Climate change phenomenon has become one of the major issues discussed in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). ASEAN as one of the most influential regions in the world tries to combat climate change by developing renewable energy and creating a better living in the region. To pursue its ambition, ASEAN cooperates with United States of America (U.S) as one of its dialogue partners following the implementation of the ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation (APAEC) 2016-2025. This paper is using qualitative research method through secondary data analysis to explain how ASEAN-U.S cooperation on renewable energy helps ASEAN to combat climate change. Throughout the research, ASEAN-U.S cooperation on renewable energy is potentially beneficial and helpful for ASEAN to pursue its ambition in terms of investment provision and technology and information exchange.

The covid-19 pandemic has caused a global economic slowdown. Trade institutions and customs institutions provide facilities that are expected to encourage the economy not to fall into a sharp decline. The World Trade Organization (WTO) and the World Customs Organization (WCO) as world organizations that regulate the movement of goods between countries have also issued instructions for their member countries to deal with this pandemic situation. This study aims to determine how the implementation of customs facilities and international trade during this pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative research method with descriptive techniques. The data used in this study are secondary data such as reports, research, and guidelines. The results of the study show that Indonesia has implemented customs facilities and international trade during this pandemic. This is following the guidelines published by the WTO and WCO, which are world organizations related to international trade. Programs carried out by Indonesia are also carried out by other countries which are good practices in international trade activities. The implication of this research is to recommend the customs institution to continue to increase cooperation with other border agencies in the form of coordinated border management..

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted all aspects of life. One of the things that has been affected is the achievement of the SDGs which has been hampered by this pandemic. The condition that has been deteriorated due to the pandemic should not be used as an excuse to achieve the SDGs, in this case the role of youth is very important to achieve SDGs, especially in the post-pandemic period. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The data used are primary and secondary data that have been collected, processed, made conclusions, and then interpreted. This study aims to design a character education system for the younger generation in their role in achieving the SDGs. The results of the interpretation of data that have been collected and then processed in the research process, make a proposal for "FAST Generation". These concepts are some of the main characteristics that youth must have in their role in achieving the SDGs in the post-COVID-19 pandemic. FAST Generation is a character that must be possessed by youth in achieving the SDGs. Youth with character will make the world safer, more prosperous, and more focused, so that the achievement of the goals contained in the SDGs will be easier.

The United States is a country that seeks to realize denuclearization in KoreanPeninsula. Though the United States is not a party that will be directly threatenedbecause the United States have more stronger nuclear capability than NorthKorea’s nuclear. This study aims to describe the interests of the United States as aStatus Quo State in the process of denuclearization of North Korea. The conceptualframework used by this study is Randall L. Schweller's Range of State Interestconcept. This research uses a qualitative research method with descriptiveanalytical research that uses secondary data. Based on the concept of Range ofState Interest, this research found that the United States as a 'Lion' country has aninterest in maximizing security which includes maintaining its identity as a nuclearpossession country, maintaining trade with East Asian countries, and improvinggovernmental functions. Whereas in maintaining its position, the United States hasan interest in maintaining its alliance with South Korea and Japan, maintainingprestige for world peace, and realizing CVID (Complete, Verifiable, andIrreversible Dismantlement) or full denuclearization.

The United States of America has one of the longest, continually functional electoral systems in the world. On one level, the system is seemingly simple, as it is based predominantly on plurality winners in the context of single-seat districts. However, its extensive usage of primary elections adds a nearly unique element to the process of filling elected office. This mechanism is used more extensively in the United States than in any other case. Additionally, the United States has a complex, and unique, system for electing its national executive. All of these factors help create and reinforce one of the most rigid two-party systems in the world.

AbstractAs demand for renewable energy grows, so does the need for an improved understanding of renewable energy sources. Paradoxically, the climate change mitigation strategy of fossil fuel divestment is in itself subject to shifts in weather patterns resulting from climate change. This is particularly true with solar power, which depends on local cloud cover. However, because observed shortwave radiation data usually span a decade or less, persistent long-term trends may not be identified. A simple linear regression model is created here using diurnal temperature range (DTR) during 2002–15 as a predictor variable to estimate long-term shortwave radiation (SR) values in the northeastern United States. Using an extended DTR dataset, SR values are computed for 1956–2015. Statistically significant decreases in shortwave radiation are identified that are dominated by changes during the summer months. Because this coincides with the season of greatest insolation and the highest potential for energy production, financial implications may be large for the solar energy industry if such trends persist into the future.

Tungiasis is a common parasitic infection inmany parts of the world, including South and Central America and parts of Africa. It is rare in other places, such as in India and Pakistan and imported cases have been reported in Taiwan, Italy, the United States of America, etc. Our diagnosis was made based on histopathologiocal features of the parasite, which corresponds too ther reports and description of tungiasis.1-3 It was treated by surgical excision alone. The fact that the disease has never been reported in Nepal makes it difficult to diagnose clinically, but should be considered in the future. Histopathology can aid in diagnosingthis rare condition. Keywords: Nepal; tunga penetrans; tungiasis.
