The study aims to produce the e-learning physics of Newton's legal material to develop the critical thinking skills of high school students who have higher and practical validity rates. The model of development research used is Rowntree models. The evaluation phase used is Tessmer's formative evaluation consisting of four phases: Self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one evaluation, and small group evaluation. Data collection techniques using walkthroughs and polls. This level of e-learning validity is judged by three experts, namely in material aspects, learning design aspects, and e-learning aspects as well as data analysis using the Aiken V Index to determine the consensus of the experts. The results of the development of e-learning indicate that the resulting media is suitable for use in learning physics. This can be seen from the Aiken V index value of 0.94 with a high level of validity category. Meanwhile, one-to-one evaluation and small group evaluation are obtained by average result of 81.84% and 90.00% and also includes very practical category.

One of the demands in 21st-century education is critical thinking skills that are considered still lacking. The 2013 curriculum learning process includes three domains, namely affective (attitude), cognitive (knowledge), and psychomotor (skills). One of the learning tools that need to be improved to achieve the 2013 curriculum goals is LKPD. This study aims to develop a student worksheet that is valid, practical, and effective. The research method used is the Tessmer design includes expert review, one-to-one, and small group evaluation. The validation subjects were three experts, the individual test subjects were three students of class XI SMAN 6 Banjarmasin, and the smalls group test subjects were six students of class XI SMAN 6 Banjarmasin. The results showed that LKPD obtained an average score of 3.25 (valid), the practicality of the content has an average score of 3.82 (good), the practicality of expectations obtained an average score of 90.48% (very good), and the effectiveness of the expectations has a very good category and good category. The score of interpersonal skills 86.17% (very good), and scores of intrapersonal skills 84.33% (very good).AbstrakSalah satu tuntutan dalam pendidikan abad ke-21 ialah  keterampilan berpikir kritis yang dianggap masih kurang. This type of research is Research Development and was developed using a combination of the Rowntree development model and Tessmer evaluation. The Rowntree development model consists of three stages, namely the planning, development, and evaluation stages. In the evaluation phase consists of four stages, namely the stages of self evaluation, expert review, one to one evaluation, and small group evaluation. In the expert review stage using material experts and media experts. The technique of collecting data uses a walkthrough with a sheet of material and media expert validation test instruments and observation with an observation sheet instrument. The results showed that the validity of the material was 87 with a very valid category. The results also showed that the validity of the media was 92 with very valid categories. From the results of material validation and media validation, the product has a validity value of 89 with a very valid category. In the stage of one to one evaluation involving three children, the score was 92% with a very practical category. In the small group evaluation phase involving nine children the score was 93% with a very practical category because it met the practicality criteria. From all the steps that have been done, it can be concluded that the chain message game for the concentration of group A children is declared valid and practical.

This study aims to generate the valid and practical PISA-like mathematics problems on uncertainty and data using the football game context of Asian Games. It also aims to see the potential effects of the problems towards the high school students’ mathematical ability. This study used a design research methodology with the type of development study which was divided into two stages, namely preliminary stage and formative evaluation stage. The preliminary stage covered the analysis of research subjects, curriculum analysis, PISA framework and creating a question instrument. The formative evaluation stage included the one to one consisting of three students together with expert review consisting of two validators, small group consisting of six students, and then the field test. This study produced valid and practical PISA-like mathematics problems on uncertainty and data content which have a potential effect on the senior high school students’ mathematical literacy ability. The validity was determined based on the expert review, while the practicality was determined based on one-to-one and small group assessment. The students' mathematical literacy abilities appeared during the research were communication, reasoning and argument, and devising strategies for problem-solving.

This study aims to produce worksheets for students of scientific-based measurement material in group B children in kindergartens that are valid and practically tested. This type of research is the development using the Rowntree model, namely the planning, development, evaluation stages. Evaluation using Tessmer's formative evaluation methods includes self evaluation, expert review, one to one evaluation, and small group evaluation. Analysis of data from expert reviews obtained an average of 87% with valid categories including validation of content, constructs and media. This means that the LKPD is in accordance with the contents of the measurement material for group B children, then the construct includes the readability and suitability of the image, while the media is seen from the packaging of the student worksheet (LKPD), display design, use of fonts and font sizes and illustrations of student worksheets (LKPD). In the one to one evaluation and small group evaluation and product stages the average percentage was 94% with a very practical category. To achieve a valid and practical LKPD perfection there is still a recognized lack of validity of 13% and to achieve practicality still have a deficiency of 6%

This research aims to produce a fairy tale in a form of animated video. Development of this fairy tale in a form of animated video uses a combination of ADDIE development model and Tessmer evaluation. The ADDIE development model consists of five phases namely the analysis phase, the design phase, the development phase, the implementation phase and the evaluation phase. At the evaluation phase, the formative is proposed by Tessmer consisting of four stages namely self-evaluation stage, expert review stage, one-to-one evaluation and small group evaluation. The data is collected by using an observation technique. The result of the expert review with the suggestion given by the experts in the story content has been appropriate for the children aged 5-6 years as well as the theme and the language with a good average assesment score with a valid average result of 3.75 (very valid category) and any suggestions given by the experts are the cover of that animation, interesting design, a very good music for the video and the illustration of the story in that aninated video is giving a good time for the children, and it is not borung at all which the average score of 4,00% (very valid catagory). An average for the experts validation for the development of a fairy tale in a form of animated video is 3,87% (very valid category). At the stage of one to one evaluation using a 3 child samples viewing a tale in form of animated video with an average of 91.7% (very practical category). The small group evaluation stage of this fairy tale in form of animated video obtained an average yield of 88.3% in average (very practical category). From all stages that have been done can be concluded that the fairy tale in a form of animated video is valid and practical for children.

The research aims to develop a fluid dynamic learning video-based contextual in water areas that valid and practical. This research is a development study using the Rowntree model, which consists of planning, development, and evaluation stages. The evaluation phase uses the Tessmer evaluation only to the small group evaluation stage. The one to one and small group evaluation stages will be carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Air Saleh in the even semester 2018/2019. Data collected through a walkthrough and questionnaire. The data is then analyzed by determining the mean percentage then converted to get the conclusion of validity and practicality of the video developed. The research conducted concluded that a fluid dynamic learning video-based contextual in water areas have been successfully developed with a percentage of 94% and very practical with a percentage of 87%, making it feasible to use. The product developed can then be used by the teacher to teach the concept of dynamic fluid, especially in schools in water areas, so that students can understand the concept of dynamic fluid based on the surrounding environment.
