The article addresses the issues of transition of additional professional education to a qualitatively new system – continuous medical education, which requires updating the structure of the organization of the educational process, as well as the content of additional professional programs. In 2016–2019 more than 300 completely new development programs have been worked out, reviewed and approved on the educational portal of the Ministry of Public Health of the Russian Federation. In 2016 Yaroslavl State Medical University has joined the project “Creation of model lean clinics” for promoting the principles of lean-management in healthcare. The main emphasis in the additional professional programs aimed at training medical specialists in the sphere of lean management is made on using simulation technologies. As a result, the University has developed an educational project based on simulation technologies “Process Factory PoLeanClinic” entailing the total immersion of participants in typical process with the aim to reveal, minimize, and forecast the losses and to raise the efficiency of medical organization. Since 2017 the University implements the concept of continuous professional education of teachers. This concept includes three basic elements: 1) continuing education in research and pedagogical activities; 2) continuing medical (pharmaceutical) education; 3) self-education. The elaborated learning modules for teachers’ continuous education are based on the actual needs for acquisition or development of professional competences.

June 6. 2019, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine implemented the Law "Professional preliminary Education". The law defines the procedure, conditions, forms and features of obtaining professional preliminary education and regulates social relationships, that arise in the process of realization of the constitutional human rights on education, rights and responsibilities of individuals and legal entities that take places in the realization of this rights, as well as competence of governmental agencies and local self-government agencies in the field of professional preliminary education. The new mission of professional preliminary education has aimed to bring it on the new level, change people’s attitudes to this education and provide the labor market with certain specialists.   Nowadays, from successful implementation of the declared provisions of the law determines whether a professional junior bachelor will become competitive and in demand in the labor market. Implementation of the law is in a full swing. Currently, in realization the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of 24.09.2019 №1228 "On approval of the action plan for the preparation of draft acts necessary to ensure the implementation of the Law of Ukraine of 6 June 2019 № 2745-VIII "professional preliminary education". The implementation of the law "Professional preliminary Education" at Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University began with bringing up documentation in line with the law. By the rector’s order of IFNMU №94 from January 31. 2020, the type of college was changed to "professional medical college". During the conference, IFNMU staff agrees to the changes that were made to the Statute of the University regarding the name "professional medical college". The rector’s order of IFNMU № 1363-d on November 25.2020 approved the "Regulations on the professional medical college of Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University". Basic questions of the college functioning (general provisions, concept of educational activity, powers of the university, volume of fixed assets, powers of governing agencies and public self-government agencies; procedure for electing representatives to public self-government agencies; rights and responsibilities of the head of professional medical college; funds and property of a professional medical college, the order of reporting and control over the implementation of financial and economic activities) approved in this regulations. According to this thesis, the professional medical college is a structural subdivision of the university, which carries out educational activities under the educational and professional programs of training junior bachelors (junior specialists). Also in November 2020, the following documents regulates the activities of the college came into act: "Regulations on the cycle commission of the professional medical college IFNMU", "Regulations on the branch of the professional medical college of Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University", "Regulations on certification of pedagogical workers in the college of Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University","Regulations on the pedagogical council of the professional medical college of Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University","Regulations on the organization of the educational process in the professional medical college of IFNMU". The important step in the implementation of the law will be the development of new educational professional programs for professional junior bachelors. Realizing a systemic reform in the field of professional preliminary education, aimed to achieve educational needs of citizens in obtaining quality education with a focus on practical activities and become an urgent need.

The article describes the experience of the private further professional education establishment in integration with private medical organizations as a hi-tech clinic base. The purpose of the experience was to work out an education program of professional retraining which enables medical organization to extend the range of its services. The demand for such programs investment stems from the gap between the professional level of medical workers training at universities and the needs of hi-tech segment of cosmetology service which requires highly qualified specialists.The gap between the increasingly changing market demands and the existing higher education offer may be bridged through involvement of practicing professionals in education process.The authors consider the best Russian and foreign practices of interaction between private medical establishments and private education establishments aimed at creation Centers of Excellence on the example of Neo Clinic Tuymen. The presented model shows the competitive advantages of a professional retraining education program characterized by a big concentration of resources per student and a high value of education service. The article may be useful for the university management in Russia in developing and updating strategies and programs of practice-oriented education that will meet the requirements of regional labour markets, concrete organizations and employers and contribute to graduates’ adaptation to actual production process.

