Background: The high birth rate in Indonesian is one of the major problems and requires special attention, the population increased in 2015 amounted to 255, 461, 686 people, the population in Indonesian is fourth after China, India, and Unite States (Depkes Indonesian, 2015). Data from the health service DIY, acceptors of IUD is the the lowest number in Yogyakarta , located in community health service Danurejan I as many as 215 acceptor Objectives: The aim of this study is to know the knowledge of women fertile about contraception in community health center Danurejan 1 Yogyakarta. Methods: Research design used was a descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the total of responden as many as 73. Data analysis used analysis univariat. Result: the result of this research shows that based on level knowledge WUS about contraception of IUD be categorized the level of knowledge as good is 50 responden (68.5%). In the category of enough of knowledge was 21 respondents ( 28.8%) and lack of knowledge as lack is 2 respondents (2.7%). Conclusion: Based on the result of this research which had done showed that WUS knowledge about IUD contraception in community health center Danurejan 1 Yogyakarta mostly of responden having good knowledge as many as 50 responden (68.5%) Keywords: Knowledge, Women Fertile (WUS), IUD Contraception

Information system at community health center is an information system that has several activities, such as registration, medical record, health care, and reporting.  Day to day operation, community health service, is using process manually. It is cause the stack of service. Sometime, the patient has to wait within several times. For Further, the patient did not know that the queuing is full. In order to help the problem, this paper wants to show about E-Health as service software. The research is completed by conveying the model like UML diagram. The UML diagrams are consisting such as usecase, class, activity, and component. The sequence of system construct is using Prototype Paradigm. The result is the software which has ability to service patient start from registration, medical check, medical prescription, until reporting. As an impact for Community health service is the service more efficiency. AbstrakMasalah pelayanan sebenarnya bukanlah hal yang sulit atau rumit, tetapi apabila hal ini kurang diatasi maka dapat menimbulkan masalah serta peningkatan kinerja pegawai yang bagus merupakan kunci sukses untuk membangun keberhasilan Puskesmas dalam melayani pasien. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja pegawai, Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang akan mampu mendapatkan profitabilitas yang diperoleh dari kepuasan pasien oleh sebab diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitasnya puskesmas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan Puskesmas dan kinerja pegawai terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang Jawa Timur. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien atau pelanggan dari Puskesmas Dinoyo selama satu minggu pada bulan Nopember tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pengaruh Puskesmas dan kinerja pegawai terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang  Jawa Timur  negatif dan tidak signifikan. Dalam penelitian ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa secara simultan pelayanan Puskesmas dan kinerja pegawai memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Puskesmas.Kata kunci : pelayanan puskesmas, kinerja pegawai, kepuasan pelanggan Abstract            The problem of service is not difficult and complicated, but if this matter is not be overcame so it can make some problems and a good employee performance is a key of success  to build the success of Community Health Center on servicing the patient. To develop the quality of service and employee performance, Community Health Center Dinoyo Malang City will be able to get the profitability that obtained from the satisfaction customer, so for that reason it expected to develop the quality of Community Health Center.The objectives of this research is: to analyze the effect of the service of Community Health Center and the Employee Performance to Customer Satisfaction in Community Health Center Dinoyo Malang City East Java. Using of sample from this study is the patient of Community Health Center Dinoyo for a week on November at 2017. The result of this research shows that the service of Community Health Service and Employee Performance to Customer Satisfaction in Community Health Center in Dinoyo Malang City East Java is negative and not significant. In this research also indicates that the service of Community Health Center and Employee Performance have the effect to the satisfaction customer of Community Health Center simultaneously.Keyword : service of community health center, employee performance, satisfaction performance

