The tradition of sayyang pattu'du is the ancestral culture of Mandar which is combined with Islamic culture, as a form of appreciation to the children who love the Qur'an, so it becomes a motivation for children to immediately attend the Qur'an. The sub-problems in this study, namely 1) How the beginning of the emergence of the tradition of Sayyang Pattu'du, 2) How is the procedure for implementing the tradition of Sayyang Pattu'du in the village of Lero, 3) How is the acculturation of Islam with the tradition of Sayyang Pattu'du. and the purpose of this research is to find out the beginning of the emergence of the tradition of Sayyang Pattu'du in the village of Lero. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The approach used is historical approach, sociology, anthropology, phenomenology and theology. Data analysis techniques used are deductive, inductive and comparative. The results showed that: the beginning of the emergence of the tradition of sayyang pattu'du when Islam entered in the land of Mandar during the reign of the kingdom of Balanipa, namely the fourth king Daetta tommuane, which was under the preachers. Then it was developed by K.H Muhammad Tahir Imam Lapeo, so that this tradition developed and was carried out until in the village of Lero because the majority of the population was the Mandar tribe. In the village of Lero, the implementation of the sayyang pattu'du tradition was carried out every two years coupled with the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad. The procedure for implementing it is through several stages, namely first preparing the things needed, ma'barasanji, marrattas baca and parrawana. This tradition is an acculturation of Islam and the culture of Mandar ancestral ancestors. The acculturation of Islam and the culture of the ancestors of the mandar found in the tradition of sayyang pattu'du are khatam al-Qur'an, the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, reading of barzanji, traditional customs of Mandar, Mandar art (rawana and kalinda'da), motivating others, and hospitality

This study aims to explain and describe the language errors of semantic level in students’ scientific work from various Indonesian islands in the city of Madiun. The study was conducted at two major universities in Madiun City. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research through observation and field note techniques as data collection techniques. The result of the data is students’ assignment papers. Data analysis techniques used in this study issharing methods or distribution methods with advanced techniques in the form of expansion (expansion) techniques and changing forms. The conclusions of this study are: (1) Usage error of similar words, consisting of (a) 88 errors of cognate pairing, (b) 79 errors of ambiguous pairing and (c) 65 errors of contended pairing. (2) Word choice (diction) errors, which consist of (a) 87 errors because do not meet the truth requirements, (b) 89 errors because do not meet the accuracy requirements, and (c) 90 errors because do not meet the standard requirements.In addition, errors in the word choices or diction occur due to factors influenced by the language that was mastered first.

Purpose of this study to find out the Analysis of Management Archives Coaching by Tangerang District Library and Archives Services. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques, namely interviews with 5 (five) informants, observation, and documentation. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be concluded that the activities of archiving guidance carried out by the Tangerang District Disperpusip begins with the stages of planning, coordination, preparation of materials for archiving development, and the implementation of archiving guidance activities which are divided into two types, namely technical guidance conducted classically to OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization) ) and direct assistance to the archives manager in the village. The technical guidance activity began with gathering archive managers from each OPD namely the Office and Agency after that the activity continued with the delivery of material classically with the theme "Dynamic Archive Management, That is Depreciation With the Focus of Moving Archives". In addition, the assistance was carried out by selecting archive managers from two to three villages and continued by providing direct training on how to organize files properly with the theme "Active Dynamic Archive Management". The obstacles faced in the activities of fostering archives are Human Resources and Archive management.

Community participation is the main asset in achieving the government's program goals. This study aims to determine community participation in development at Baringeng Village, Soppeng regency. Therefore, to find out the objectives of this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were (7 peoples) using data collection techniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that community participation in development at Baringeng village, Soppeng regency was in the high category. This can be viewed from several indicators, including thought participation, energy participation, property participation, skills participation, and social participation.

This paper is based on the results of research aimed at describing the existence and development of Burdah music performances in Lombok Timur. This type of qualitative research is descriptive using methods with the object of study is Burdah band. The location of this research is in the village of Rempung District Pringgasela Lombok Timur Regency. The target of the study in this study is the existence and development of Burdah music performances. Data is collected through observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study showed that the factors that support the existence of Burdah band consist of good management, has a complete organizational structure with its managerial system, solid in achieving the goal of using an educational system, has a characteristic of maintaining a sense of solidarity between members and management and has a lot of formal and non-formal stage experience and willing to collaborate with other music groups so that the existence of Burdah band Rempung Village is seen from the existence of this group that always performs in various event. This paper concludes that the existence and development of Burdah band are strongly influenced by management factors, solidarity, characteristics, and experience of the stage.

This study aims to analyze the use of the Whatsapp and Google Meet applications as an effort to optimize the delivery of material in distance learning at SMA N 1 Rembang.The research method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data obtained are in the form of interviews, observations and school documentation. Data analysis techniques using data verification techniques, data reduction and conclusions. To check the degree of truth using source triangulation.Teacher creativity is required to make students comfortable and enjoy the learning process without having to leave home and still follow the learning process. By combining several applications will complement each other so that it becomes the perfect learning. The use of the WhatsApp and Google Meet applications in one lesson will be complete in the distance learning process. Teachers can communicate easily using WhatsApp, can explain material clearly and can monitor students with Google Meet. In addition, teachers can provide attitude assessments automatically. The process of supervision in online learning using Whatsapp and Google Meet can also be done easily.

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This study aims to (1) describe students' perception of entrepreneurial values, (2) analyze Pancasila values that need to be developed in entrepreneurial learning and (3) describe the construction of entrepreneurial learning to produce Pancasila entrepreneurs. The method in this study was qualitative research. The sample in this study was Universitas Negeri Surabaya students who had taken Entrepreneurship courses, as many as 48 students. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation in the form of questionnaires and photos of activities. Data analysis techniques using reduction, presentation and conclusion. The conclusions of this study are (1) the perception of students has a positive category on the benefits of entrepreneurship, mental attitude and their views on Pancasila entrepreneurs, (2) the Pancasila values developed are the values in sila 1 and value 2 which are directly related to the substance of entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, other precepts also need to be a supporter and perfect attitude as an Indonesian and (3) the construction of the entrepreneurship course offered aims to complete the Entrepreneurship course module formulated by the 2016 Entrepreneurship Team, which is through tasks that are given mental attitude processes, personal formation and implementation of the Pancasila values.

Diversity in Indonesia is a gift from God, including religious differences. This difference sometimes become conflicts in the community, for example the conflict in Poso, Ambon, Wamena and others, but not all different regions always have conflicts. Instead of, it looks safe, peaceful, and harmonious therefore the researcher is interested in examining this diversity. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the harmonization of socio-cultural interactions and the causes of socio-cultural interactions in the village of Lolibu. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of determining informants is by purposive sampling, and the technique of data collection is done by observation participant, indepth interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques are done by (1) data reduction, (2) presentation, (3) verification. The results of this study indicate that socio-cultural interaction between religious communities in Lolibu Village, can be described as follows: First, the harmonization of social-cultural interactions between religious communities such as, the existence of regional ties, mutual respect and respect between religious adherents, the harmonization of the birocrate of Lolibu Village. Second, factors that cause of social and cultural interactions between religious communities such as traditional and cultural units, mutual cooperation (Pohamba-hambai), and marriage.Keywords: Harmonization, social, culture, religious people, Lolibu village
