To carry out computer testing of knowledge of the students studying object-oriented programming, a software module "Test" was developed. It can become an element of the information and educational environment of the university and realize the possibilities of distance learning within the framework of using the SCORM standard. Information-educational resources (IOR) in SCORM format are accessible, adaptable, efficient, durable and interoperable. The information and educational resource implemented as SCORM package interacts with the LMS management system, which is implemented into the educational portal and transmits the important information. The program is created in the Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 environment using C # programming language. The offered testing module allows simultaneous testing on multiple computers without duplicating questions. The program processes and displays test results. The test can be done in simple word processor and contain any number of questions. It can insert HTML-tags of text formatting, any symbols and pictures inside the questions. The complexity of the question and the time of testing are determined by the lecturer in different ways, taking into account the level of the student's preparation. After testing the user is allowed to know test results and get detailed recommendations for further study of the subject. Test results are saved in an Excel file, so one can trace the dynamics of the students’ knowledge. The diagram of the transition of the program control focus is given. The scheme of interaction of components and services of LMS Moodle using the developed program module "Test" is also presented.

The article addresses the issues of transition of additional professional education to a qualitatively new system – continuous medical education, which requires updating the structure of the organization of the educational process, as well as the content of additional professional programs. In 2016–2019 more than 300 completely new development programs have been worked out, reviewed and approved on the educational portal of the Ministry of Public Health of the Russian Federation. In 2016 Yaroslavl State Medical University has joined the project “Creation of model lean clinics” for promoting the principles of lean-management in healthcare. The main emphasis in the additional professional programs aimed at training medical specialists in the sphere of lean management is made on using simulation technologies. As a result, the University has developed an educational project based on simulation technologies “Process Factory PoLeanClinic” entailing the total immersion of participants in typical process with the aim to reveal, minimize, and forecast the losses and to raise the efficiency of medical organization. Since 2017 the University implements the concept of continuous professional education of teachers. This concept includes three basic elements: 1) continuing education in research and pedagogical activities; 2) continuing medical (pharmaceutical) education; 3) self-education. The elaborated learning modules for teachers’ continuous education are based on the actual needs for acquisition or development of professional competences.

The article proposes a model for forecasting the success of student’s learning. The model is a Markov process with continuous time, such as the process of “death and reproduction”. As the parameters of the process, the intensities of the processes of obtaining and assimilating information are offered, and the intensity of the process of assimilating information takes into account the attitude of the student to the subject being studied. As a result of applying the model, it is possible for each student to determine the probability of a given formation of ownership of the material being studied in the near future. Thus, in the presence of an automated information system of the university, the implementation of the model is an element of the decision support system by all participants in the educational process. The examples given in the article are the results of an experiment conducted at the Institute of Space and Information Technologies of Siberian Federal University under conditions of blended learning, that is, under conditions when classroom work is accompanied by independent work with electronic resources.

The paper presents the system of predicting the indicators of accreditation of technical universities based on J. Forrester mechanism of system dynamics. According to analysis of cause-and-effect relationships between selected variables of the system (indicators of accreditation of the university) there was built the oriented graph. The complex of mathematical models developed to control the quality of training engineers in Russian higher educational institutions is based on this graph. The article presents an algorithm for constructing a model using one of the simulated variables as an example. The model is a system of non-linear differential equations, the modelling characteristics of the educational process being determined according to the solution of this system. The proposed algorithm for calculating these indicators is based on the system dynamics model and the regression model. The mathematical model is constructed on the basis of the model of system dynamics, which is further tested for compliance with real data using the regression model. The regression model is built on the available statistical data accumulated during the period of the university's work. The proposed approach is aimed at solving complex problems of managing the educational process in universities. The structure of the proposed model repeats the structure of cause-effect relationships in the system, and also provides the person responsible for managing quality control with the ability to quickly and adequately assess the performance of the system.

The application of constructive geometric modeling to pedagogical models of teaching graphic disciplines today is a promising direction for using computer technology in the educational process of educational institutions. The essence of the method of constructive geometric modeling is to represent any operation performed on geometric objects in the form of a transformation, as a result of which some constructive connection is established, and the transformation itself can be considered as a result of the action of an abstract cybernetic device. Constructive geometric modeling is a popular information tool for information processing in various applied areas, however, this tool cannot be appreciated without the presence of appropriate software systems and developed design techniques. Traditionally, constructive geometric modeling is used in the design of mechanical engineering, energy, aircraft and shipbuilding facilities, in architectural and design engineering. The need to study descriptive geometry at the university in recent years has something in common with the issues of mastering graphic packages of computer programs in the framework of the new discipline "Engineering and Computer Graphics". The well-known KOMPAS software product is considered the simplest and most attractive for training. It should be noted the important role of graphic packages in the teaching of geometric disciplines that require a figurative perception of the material by students. Against the background of a reduction in classroom hours, computer graphics packages are practically the only productive teaching methodology, successfully replacing traditional tools - chalk and blackboard.
