 ABSTRACT            The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of Cooperative  Learning Time Token towards student’s learning activity and Communicative Competence in speaking English. This research uses Classroom Action Research procedures. The research consists of two cycles, each comprises four phases, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The subject of the research is the students of SMK N 2 Temanggung semester 1 2019/2020. To get data, the writer uses Brown’s Scale of Test of Spoken English. While for students’ activities, the writer uses a set of observation sheet to observe the activity of the students in class. The research reveals that the uses of Time Token technique in English class has increased the students’ Learning activities from 68 % in Pre-cycle to 78% in cycle 1 and 80 % in cycle 2. The Communicative competence in speaking English has increased from 74 to 78 in cycle 1 and 81 in cycle 2Key words : Time Token, students’ activity and students’ communicative competence

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik kelas XI Akomodasi Perhotelan pada pembelajaran Menata Gebogan. sebagai dekorasi ruang melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning). (2) Meningkatkan keterampilan Menata Gebogan sebagai dekorasi ruang pada peserta didik kelas XI Akomodasi Perhotelan melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning) Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI Akomodasi Perhotelan D SMKN 3 Denpasar dengan melibatkan 34 orang , terdiri dari peserta didik laki-laki sebanyak 18 orang dan peserta didik perempuan sebanyak 16 orang. Prosedur penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) dengan 3 siklus. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data aktivitas belajar peserta didik,dengan menggunakan lembar observasi (Check-List) dan data hasil belajar peserta didik terhadap penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam kompetensi Menata Gebogan dengan menggunakan penilaian autentik. Data aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif Hasil penelian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas peserta didik pada pelajaran menata gebogan melalui Project Based Learning terjadi peningkatan secara signifikan pada siklus1,siklus 2 dan siklus 3. Peningkatan tersebut meliputi peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Pada siklus 1 menunjukan bahwa ketuntasan belajar peserta didik sebesar 73,52% dan aktivitas ada pada kategori kurang aktif. Pada siklus 2 menunjukan bahwa ketuntasan belajar peserta didik sebesar 76,47% dan aktivitas ada pada kategori cukup aktif. Dan pada siklus 3 menunjukan bahwa ketuntasan belajar peserta didik sebesar 100% dan aktivitas ada pada kategori sangat aktif. Kata-kata kunci: Pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning), Aktivitas, Keterampilan. The subject of the research is grade XI-D of Hotel Accommodation Department of SMKN 3 Denpasar which involves 34 students, 18 of them are males and 16 are females. The research procedure is the 3-cycle classroom action research. The data obtained in this research include the data of student’s learning activities by using observation check-list and the data of student’s learning outcomes by applying project-based learning for the competency of arranging gebogan with authentic assessment. Both kinds of data above are analyzed by descriptive statistic means. The result of this research reveals that the student’s activities during the lessons of arranging gebogan through project-based learning increased significantly during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycles. The increase involved both the activity and the learning outcomes of the students. The 1st cycle indicates that student’s learning achievement is 73.52% while the categorization of activity is still in low level. The 2nd cycle shows the student’s learning achievement reached 76.47% while the student’s activity reached a higher level or middle category. Finally, the 3rd cycle shows that the student’s achievement has reached the maximum of 100% and the student’s activity can be categorized into a level of very high. The objectives of this research were to determine: 1) Students’ learning activities in social studies after using Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model, 2) Students’ learning outcomes in social studies after using Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with Stephen Kemmis and Mc. Taggart Model which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This study was conducted by the researcher in two cycles. Instruments used in this research are observational sheet, interview, and test in the last cycle. From the analysis of the data, the researcher found that there is an improvement in students’ learning outcomes. On the basic value, there was only 43,33% students who achieve the learning mastery. In the first cycle, the students who achieve the learning mastery were increased, it was about 30% from the basic value, it reached 73,33%. On the second cycle, the student who achieve the learning mastery were increased about 26,70% from the first cycle, become 100%. The same thing also happened to the students' learning activities. In the first cycle, students’ learning activities is 71,42% and on the second cycle, students’ learning activities were incrased about 21,43% from the first cycle, become 92,85%. Based on the analysis of data of this study it can be concluded that the use of Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model can improve students’ learning outcomes and learning activities fourth grade students of SDN Saga V in social studies.Keywords: social studies learning outcomes, cooperative learning QSH type.

he background of this study is the low learning outcomes of English students. Of the 22 students only 9 studentsreached KKM. On this basis researchers do research by applying cooperative learning model type NHT toimprove English learning outcomes. This research is a classroom action research conducted in SMPN 1 Inuman,the subject of this study is the students of class VII with the number of 22 students. The results suggest that thelearning outcomes of English have increased in each cycle. This is evidenced by: In the basic score of thenumber of students who reached KKM or complete is 9 students (40.90%), the UH I has increased with thenumber of 17 students (77.27%) and in UH II increased with the number of 20 students (90.90%). In the basicscore of the learning result of the students get the value of 51,25 with the low category, at UH I experiencing theincrease of learning result with the acquisition value of 65,76 with the medium category, and at UH II studentlearning result again increase with the acquisition value equal to 79,25 with high category.