ABSTRACT Primipara's post partum maternal knowledge about breast care is still very low. Based on a preliminary study at the Saronggi Health Center, four post partum mothers, especially primipara, found that the mother did not know about breast care, so there were many problems in the process of breastfeeding, such as experiencing milk that did not come out, having nipples that went into, experiencing nipples that did not clean, experience pain when breastfeeding. To prevent these problems by taking care of the breast. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of primiparous postpartum mothers about breast care in the Saronggi Community Health Center. This type of research is descriptive with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all primiparous postpartum mothers registered at the Saronggi Community Health Center on January 13-February 13 2020 by 30 people. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with accidental sampling method. Analysis of the data in this study used a univariate test. The results of the study are all primiparous postpartum mothers at Saronggi Puskesmas aged 20-35 years by 100%, most primiparous postpartum mothers with high school education were 53.3%, most primiparous postpartum mothers were IRT 83.3% and most postpartum mothers Primipara has less knowledge about breast care by 40%. it can be concluded that the majority of primiparous postpartum mothers in Puskesmas Saronggi have less knowledge about breast care. Suggestions are expected that postpartum mothers can add information and increase knowledge about breast care so as to prevent breastfeeding. Keyword: Knowledge, Postpartum, breastcare

Community compliance in taking measures to prevent transmission of COVID-19 must be based on good knowledge about COVID-19 so that it can break the chain of transmission of COVID-19. The objective of this research to determine the relationship between the level of community knowledge about COVID-19 with compliance to prevent COVID-19 at the Community Health Center of Jati Kudus. This study used a quantitative analysis with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 115 people treated at Community Health Center of Jati Kudus with range aged 17-35 years, then got 89 respondents were obtained using the purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. From the results of univariate data testing, 65 respondents (73%) had good knowledge of COVID-19, while those who had sufficient knowledge were 24 people (27%). The results showed that all respondents complied with the prevention measures for COVID-19 with a percentage of 100%. Based on the bivariate test result, it was found that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and compliance in preventing transmission of COVID-19 with a p-value of 0.034 and r (correlation coefficient) of 0.225. It can be concluded that there was a relationship between the level of public knowledge about COVID-19 and compliance with COVID-19 prevention at the Pubic Health Center of Jati Kudus.

The existence of a community health center as the spearhead of health services in Indonesia is faced with various problems such as a decrease in budget allocations and a lack of health personnel. This study aims to analyze the relationship between attitudes and decisions about choosing a community health center as a health service facility, especially at the Laang Tanduk. The study design was cross-sectional with respondents from the health center customers who were selected by purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through filling out a questionnaire and tested the hypothesis using the Chi-square test. The results showed that the p-value was less than 0.05, so it was concluded that attitudes were related to the community's decision to choose a health center as a health service facility. Pregnancy exercise is a physical exercise for pregnant women to prepare them physically or mentally to face childbirth. The number of ANC classes with pregnancy exercise programs was 76 classes in Cirebon City in 2015. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of Primigravida women about pregnancy exercise. This research applied a descriptive method. The sample was chosen using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 37 pregnant women. The research location in Kalitanjung Community Health Center, Cirebon City. Respondents filled out questionnaires about knowledge related to pregnancy exercise. Data is analyzed by percentage, and presented in the form of a table. The results of the study showed that the knowledge level of primigravida women who had attended the pregnancy exercise class was good 7.1%, moderate 50%, and insufficient 42.9%. Whereas, primigravida women who have never had a pregnancy exercise class, 1.7% of them have a good knowledge, moderate 52.2%, and low 46.1%. Knowledge of primigravida women who have and have never attended classes for pregnant women varies, but most at the level of knowledge are at the moderate level. It is expected that pregnant women can add information about pregnancy exercise and increase their motivation to do pregnancy exercises so it would enhance pregnancy and infant's health.Keywords: knowledge, pregnancy exercise, primigravida

Health services is most closely related to when someone needs health services and how far the effectiveness of these services. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence clients in utilizing outpatient services at Klabang Community Health Center, Bondowoso District. Quantitative research design with a Cross. With a sample of 245 respondents taken with accidental sampling technique. The tool used was a questionnaire, which then carried out a bivariate and multivariate analysis to determine the factors that influence the client in the use of outpatient services at the Klabang Community Health Center in Bondowoso district. The results of the statistic test found that service facilities, nurse or midwife services, service fees, doctor services, ease of information and health insurance regulation systems significantly affected the utilization of outpatient services. Community perceptions of good service from the community health center give a deep impression and cause motivation to be able to take advantage of the health services provided. If the public knows that service delivery is by what is expected, trust and satisfaction will increase. The Public Health Center as one type of first-level health service facility has an important role in the national health system, specifically the health efforts subsystem.

