in health centers.

Information system at community health center is an information system that has several activities, such as registration, medical record, health care, and reporting.  Day to day operation, community health service, is using process manually. It is cause the stack of service. Sometime, the patient has to wait within several times. For Further, the patient did not know that the queuing is full. In order to help the problem, this paper wants to show about E-Health as service software. The research is completed by conveying the model like UML diagram. The UML diagrams are consisting such as usecase, class, activity, and component. The sequence of system construct is using Prototype Paradigm. The result is the software which has ability to service patient start from registration, medical check, medical prescription, until reporting. As an impact for Community health service is the service more efficiency. Background: The high birth rate in Indonesian is one of the major problems and requires special attention, the population increased in 2015 amounted to 255, 461, 686 people, the population in Indonesian is fourth after China, India, and Unite States (Depkes Indonesian, 2015). Data from the health service DIY, acceptors of IUD is the the lowest number in Yogyakarta , located in community health service Danurejan I as many as 215 acceptor Objectives: The aim of this study is to know the knowledge of women fertile about contraception in community health center Danurejan 1 Yogyakarta. Methods: Research design used was a descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the total of responden as many as 73. Data analysis used analysis univariat. Result: the result of this research shows that based on level knowledge WUS about contraception of IUD be categorized the level of knowledge as good is 50 responden (68.5%). In the category of enough of knowledge was 21 respondents ( 28.8%) and lack of knowledge as lack is 2 respondents (2.7%). Conclusion: Based on the result of this research which had done showed that WUS knowledge about IUD contraception in community health center Danurejan 1 Yogyakarta mostly of responden having good knowledge as many as 50 responden (68.5%) Keywords: Knowledge, Women Fertile (WUS), IUD Contraception

Background: Patient safety is an indicator of health service quality that becomes an important issue although data of patient safety incident at primary health care are not always accurate in Indonesia. Public health center is a health service facility that implements patient safety to improve the health service quality as stated in Health Ministry Law Republic of Indonesia Number 36 Year 2009.Aim: The aim of this study was to identify the implementation of patient safety to improve the service quality.Method: Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and literature study. The research was done at a public health center in Surabaya from January to February 2018.Results: The results showed that the implementation of patient safety at the public health center was adjusted to the accreditation standard of the public health center. However, there are still some obstacles and shortcomings in the fulfillment of patient safety standards, so it is necessary to optimize the implementation of patient safety from all stakeholders.Conclusion: It can be concluded that public health centers should provide safe and qualified services to achieve healthy disctrict. The public health centers also need to improve the patient safety according to Health Ministry Law Republic of Indonesia Number 36 Year 2009.Keywords: health service quality, patient safety, public health center

AbstrakMasalah pelayanan sebenarnya bukanlah hal yang sulit atau rumit, tetapi apabila hal ini kurang diatasi maka dapat menimbulkan masalah serta peningkatan kinerja pegawai yang bagus merupakan kunci sukses untuk membangun keberhasilan Puskesmas dalam melayani pasien. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja pegawai, Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang akan mampu mendapatkan profitabilitas yang diperoleh dari kepuasan pasien oleh sebab diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitasnya puskesmas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan Puskesmas dan kinerja pegawai terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang Jawa Timur. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien atau pelanggan dari Puskesmas Dinoyo selama satu minggu pada bulan Nopember tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pengaruh Puskesmas dan kinerja pegawai terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang  Jawa Timur  negatif dan tidak signifikan. Dalam penelitian ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa secara simultan pelayanan Puskesmas dan kinerja pegawai memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Puskesmas.Kata kunci : pelayanan puskesmas, kinerja pegawai, kepuasan pelanggan Abstract            The problem of service is not difficult and complicated, but if this matter is not be overcame so it can make some problems and a good employee performance is a key of success  to build the success of Community Health Center on servicing the patient. To develop the quality of service and employee performance, Community Health Center Dinoyo Malang City will be able to get the profitability that obtained from the satisfaction customer, so for that reason it expected to develop the quality of Community Health Center.The objectives of this research is: to analyze the effect of the service of Community Health Center and the Employee Performance to Customer Satisfaction in Community Health Center Dinoyo Malang City East Java. Using of sample from this study is the patient of Community Health Center Dinoyo for a week on November at 2017. The result of this research shows that the service of Community Health Service and Employee Performance to Customer Satisfaction in Community Health Center in Dinoyo Malang City East Java is negative and not significant. In this research also indicates that the service of Community Health Center and Employee Performance have the effect to the satisfaction customer of Community Health Center simultaneously.Keyword : service of community health center, employee performance, satisfaction performance

