Innovation and internal communication are essential for any successful organization. Although communication within organizations has long been studied in the for-profit sector, we still know little about the impact of communication types on innovation in the public and nonprofit sectors. To examine this question, we leverage and construct a longitudinal dataset using 5 years of the Korean Workplace Panel Survey (KWPS) from 2005 to 2013. Employing media richness theory, this study finds that internal communication positively influences innovation in the for-profit sector, which is a finding consistent with prior studies. Similarly, in the nonprofit sector, we find that meeting with the executive director and the number of communication channels utilized in an organization has a positive impact on innovation. However, we do not find that these communications have any impact in the public sector.

    This study aimed to identify the effective factors on Saudi audience like reading electronic and printed newspaper. The study used the method of media survey in which using in input uses, satisfaction and media richness theory. The study used a questionnaire which applied on sample includes (400) individual. The results of the study indicated that study sample of Saudi audience read Saudi newspapers by 44% (sometimes) and what Saudi audience prefer, electronic newspapers came first by 49. 5%, local topics came first in electronic and printed newspaper, factors affecting in audience reading, the readability of the content to show in large parts came first stage at the electronic newspaper average 3. 91. The ease of using newspaper’s website came at the first order for electronic newspaper average 4. 44. In the light of results, there were a lot of recommendations and proposals to overcome the negative factor which disable audience to read printed and electronic newspapers. In the light of results, several studies were recommended to measure the Saudi audiences’ reading for printed and electronic newspaper in order to monitor audience’s attitudes toward method and the degree of audience’s confidence and to know the impact of social media on both of them and work on putting strategies by press and media institutions to face challenges and threaten its future through working on several discussion meetings with intellectuals , interested and experts in the field of journalism.

This article is devoted to the main problems of assessing the competitiveness of enterprises. The concept of competitive advantage is central in strategic management studies. Firm-level competitiveness is a relative concept based on the comparison; the comparison could be between the main factors or variables to measure the level of development between them. The notion of competitiveness lies at the heart of business strategy development, where it depends on several factors which are interrelated and cannot be looked at into isolation. Some of these indicators can be considered at different levels of aggregation: firm, industry, regional, local, national or sectoral where it seems that the competitiveness notion should be rather defined as a set of characteristics of one object with respect to comparable objects “benchmarks” in the market. Based on the definition of the main characteristics of the competitiveness of the enterprise, the authors proposed an original definition of this term. A systemic literature review approach named as longitudinal literature review has been adopted in this article to target the most crucial indicator for measuring competitiveness. The data has been collected from articles with the highest index journal articles in Scopus and Web of Science database. All the journal articles that have been targeted ranked as Q1 quartiles which means it is in the top 25 % of highest impact factor and highest impact index. For eliminating the most effective competitiveness indicators, the authors have used the Vos-viewer software to analyze more than 77972 publications Based on the content analysis, the authors proposed the system of indicators of enterprise competitiveness, consisting of four indicators (net profit growth, staff turnover, profit margin, return on investment), found in more than 50% of scientific articles. The authors propose methodological bases for dynamic assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise, which are to compare changes in the competitiveness of the object of study with changes in industry averages. Using of this technique will measure the impact of managerial decisions on the competitiveness of the enterprise.

The Corona virus pandemic exploited by irresponsible elements.  They do a cunning business strategy, which is to hoard goods, in fiqhi terms known as iḥtikār. In the Islamic view, iḥtikār is a prohibited business practice and will be met with a painful punishment in the afterlife.  The purpose of this paper is to provide an understanding about the impact of COVID 19 on the practice of buying and selling (iḥtikār).  This paper uses qualitative research methods in the form of library reseach using the shar'i approach.  From this study it can be concluded that the behavior of hoarding goods with the aim of reselling them at high prices to obtain large profits.  In Islamic Shari'ah, iḥtikār‘s law is haram because it contains elements that harm others.  This is very clearly stated in QS al-Humazah/109: 1-2 and punished by sin as stipulated in the hadith of the Messenger of Allah.

Much has been written about the link between HR and performance, however consensus has yet not been found concerning the understanding on how that relationship comes together. Empirically, no direct impact has been found and research has only suggested an indirect impact. Consequently, the Strategic HRM field is particularly interested on the understanding of the mediating variables that impact the organization performance. Besides the integrated and business strategy alignment of the HR function, it should be considered that it is the people (HR) of the organization and not their practices that determine the company´s competitive advantage. (Messersmith & Guthrie, 2010) argue that it is the impact of those practices that represent “the true resource and enable a sustainable advantage over industry rivals”. The objetive of this research proposal is to study the impact of strategic human resources practices on the organization performance through a case study methodology, supported by longitudinal data. Namely, the project aims to achieve a deeper understanding of the variables that affect the process stream during strategy implementation. How the HR practices impact on people? And why human resources are the most valuable asset? These core premises are in line with the most recent economic concerns about people productivity, employment policies and labor flexibility.

We empirically explored the impact of feedback seeking, including feedback inquiry and monitoring, on the coworker feedback environment via coworker identification. Participants were 264 employees who worked in research and development, design, and technology sectors of industrial enterprises in China. The results indicated that feedback monitoring, feedback inquiry, and coworker identification were all positively related to the coworker feedback environment after controlling for the effects of demographic variables. Further, coworker identification fully mediated the relationship between feedback inquiry/monitoring and the coworker feedback environment. Our findings expand understanding of the feedback loop by bridging the gap between coworker feedback seeking and the coworker feedback environment. We recommend that coworkers encourage employees' feedback-seeking behavior so that the workplace feedback environment motivates them to ask for the help they need to work independently.

Integrating circularity in business strategy is difficult to achieve for companies as it requires impactful changes in core business processes. While research has focused on identifying key barriers, little is known about the organizational attributes that can assist businesses in integrating circularity in their strategies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implications of organizational managers and network interactions for the integration of circularity in business strategy. Through using survey data from 627 SMEs (small- and medium-sized enterprises) in the Netherlands, this study shows that managers who interpret circularity as an opportunity can have a positive direct and indirect effect on the integration of circularity in a company’s strategy. The results furthermore highlight the importance of circular network interactions for the integration of circularity in business strategy. This article contributes to recent calls for more empirical research into the integration of circularity and offers relevant insights for companies aiming to integrate circularity.