The article describes technological process of organization of webinars on clinical chair of medical university. The advantages and difficulties are discussed related to implementation of such form of interactive studies as webinar into system of continuous professional education.

Today, the study of the problem of interdisciplinary integration in professional education is a historically formed direction and has been studied by scientists deeply enough. However, within the framework of the implementation of the competence-based approach in teaching, which is the focus of state compulsory education standards, the problem of interdisciplinary integration acquires a new meaning. The essence of the new meaning of interdisciplinary integration is substantiated by the modern socio-cultural conditions of globalization, informatization, interdisciplinarity, and digitalization. Interdisciplinary integration is the applied focus of the components of the educational process of the university (goal, result, content, form and methodology of teaching) and manifests itself in the relationship of academic disciplines with the content and technologies of professional activity of future teachers, as well as in the consistency of the processes of teaching and upbringing at the university. The globalization of education refers to the process of creating a worldwide unified education system, which erases the differences between the educational systems included in it. Informatization of education is a process when the sphere of education is provided with the methodology and practice of the development and optimal use of modern information technologies, focused on the implementation of the psychological and pedagogical goals of training and education. Digital skills in the modern world are necessary and must be complemented by cross-cutting interpersonal skills, as the ability to effectively interact in the current environment of distance learning. In the process of distance learning, video conferences using computer communication, virtual environment, online lectures and seminars are actively used. A distinctive feature of distance learning is computer-based learning, which contributes to the development of digital skills, since it is based on the student's independent cognitive activity, is active and personality-oriented. The above requires the development of digital skills in future teachers based on cross-subject integration. This article examines the problem of developing digital skills in future teachers based on interdisciplinary integration, and also provides a meaningful characteristic of digital skills.

The following paper discusses the actual task of modern technical specialist training: getting him/her ready to communicate professionally in a foreign language. Practice requests are naturally reflected in the development of curricula and programs of higher professional education. The author demonstrates the urgency of the task in connection with the constantly changing foreign language professional communication, especially computer-mediated part of it. The author identifies two main approaches to the organization of studies at the university: changing the structure, content, methods of the course Foreign Language and the development of new courses of the curriculum. Within the framework of the second approach, the process of designing an educational and methodical complex for a professional communication course on the basis of a process approach is considered in some detail. The paper emphasizes the importance of using professional skills of prospective specialists to increase the effectiveness of the educational process, in particular, the development of copyright audio and video materials. The workshop for audio engineers, developed by the author of the paper, is successfully used in the educational process of Samara State Institute of Culture.

Цель статьи – раскрыть особенности проектирования и разработки электронных информационно-образовательных ресурсов в профессиональной подготовке будущих бакалавров теологии. Автором охарактеризованы особенности теологического образования, выделены этапы проектирования, принципы разработки, предложена структура электронных информационно-образовательных комплексов, используемых при подготовке бакалавров теологии. Статья предназначена для преподавателей вузов, интересующихся проблемами внедрения новых образовательных технологий в профессиональную подготовку в вузе, заинтересованных в разработке и внедрении в образовательный процесс электронных образовательных ресурсов. One of the directions for development of modern higher education is its Informatization, which opens up new opportunities for organizing the educational process. In this respect, the problem of designing, developing and using electronic information and educational resources in professional education, in general, and in theological education, in particular, is relevant. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of designing and developing electronic information and educational resources in the professional training of future bachelors of theology. The author describes the features of theological education, identifies the stages of design, development principles, and suggests the structure of electronic information and educational complexes, used in the preparation of bachelors of theology. The article is intended for University-teachers who are interested in the problems of introducing new educational technologies in professional training at the University, in the development and implementation of electronic educational resources in the educational process.

The experience of cooperation with organizations of employers of the Department of “Personnel Management” of the State University of Management has been explored. The main areas of interaction have been listed, such as the creation and maintenance of a club of graduates of the department, work with students of the center of additional professional education, holding round tables, master classes by employers on the territory of the university, participation in the career day, organization and holding of the annual All-Russian Inter-University Personnel Forum named after A. Ya. Kibanov. Close cooperation with employers ensures the integration of the educational process into practice and vice versa. As a result of cooperation, according to the data of HeadHunter Сompany, the Department of Personnel Management took honorable third place in the list of winners, releasing the most demanded specialists in the field of training “personnel management” to the labor market.

