This study aims to obtain data and find out the positive effect of benefits, convenience and security onthe interest in using financial technology in OVO applications as a digital payment study in the case of FEBstudents at the Muhammadiyah Metro University. With the technique of sampling, namely with accedentalsampling with a sampling time of 30 days to get as many as 68 samples. In this study the method used is libearyresearch and field research, namely library research, observation, interviews, correspondence, andquestionnaires. In this study the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, to determine thedependent and independent variables with the SPSS V16 For Windows program. The results of researchconducted by researchers show that there is an influence on the benefits, convenience and security of the interestin using financial technology in OVO applications as digital payments, based on the analysis results, the dataobtained is Fcount 130,280 > 2.75 and is shown by linear regression with the coefficient of determination (R2)0.859 which means that the interest in financial use in OVO applications is influenced by the benefits, convenience and safety variables of 85.9% and the remaining 14.1% is influenced by other factors outside thisstudy.

This research is based on the importance of using a helmet for motorcycle riders. The formulation of problem of this research is whether word of mouth (X) andproduct attributes (X) have a partial and simultaneous effect on consumer buyinginterest (Y). The purpose of research is to test and analyze the effect of word ofmouth (X12) and product attributes (X) on consumers buying interest (Y) on NHKhelmets at Ulok Kupai District, Bengkulu Utara regency.Object of this researchwas the Ulok Kupai Subdistrict Society, Bengkulu Utara with an accidentalsampling method. The stduy involved 70 respondents from the member of thesociety. The data were collected trough field research, observation, andquestionnaires. The data collected then was analyzed by using classic assumptionstest, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.Based on themultiple linear regression tests using SPSS, the result of the study show that Y =3.365 + 0.464X1+ 0.279X2.2 The results of the analysis found that word of mouth(X) has a positive effect on consumer buying interest (Y). In addition, productattributes (X1)also had a positive effect on consumer buying interest (Y). Theresult of T test and F test shows that the two variables had a significant effect onconsumer buying interest with a significance level of <0.05. This means that Ho isrejected Ha accepted.Keysword: Word Of Mouth, Product Attributes , Consumer Buying Interest.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee achievement at Kantor Camat Munte Kabupaten Karo. The number of samples in this study were 22 respondents who were Civil Servants at the Office of the Sub-District Head of Munte Karo Regency. Library research and field research were used in this research. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing was performed using ttest, Ftest and determination coefficient test. The results of the study obtained multiple regression equations Y=-0,20+1,990X₁-0,688X₂, which explains that the regression coefficients possessed by the variables of motivation and work discipline give a positive direction to the achievement of the employees of the Karo District Head Office. Based on hypothesis testing, it is found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement, with a tcount (7,040)> ttable value (2.085), or a sig value (0.000) < alpha (0.05). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement, with a tcount (-2,55) by the value of Fcount (39,026) > Ftable (3.49) and a significance of 0.000 <α=0.05. The coefficient of determination test results also showed that 80,4% of employee achievement variables could be explained by the variables of motivation and work discipline. While the remaining 19,6% is explained by other variables not examined in this study

The number of samples in this study were 18 respondents who were Civil Servants at the Office of the Sub-District Head of Mark Karo Regency. Library research and field research were used in this research. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing was performed using ttest, Ftest and determination coefficient test. The results of the study obtained multiple regression equations Y=2,290-0,158X1+0,766X2, which explains that the regression coefficients possessed by the variables of ability and work experience give a positive direction to the performance of the employees of the Karo District Head Office. Based on hypothesis testing, it is found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a tcount (-0,649)> ttable value (2,109).Work enviroment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a tcount (5.038)> a ttable value (2,109. Motivation and work enviroment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the value of Fcount (38,875) > Ftable (3,59. The coefficient of determination test results also showed that 82,9% of employee performance variables could be explained by the variables of knowledge and work experience. While the remaining 17,1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Current Ratio (CR), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) on Profitability with the Return On Assets (ROA) proxy on cigarette sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) quarterly in 2014-2019, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive verification with quantitative approaches. The sample in this study used purposive sampling. The statistical method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Current Ratio (CR), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) simultaneously had a significant effect on the Return on Assets (ROA) profitability. Partially Working Capital Turnover (WCT) has a significant negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA) profitability, Current Ratio (CR) has no effect on Return on Assets (ROA) Profitability, and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) has a significant positive effect on Return on Profitability Assets (ROA). The coefficient of determination obtained by 0.429 means that only 42.9% Profitability Return on Assets (ROA) is influenced by Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Current Ratio (CR), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) and the rest 57.1 % is influenced by other variables.

This research was conducted to determine and test the effect of changes in tax rates (X1), tax calculation methods (X2) and modernization of the tax system (X3) on MSME taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable (M). As for the population in this study, the UMKM taxpayers in the food and beverage sector are registered at the Surabaya City Trade Office. Data collection uses purposive sampling method, provided that the taxpayer has a NPWP and has a gross turnover (turnover) in one tax year not to exceed Rp4.8 billion. The samples used in this study were 80 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression and interaction regression with the help of SPPS version 17. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that partially changes in tax rates did not have a positive effect and insignificant on taxpayer compliance, while the tax calculation method and tax system modernization partially have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Multiple regression analysis with the interaction test for variable changes in tax rates to taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable, the method of calculating taxes against taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable and modernization of the tax system towards taxpayer compliance with tax fairness as a moderating variable partial positive and significant effect which means that tax justice is able to moderate all the variables used in this study.
