The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence about the effects of tax socialization, motor vehicle tax sanctions, and Samsat Drive-Thru systems on motor vehicle Taxpayers compliance in Bantul Samsat offices in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta in 2019. The population in this study were all motor vehicle taxpayers in Samsat Bantul as many as 449,610. Sampling with Slovin formula obtained as many as 100 respondents and the method of data collection using accidental sampling. The data used in this study are primary data, data collection using the questionnaire method. Data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that motor vehicle tax sanctions and Samsat Drive-Thru systems have a positive and significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, while tax socialization has a positive and insignificant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.

This study aims to determine the role of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Husnayain Against the Development of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). In the study used survey methods by taking samples from the population. The sample in this research is Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Husnayain customer, with 65 respondents. Data processing techniques and data analysis used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination. ttabel sebesar 1,998 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,004 < 0,05, sedangkan pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro">Based on the results of the discussion of al-qardhul al-hasan financing has a positive effect on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises small and medium with a tcount of 2,962> ttable of 1.998 and significance of 0.004 <0.05, while murabahah financing has a positive effect on the development of micro enterprises ttabel sebesar 1,998 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,046 < 0,05, dan pembiayaan mudharabah berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah kecil dan menengah menunjukkan thitung sebesar 4,713 > ttabel sebesar 1,998 dan signifikansi">, Small and medium-sized small and medium enterprises shows t count of 2.195> ttable of 1.998 and significance of 0.046 <0.05, and mudharabah financing has a positive effect on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises small and medium scale shows tcount of 4.713> ttable of 1.998 and significance Ftabel 3,15 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa al-qardhul al-hasan, murabahah dan mudharabah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan">0.000 <0.05, simultaneously that the value of Fcount 67,809> Ftable 3.15 and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05 thus it can be said that al-qardhul al-hasan, murabaha and mudaraba together significantly influence the development micro small and Medium Enterprises. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of service quality and trust on Go-Food consumer loyalty in Bandar Lampung. This research uses quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. The population in this study are consumers who use Go-Food services in Bandar Lampung. The number of samples used amounted to 100 respondents. Sources of data in this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of several statements to respondents online. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and the coefficient of determination. with the help of the SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that based on the hypothesis test (t test and f test), all three hypotheses were accepted. This means that Service Quality and Trust partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty and simultaneously Service Quality and Trust have a positive and significant effect on Go-Food Consumer Loyalty in Bandar Lampung. Technological developments and a lot of competitors in the smartphone industry make the competition tighter so that it triggers consumers to be more picky before deciding to make a purchase. Xiaomi is one of the manufacturers engaged in the production of smartphones which is well known in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine whether product quality, price, brand image, and promotion can partially and simultaneously influence purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Depok. This study uses quantitative primary data in the form of a questionnaire with a research sample of 100 respondents. The analytical tools used are validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test assisted by SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study are product quality, price , brand image, and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Depok city, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract   The purpose of this study was to determine the psychological effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, work ethic and turnover on the productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques through interviews with data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test and F test). The results of the study obtained the results of the regression equation Y = -0.164 + 0.355 X1 + 0.447 X2 + 0.253 X3, while from the F test results, the calculated f value is 61.355, above the standard Sig significance value of 0.000 or f table of 3.97, or the value of significant is less than 0.05, which means that the Covid-19 pandemic psychologically, work ethic and turnover affect the productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta.   Keywords : Covid-19 Pandemic, Psychological, Work Ethic, Turnover, Productivity

The background of this research is that the career development of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serang Regency tends to decline, allegedly due to a lack of skills and work experience.  This study aims to determine the effect of skills and work experience partially and simultaneously on the career development of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serang Regency. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative. The population was 84 employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serang Regency and the sample size was 84 employees, while the sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions, correlation test, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study obtained a hypothesis test of the skill variable on career development obtained tcount> ttable (3,913> 1,989) which means significant, work experience on career development obtained tcount> ttable (4,627> 1,989) means significant, while skills and work experience on career development obtained Fcount> Ftable (51,616> 3,11) means significant.