Leptospirosis or also commonly called Weil disease is an acute infectious disease that can attack humans and animals and is classified as a zoonotic disease. Leptospirosis is caused by bacteria of the genus Leptospira found in rodents. This study aims to determine the presence of Leptospira bacteria serovar in blood serum suspected of leptospirosis using the Microscopic Aglutination Test (MAT) method. This type of research is descriptive observational using accidental sampling technique with a total of 31 samples. Sampling was conducted at the Antang Community Health Center, Batua Health Center and Bangkala Health Center in Manggala District for two weeks. Data analysis in this research is descriptive in which the results are presented through tables and narratives. The results of MAT examination on blood serum yielded eleven positive samples of Leptospira (37%) with serovar Hebdomadis, Djasiman, Mini, Icterohaemorrhagiae, Bangkingan and Bataviae. The presence of Leptospira bacteria in the blood serum of suspected individuals using the MAT Method obtained 11 samples of positive blood serum. Need to conduct and improve special counseling activities about leptospirosis and diagnosis enforcement in the community or workers who experience symptoms or suspected leptospirosis.

DHF is one of the widespread  infectious diseases in Indonesia, with an increased infected number of sufferers. DHF case is closely related to environmental sanitation, wich causes the availability of breeding places for the Aedes aegypti mosquito vectors. The study was to determine the relationship between environmental sanitation behavior and the case of DHF in the working area of the Tarus Community Health Center in 2020. The study design was descriptive-analytical with a cross-sectional study approach. The sample was_99 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. Data was collected from interviews and analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that the varuabels of  knowledge (p = 0.000), attitudes (p = 0.021), and actions to environmental sanitation (p = 0.000) were related to the DHF case. The Tarus Community Health Center should increase outreach activities and family empowerment efforts related to the prevention and control of DHF.

ABSTRAKPneumonia merupakan penyebab banyak kematian balita di dunia. Selama tahun 2016 terdapat 568.146 (65,27%) jumlah kasus pneumonia pada balita yang ada di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan tercatat kasus pneumonia tahun 2017 sebesar 66,52%, data tertinggi pada Puskesmas Beruntung Raya dengan angka 105 kasus (10,80%) di tahun 2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan penggunaan antibiotika pada orang tua pasien anak yang terdiagnosa pneumonia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Beruntung Raya serta menganalisa faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan observasional analitik melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua orang tua yang memeriksakan anaknya dalam satu tahun terakhir di Puskesmas Beruntung Raya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 77 responden ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan berlangsung selama 3 (tiga) bulan. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square dan regresi logistik biner dan kuisioner sebagai Instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kedisiplinan (p-value= 0,001), sugesti sembuh (p-value= 0,012), dan komunikasi (p-value= 0,025). Variabel kedisiplinan merupakan yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan antibiotika, sehingga pasien yang disiplin lakan lebih patuh dalam meminum obat antibiotika daripada pasien yang tidak disiplin.Kata-kata kunci: Kepatuhan, pneumonia, kedisiplinan, sugesti sembuh, komunikasiABSTRACTPneumonia is the cause of many under-five deaths in the world. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related by adhering to the use of antibiotics in the parents of pediatric patients with diagnosed with pneumonia in the work area of Beruntung Jaya Community Health Center and analysis the most dominant factor influencing. This study uses an observational analytic design through a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all parents who had their children examined in the past year at Beruntung Raya Health Center. The sample in this study amounted to 77 respondents determined by purposive sampling technique and lasted for 3 (three) months. Data analysis using chi square test and binary logistic regression and questionnaires as research instruments. The results showed that there was a relationship between discipline (p-value= 0.001), recovery suggestions (p-value= 0.012), and communication (p-value= 0.025). Disciplinary variable is the most dominant influence on adherence to the use of antibiotics, so that disciplined patients are more obedient in taking antibiotic drugs than patients who are not disciplined.Key words: Compliance, pneumonia, discipline, healing suggestion, communication