AbstractEducation is an activity that has core interactions between students and educators as well as various educational sources. Interaction between students and educators and educational resources can take place in social situations (education), Classroom Action Research is used to describe the motivation and learning outcomes of students' economic subjects in Class X IIS SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin. Classroom Action Research is conducted when learning activities take place, both overall and related to the material. The results of the study show that the application of role playing makes students as the subject of learning activities, and they must actively practice the communication with their friends. Learning motivation of students looks enthusiastic and dynamic. So that it can improve the positive climate to improve maximum learning outcomes.Keywords: Learning, role playing, and learning motivationAbstrakPendidikan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang berintikan interaksi antara peserta didik dengan para pendidik serta berbagai sumber pendidikan. Interaksi antara peserta didik dengan pendidik dan sumber-sumber pendidikan tersebut dapat berlangsung dalam situasi pergaulan (pendidikan), Penelitian Tindakan Kelas digunakan guna mendeskripsikan motivasi dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi peserta didik kelas X IIS SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dilakukan ketika kegiatan pembelajaran yang berlangsung, baik secara keseluruhan maupun terkait dengan materi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan role playing menjadikan peserta didik sebagai subyek dari kegiatan pembelajaran, dan mereka secara aktif harus melakukan praktik-praktik berkomunikasi dengan temannya. Motivasi belajar peserta didik terlihat antusias dan dinamis. Sehingga mampu meningkatkan iklim positif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar yang maksimal.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, role playing, dan motivasi belajar

<p>This study was conducted as solution for the low learning activity and achievement of 5th grade students at SDN 21 Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The low learning activity and achievement of students was caused by teaching process which often to use expository method. This study is a classroom action research with two cycles aimed to improve students’ learning activity and achievement by implementing one of cooperative learning model, i.e. make a match type. Subjects of this study are 5th grade students at SDN 21 Batang Anai. Mean of test score of students in cycle I is 60.00 and become 76.88 in cycle II. Students’ learning activity was also improved. Thus, cooperative learning –make a match- can improve students’ learning activity and achievement. </p>

The aim of this study was to improve the learning achievement and activities of students through the implementation of the Problem Solving learning method in Mol Concept. This study was conducted by using two cycles of classroom action research. The subject of this research was 25 students of class X-2 MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh. The result of the implementation of learning Problem Solving method showed that there is improvement of student learning achievement from Cycle I to Cycle II. It could be seen from the results of research that showing about 64% of students had passed learning in Cycle I and about 88% in Cycle II. While the observation was conducted, the improvement of learning activities of students amounts 50%. Based the result of this study, it is can be concluded that the implementation of learning Problem Solving method can improve the learning achievement and activities of the student in Mol Concept.

This study aims to determine whether the type cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve mathematics learning creativity in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Medan in particular on the subject of Perimeter and Area of Rectangle class VII T.P second semester 2014/2015. The research is a classroom action research (PTK) using cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS). The instrument used was a test as much as 5 about the shape of the description and in the observation is the creativity of student learning. The subjects were students / student of class VII-C SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Medan totaling 38 people consisting of 21 male students and 17 female students. The object of this research is the creativity of mathematics learning using cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS). Obtaining the average value of the creativity of the students at an early test of 41.26% (Less), the first cycle increased to 59.15% (Enough), and the second cycle increased to 79.10% (Good). It can be concluded that the cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) on the subject of the circumference and area of a rectangle increased creativity of mathematics learning in class VII-C SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Medan T.P.2014 / 2015.

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning result and activities by using the cooperative learning model of Talking Chips type on the subject matter of Biodiversity in class X MIA1 MAN 1 Medan T.P. 2018/2019. The research method is classroom action research and the subject of this research are students of class X MIA1 as many as 35 people. The instrument that used in the study are test of student learning result namely pretest and postest as many as 30 questions and observation sheets of student activities. The results showed that based on the learning result of the first cycle, the average score of pretest was 40.6 increased to 68.6 in the postest. At the second cycle, there was an increase from 62.8 in the pretest to 74.5 in the postest. In this study, the data of individual and classical learning completeness criteria are obtained as follows: as many as 30 out of 35 students or 85.72% who scored above 70 or equal to 70, and 5 other students or 14.28% got a score below 70. Based on observations of student activities, the percentage of students who were active in the first cycle was 48.2% with total of students 17 out of 35 students, and students who were active in the second cycle was 80% with total of students 28 from 35 students

ABSTRACTThis study aims to improve students' mathematical communication skills through the application of cooperative learning model Match Mine on the subject of integers in classVII MTs2 Medan. This type of researchis a classroom action research. The subjects were students of class VII-1 MTs 2 Terra in TA 2014/2015 which amounted to 42students. The object of this research is the students' mathematical communication skills through cooperative learning model Match Mine on  the     subject of         integers. The research instrument used is th eobservation and test mathematical communication skills. This study consisted two cycles and at the end of each cycleis given test comunication is mathematical ability. Before given, test           first      validated to the  validator. The results showed that cooperative learning model in the material Match Mine integer scan improve students' mathematical communication. It is seen from the results before action is given, the provisi on of diagnostics tests of 42 students only as many as 15 students (35.72%), which reached a value ≥ 65 with an average value of 58.18 class. After agiven action, the first mathematical communication skills tests in the first cycle, from 42 students as many as 25 students (59.52%) reached a value ≥ 65 with an average value of 66.95 class. From theanalysis ofthe test data communication capabilities mathematicalI on the second cycle of 42 people found that the students are 37 students (88.09%) reached a value ≥65 with an average value of 74.38 class. Based on observation, learning management research conducted in the first cycle, including both categories with a scoreof 2.87. Furthermore,in the second cycle, the researcher's ability to manage the learning increased to 3.40 so very good category. Based on the above results, it can be conclude edthatby implementing cooperative learning model Match Mine can improve students' mathematica lcommunication on the subject of integers in class VII MTs 2 Medan. Suggestions submitted to the seventh grade math teacher at MTs Negeri 2 Medan advis able to provide training to students that many require students to provide arguments that students' mathematical communication skills especially in explaining aspect scan be increased, as well asprovide the opportunity for students express ideas/ideas verbally/ writing in the learning process, andusing learning modelKeywords : mathematical communication, communication, secondary school, classroom action                      research, match mine.