CCA interest in using an IUD as an IUD (Contraception Tool in the Womb) in the work area of ​​the Sugihwaras Community Health Center is still low. This is caused by several factors. The purpose of this research is to find out the most dominant factor influencing CCA interest in using an IUD as a contraceptive device in the work area of ​​the Puskesmas Sugihwaras Bojonegoro. The design of this study used an observational method with a cross sectional approach. With a population of all couples of childbearing age who use the IUD as a contraceptive in the work area of ​​the Sugihwaras Health Center, which is 175 people. By using purposive sampling technique obtained a sample size of 122 respondents. The independent variables in this study were acceptor confidence, service quality, environmental culture, and family support. While the dependent variable is CCA interest in using an IUD as a contraceptive. The results showed that the p value for the acceptor confidence variable was 0.017 <0.05 so that the acceptor confidence variable had an influence on the acceptor's interest. P value of service quality 0,000 <0.05 so that service quality variables have an influence on the acceptor's interest. P value of environmental culture 0.035 <0.05 so that environmental culture has an influence on the acceptor's interest. P value of family support 0.001 <0.05 so that family support has an influence on the acceptor's interest. Of all the independent variables that have the strongest signification value is service quality. So the hypothesis is accepted. That means that service quality is the factor that has the most influence on CCA interest in using an IUD as a contraceptive in the work area of ​​the Sugihwaras Community Health Center.

Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan upaya kesehatan perseorangan tingkat pertama. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya puskesmas berwenang untuk untuk melaksanakan pencatatan dan pelaporan kesehatan pasien serta melakukan evaluasi terhadap mutu dan cakupan pelayanan kesehatan. Pencatatan dan pelaporan pasien dapat dilihat dari berkas rekam medis pasien. Rekam medis pada sarana kesehatan non rumah sakit wajib disimpan sekurang-kurangnya untuk jangka waktu dua tahun terhitung dari tanggal terakhir pasien berobat. Setelah batas waktu penyimpanan dilampaui maka rekam medis dapat dimusnahkan. Puskesmas Kuranji merupakan salah satu puskemas di kota padang yang berlamat dikecamatan Kuranji. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan petugas rekam medis, hingga saat ini Puskesmas Kuranji belum melakukan retensi dan pemusnahan berkas rekam medis sedangkan ruangan penyimpanan hanya ada satu. Berdasarkan pemaparan masalah di atas, maka pengabdi bermaksud untuk melakukan sosialisasi dan praktik langsung mengenai retensi dan pemusnahan berkas rekam medis di Puskesmas Kuranji Kota Padang. Target dan luaran dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah kegiatan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk pelaksanaan retensi dan penghancuran berkas rekam medis. Target kedepannya agar sosialisi ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar kegiatan retensi dan penghancuran berkas rekam medis. Kata Kunci: Puskesmas, Retensi, Pemusnahan, Rekam Medis ABSTRACT Public health center (PHC) is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts. In carrying out its duties PHC is authorized to carry out the recording and reporting of patient health and to evaluate the quality and scope of health services. Patient recording and reporting can be seen from the patient's medical record file. Medical records in non-hospital healthcare facilities must be kept for at least two years from the date the patient was treated. After the storage time limit is exceeded, the medical record can be destroyed. The Kuranji Community Health Center is one of the public health centers in the city of Padang which is well-known in the Kuranji sub-district. Based on the results of interviews with medical record officers, up to now the Kuranji Community Health Center has not retained and destroyed medical record files while there is only one storage room. Based on the explanation of the problem above, the service intends to conduct socialization and direct practice regarding the retention and destruction of medical record files at the Kuranji Health Center in Padang City. The target and output of the implementation of community service activities is that this activity can be used as consideration for the implementation of retention and destruction of medical record files. According to Indonesia&rsquo;s result of Basic Health Research of 2013, prevalence of acute respiratory infection in 2007 and 2013 were not different (25.5% and 25.0%, respectively). Identifying the cause of acute pharyngitis is a key point in determining the optimal treatment. The main purpose is to evaluate the rational use of drugs and its irrational impact as well as the correlation of the drug use with the incidence and prevalence of acute pharyngitis. This study was a descriptive and observational study, carried out retrospectively and concurrently at two community health centers located in Bandung and Cimahi, Indonesia. There were 80.01% over prescription of antibiotics, with a total of 8.98% is non-treatment option, and 62.43% irrational used of corticosteroids. The incidence and prevalence of acute pharyngitis at one health center in Bandung were 2.45% and 2.31%, respectively, with irrationality rate of 83.82%. Those recorded at one health center in Cimahi were 2.11% of incidence and 2.00% of prevalence with irrational rate of 91.29%. It can be concluded that there were still irrational use of medicines in the treatment of acute pharyngitis in community health center. The higher incidence and prevalence might indicate the declining health services quality.

Vasectomy method has 99% success in preventing pregnancy. Among 13 community health centers in 2017, the widest number of vasectomy contraception users recorded in Bulili Community Health Center with 37 people (57,81%). The studi aims to discover of several factors of contraception use, such as education, knowledge, and family support. This research is a descriptive quantitative. The sample of this research is 37 men, particularly husbands, who are older than 35 years old and have 2 children. In collecting the sample, this research uses total sampling method. The data collection method is done by observation and interview. Furthermore, the obtained data are analyzed statistically by showing frequency distribution in each variable. The research showed that vasectomy contraception based on education (64,9%), knowledge (89,2%), and family support (94,6%) in this area is good. Consequently, citizens are expected to willingly accept information from health worker related to men’s KB
