This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and the work enviroment on employee performance at Kantor Camat Juhar Kabupaten Karo. The number of samples in this study were 18 respondents who were Civil Servants at the Office of the Sub-District Head of Mark Karo Regency. Library research and field research were used in this research. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing was performed using ttest, Ftest and determination coefficient test. The results of the study obtained multiple regression equations Y=2,290-0,158X1+0,766X2, which explains that the regression coefficients possessed by the variables of ability and work experience give a positive direction to the performance of the employees of the Karo District Head Office. Based on hypothesis testing, it is found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a tcount (-0,649)> ttable value (2,109).Work enviroment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a tcount (5.038)> a ttable value (2,109. Motivation and work enviroment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the value of Fcount (38,875) > Ftable (3,59. The coefficient of determination test results also showed that 82,9% of employee performance variables could be explained by the variables of knowledge and work experience. While the remaining 17,1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee achievement at Kantor Camat Munte Kabupaten Karo. The number of samples in this study were 22 respondents who were Civil Servants at the Office of the Sub-District Head of Munte Karo Regency. Library research and field research were used in this research. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing was performed using ttest, Ftest and determination coefficient test. The results of the study obtained multiple regression equations Y=-0,20+1,990X₁-0,688X₂, which explains that the regression coefficients possessed by the variables of motivation and work discipline give a positive direction to the achievement of the employees of the Karo District Head Office. Based on hypothesis testing, it is found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement, with a tcount (7,040)> ttable value (2.085), or a sig value (0.000) < alpha (0.05). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement, with a tcount (-2,55) by the value of Fcount (39,026) > Ftable (3.49) and a significance of 0.000 <α=0.05. The coefficient of determination test results also showed that 80,4% of employee achievement variables could be explained by the variables of motivation and work discipline. While the remaining 19,6% is explained by other variables not examined in this study

The results of hypothesis testing through the F test (Simultaneous) using a confidence level of 90%, show that there is a significant influence of competence, motivation and organizational commitment together on the performance of the employees of PT. Thamrin Brothers A. Rivai Palembang. Quantitative analysis model using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of hypothesis testing through the t test (partial) show that there is a partially significant effect of competence on employee performance, there is a partially significant influence of motivation on employee performance and there is a partially significant effect of organizational commitment on the performance of employees of PT. Thamrin Brothers A. Rivai Palembang. The coefficient of determination test results prove that competence, motivation, and organizational commitment are able to contribute 91.0% in explaining changes that occur in employee performance. The researcher gave the first suggestion that PT. Thamrin Brothers A. The study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance. Specifically this study aims to find out how the influence of job stress on employee performance and know how well the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and to know the influence of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda. The method used is quantitative analysis that is by multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is the number of permanent employees in the production of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda in 2017 as many as 792 population. The sample in this research using simple random sampling by using slovin formula technique, so sample taken as many as 266 samples of employees remain part production PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda. The results showed that the value of F arithmetic = 143,844, using the significance limit of 0.05, then obtained the significance value is smaller than 0.05 is 0.000, it means that simultaneously the variable work stress and work motivation significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,522 or 52,2%, hence coefficient simultaneously in explaining variation or change of dependent variable (Y) found the influence of free variable 52,2%, while the rest is 47,8%. The result of hypothesis testing (H1) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 15,444 with the significance level of 0.000 results is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that work stress has positive and dominant effect to employee performance. The result of hypothesis testing (H2) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 3.215 with the significance of the result of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that the motivation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of knowledge, abilities, and work experience towards employee performance at PT. Hilon Sumatera. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The amount of population in this study is 53 people. The sampling method used is by doing census so that the amount of samples is also 53 people. The data was collected by using questionnaire, interview, and documentation study. From the result of the research, it is discovered that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0,593 or 59,3%. This means that the variations in employee working performance can be determined by variations in organizational commitment and working discipline by 59,3%, while the rest 40,7% is determined by other variables not included in this research, such as motivation, working discipline, morale, supervision, and leadership method. The multiple linear regression equation obtained from the data processing result is Y=6,161+0,346X1+0,286X2+0,186X3+ ei, which means that knowledge, abilities, and working experience are positively affecting the employee performance at PT. Hilon Sumatera. Hypothesis testing simultaneously shows that knowledge, abilities, and working experience are having a significant effect towards employee performance at PT. Hilon Sumatera. Partial Hypothesis Test (T Test) shows that knowledge has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance level of 0,000 < α (0,05), ability with a significance level of 0,005>α (0,05), and working experience with a significance level of 0,013< α (0,05). Refering to the results of this study, it is reccomended that PT. Hilon Sumatera should develop and maintain the indicators that are available on knowledge, abilites, and working experience.

The purpose of the research in the know the leadership style and motivation that can improve employee performance so that the research will take the title: Influence of Leadership style and employee performance motivation at PT. Tae Jong Indonesia. In this study used 30 Sample respondents. The data analysis methods used are statistical tests using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, double correlation, coefficient of determination in hypotheses test. The test results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence between the leadership force on employee performance, and there was an insignificant influence between the motivation to employee performance, a known formula of multiple linear regression equations: Y = 20,170 + 0.433 X1 + 0.045 X2 with R2 value = 0.648. Proven that the leadership style and motivation to employee performance variables are 42% while the remaining 58% is influenced by other factors not researched in this study, and based on hypothesis testing results by using T-Test (partial) The result of leadership style which means leadership style Thitung > This (3.437 > 2.051) shows that Ho is rejected and H1 accepted which means leadership style is positively influential towards employee performance The motivation with the < this (0.475 < 2.051) Thitung indicates that Ho is accepted and the H1 is rejected which means that motivation has no effect on employee performance. Based on test results F (simultaneous) obtained the result of Fcountdown > Ftabel (9.776 > 3.34) showed. H1 acceptance, so it can be concluded that leadership style and motivation affect employee performance at PT. Tae Jong Indonesia.
