Learning outcomes are the final acquisition of the learning process. Learning outcomes are the limits owned by students in understanding the material. Good learning outcomes can reflect a good learning style because knowing and understanding the best learning styles for him will help students learn so that the results will be maximal. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the combination of learning modules on learning outcomes, the influence of learning styles on learning outcomes, and the effect between the combination of learning modules and learning styles on learning outcomes. The technique used to collect data about student learning outcomes, the tests carried out are formative tests. Forms of the questions used are multiple choice questions compiled with a grid that refers to competency standards and basic competencies. Data analysis technique that will be used to test the hypothesis in this study is to use inferential parametric statistics by using the Anova two way classification analysis technique. Before testing the hypothesis, normality and homogeneity of the data are tested as a prerequisite for data analysis. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the e-modules studied are feasible to be used as one of the reference teaching materials in learning biology in schools.

Factors influencing the success of a learning can come from both internal and external. Learners tend to have concerns in implementing learning to achieve good learning outcomes, so learners want to increase learning outside the school. Today, there are a lot of learning counseling institutions that are developing in various regions in Indonesia. This leads to a lot of interest of learners to follow the guidance of learning outside school. The purpose of this study is to see the contribution of tutoring outside school to the learning outcomes of learners who follow the guidance of learning outside the school on the subjects of biology class XI Science SMAN 7 Padang. The population of this research is all students of class XI IPA SMAN 7 Padang. Research samples are learners who follow and learners who do not follow the guidance of biological learning outside the school. The sampling technique used saturation sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the median test, because one of the data is not normally distributed and the two groups are homogeneous. The average learning outcomes of learners that is 86.91, not too significant difference with those who do not follow the guidance of learning outside the school with an average of 84.88. The result of data analysis shows that there is no contribution of learning guidance to learners' learning outcomes which follow the guidance of study outside school with comparison of X2 count 0,270 and X2 table 3,84, so X2 count <X2 table. Thus, it can be concluded that the guidance of learning outside the school does not contribute to the learning outcomes of learners on the subjects of biology class XI IPA SMAN 7 Padang.

Learning difficulty is a condition where the students are not able to compherend what they learn so it causes the low exhaustiviness of students learning outcomes. This is caused by various factors, one of them is internal factor, namely learning style which has not been noticed by teacher, because it can help the learning process become faster and easier. This researcher was descriptive research which generally aimed to: (1) determine students learning style based on VARK learning styles, (2) find out students learning difficulty in chemistry subject, and (3) find out students learning difficulty in each type of learning style. The instruments of this research were questionnaire, observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the data analysis, the researcher got the information that the tendency of students learning style were dominated by V-A-R-K learning style (42,87%). There were 75% of students who experienced learning difficulty on the material of chemical calculation (stoichiometry) especially for the indicators in determining calculation based on the basic of chemical laws and morality based on the mole concept. It was due to the teacher tended to use lecture method. Morever, learning difficulty was also because the students have not known learning style they have, so that the students could not focus on learning style but they were more focused on finishing calculation tasks.