This research examines the effect of Facebook and Instagram on consumer options to shop in the Toko Basmalah Sidogiri branch. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to the data carried out by dividing the questionnaire of 150 persons to buy products at the Toko Basmalah Sidogiri branch. The results of the questionnaire were tested using the SPSS version 20.0 program. The data collection technique used is distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents while the sampling technique used to calculate the size of the sample size is Non Probability Sampling. The results of the study used the method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Coefficient of Determination, Partial Hypothesis Test, Simultaneous Hypothesis Test. The results of the study used the method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Coefficient of Determination, Partial Hypothesis Test, Simultaneous Hypothesis Test. The results showed that promotion variables through Facebook and Instagram together had an effect on consumers' choices for shopping at Toko Basmalah Sidogiri Branch. But partially, the promotion variable through Facebook has no effect on consumers 'choices to shop at Toko Basmalah Sidogiri Branch, other than the promotion variable via Instagram which has an influence on consumers' choices to shop at Toko Basmalah Sidogiri Branch. Key Words : Social media, Puchase interest, Toko Basmalah   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Facebook dan Instagram terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah cabang Sidogiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagi kuesioner kepada 150 konsumen yang membeli produk di Toko Basmalah. Data kuesioner kemudian di uji menggunakan SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan 50 sampel yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive random sampling. sedangkan Teknik sampling yang digunakan untuk menghitung besarnya ukuran sampel adalah Non Probability Sampling. Hasil penelitian mengunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji Hipotesis Parsial, Uji Hipotesis Simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial khususnya Instagram mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah cabang Sidogiri. Hasil uji secara simultan (bersama-sama) Facebook dan Instagram berpengaruh signifikan dan posituf terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah. Sedangkan hasil Uji t menunjukkan secara parsial hanya Instagram yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah. Sedangkan Facebook tidak berpengaruh terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah.  Kata Kunci: Media sosial, Keputusan pembelian, Toko Basmalah

There are several factors that affect the success of online stores one of which is trust. Where trust will be able to build customer relations relation or relationship relations users of an online store. he belief of user experience becomes a factor that must be met which will be 2 related things. In this study the online store in the analysis is tokopedia and bukalapak. For confidence measures in the use of online stores are measured by the approach of the Heart and Pulse method with some modifications to suit the needs of empirical reporting to identify factors that contribute to the positive experience of online shopping sites in terms of confidence levels. Respondents numbered 100 who are users of both e-commerce. Sampling technique from this research is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test including (t parcial) test, (F simultan) test, and coefficient of determination (R^2).The result of analysis by using t test can be seen that profit variable equally positive effect to the trust in both e-commerce. Second, the efficiency, happiness, and speed variables do not positively affect the level of trust in both e-commerce. Testing with f test in both e-commerce has positive and superior effect is bukalapak. Adjust R Square results show that the results of measurements on both sites have a value of 49.3% (tokopedia) & 78.3% (bukalapak), indicating that usability and user experience measurements from the bukalapakl are superior to those of tokopedia.

This study aims to Analysis of Brand Equity on Buying Decision of Sacheted Adem Sari On PT. Enesis Indonesia in Palembang by measuring indicators that influence the Brand Equity variable, Consumer Decision. The population in this study are consumers who have consumed Adem Sari refresher at least 1 time based on their own decision with an age range of 19 to 50 years, so that 96 respondents were obtained to become the sample of this study. The primary data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, t test, f test, coefficient of determination, correlation between dimensions and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the brand equity variable partially and simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision of Adem Sari Sachet Products.

This study aims to describe the influence of communication, organizational culture and compensation on employee performance at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan which lasted for 3 (three) months, starting from February 2017 until May 2016. This research uses census method. Research respondents are all employees of PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan, amounting to 72 (seventy two) people. The instrument used is a questionnaire to collect data from communication variables, organizational culture and compensation and employee performance variables. Data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multicollinearity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, partial hypothesis test or t test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and calculation of coefficient of determination. Descriptive analysis results for communication and organizational culture variables are in good category while the compensation and employee performance variables are in the category of good enough PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan. Based on partial analysis, communication, organizational culture and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Ira Widya Utama. Based on the simultaneous analysis, communication, organizational culture and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan. Contribution from communication variable, organizational culture and compensation to improve employee performance variable at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan is equal to 0.812 or 81.2%, while the remaining 0.188 or 18.8% is influenced by other variables not examined by the authors in this study, suchas leadership, work environment, workmotivation, competence, workcommitment and othesetc

This study aims to describe the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Sago Nauli. This research was conducted at PT. Sago Nauli which lasts for 5 (five) months, starting from October 2019 to February 2020. This research uses proportional random sampling method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sago Nauli palm oil mill totaling 180 people. The respondents of this study were determined using the slovin formula which numbered 124 (one hundred twenty four) people. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data from transformational leadership variables, work motivation, compensation and employee performance variables. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multicollinearity test, normality test, heterokedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis test or t test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and calculation of the coefficient of determination. Descriptive analysis results for transformational leadership variables, work motivation, compensation variables and employee performance are in the good category at PT. Sago Nauli. Based on partial analysis, transformational leadership, work motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sago Nauli. Simultaneously, transformational leadership, work motivation and compensation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Sago Nauli. The contribution of transformational leadership variables, work motivation, and compensation explained the employee performance variable of 0.760 or 76%. The remaining 0.240 or 24% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study.