Introduction: Self-determination theory plays a crucial role in self-awareness forming. It suggests that people are motivated to grow and change as well as to be able to become self-determined by three universal psychological needs: for fulfillment of competence, connection, and autonomy. The article examines the main criteria and indicators of self-determination. Socio-pedagogical conditions are pro-posed which provide the effectiveness of the process of forming social self-determination among students. Materials and methods: the methodological basis is the ideas of personal and pro-fessional development as the basis the foundation of achieving a professional “acme” in the works of such scientists as A.S. Anisimov, A.A. Bodalev, A.A. Derkach, V.G. Zazykin, A.K. Markova, N.V. Kuzmina and others. Scientists focused on interdiscipli-nary connections and integration approaches in the study of the problems of personality self-determination. Results: recommendations are given for the design of activating methods of self-determination. The research hypothesis is based on the assumption that the for-mation of self-determination in the educational process of the university will be effective if proposed conditions are realized: providing the interconnection of formation processes and person’s self-development; inclusion of students in a variety of activities in order to acquire social experience and a system of social roles for further self-development; trainings for motivational growth and classes aimed at developing skills of self-organization and self-regulation in stressful situations. Discussion and Conclusions: according to these conclusions, a set of recommenda-tions were developed: external and internal factors of social self-determination should be considered in the system, with its inherent connection with the environ-ment, since changes in the social environment entail changes in the system of factors; in order to study personal properties, develop mutual understanding and determine ways of development and correction, one should use high-quality psychodiagnostic techniques, trainings for motivational growth, aimed at developing skills of self-organization and self-regulation in stressful situations; it is necessary to ensure the activity of students in a variety of activities.

Thing. The article discusses the results of the emotional and aesthetic perception of art paintings by 80 students of three faculties of the Ural State Medical University. The correlation between the paintings of the Ural artists and the emotional status of students and their temperament is studied according to the classification of the psycho-emotional state of a person by color, individual characteristics according to the Eysenck technique and Susan Dellinger geometric test. An analysis of the results made it possible to substantiate the psychological characteristics of the personalities of the future generation of doctors. The goal is the analysis and assessment of color preference based on the type of temperament and personal qualities of students of the three faculties using the works of contemporary Ural artists. Methodology. The study was conducted at the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry and Propaedeutics of Dental Diseases of the Ural State Medical University, where in the fall semester of the 2019-2020 academic year a traditional annual exhibition of paintings by modern Ural artists was held. The study was divided into four stages: at the first - search-theoretical - a review and analysis of the literature on keywords was carried out on the resources PubMed, Medline, Cochrane, Elibrary, Cyberleninka; on the second - experimental search - the goal and objectives of the study are set, the criteria are identified; on the third - empirical - diagnostics of the emotional status of the questioned students was carried out according to the classification of the psychoemotional state of the personality according to color perception, testing using two Eysenck techniques, an additional psychogeometric test was conducted to determine the psychotype of the participants in the survey; on the fourth - taxation-based - a description and systematization of the materials obtained, their processing and analysis, text design of the article are carried out. Conclusions. The results of the study can be applied in educational work in the educational process of the university and supplemented by master classes of artists at exhibitions for students.

The article considers the issues of continuity in foreign language teaching in the process of continuing professional education in the system «school» – «university». The essence of continuity as a didactic principle is clarified and its components have been determined. The task of continuity in the content of teaching a foreign (English) language to students of non-language specialties of universities and the factors that complicate its implementation are outlined. The importance of adhering to this principle for optimizing the educational process at all levels and stages of learning is emphasized. The importance of adhering to the principle of continuity in the transition from school to university education system is emphasized. It is shown that continuity in foreign language learning covers all components of the learning process and is complex. Some technologies for ensuring the continuity of foreign language learning are proposed, which helps to improve the quality of language training for future professionals. The authors state that the concept of continuity is actively used in the national educational space as a designation of one of the prerequisites for optimizing the study of English at the stage of transition from the school stage to the system of higher education. The essence of continuity as a pedagogical principle is that at each higher stage of education in determining the content of education takes into account everything that was learned at earlier stages. It is stated that one of the technologies to ensure the implementation of the principle of continuity directly in the educational process is the use of a leveling course, the possibilities of which to improve the knowledge of freshmen and eliminate the possible gap between the starting level of English and the requirements of the university program were demonstrated.
