One of the causes of the radical ideology adhered to by a group of religious organizations is that it comes from an understanding of the text that comes from the Koran or the hadith which is less comprehensive, partial, and fundamental, resulting in the misuse of arguments to justify the group, it is easy to blame people who are outside his line of thought, and making the text as legitimacy that radical acts carried out with violence are legal because they are commands of Allah listed in the holy book, but in essence God does not order actions that can harm other people. In general, the actions taken by radicals are aimed at purifying religious teachings, because they consider that there are many deviations that leave Islam, and to rectify them by fighting and destroying all these deviant actions. In this article, we will explain how the Qur'an talks about radical acts carried out with violence by looking at several verses in certain surahs and then contextualizing them with reality so that it will open knowledge about the real radicals.

Disaster management is a series of disaster cycles including pre-disaster, emergency, and post-disaster response stages with different handling characteristics at each stage. Based on these stages, the covid-19 disaster event has special characteristics where the non-natural disaster has a disaster emergency status as well as a recovery stage. The occurrence of two stages of a disaster at once in one disaster event causes obscurity and poor policy coordination in the emergency response period. The lack of the role of BNPB and BPBD during the disaster emergency caused policies to become conflicted between the health sector and the economic sector. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the disaster management law by strengthening the role of bnpb coordination as the main actor in mobilizing strategic resources both technical and non-technical. The revision of the disaster management law may refer to local government laws to harmonize disaster emergency policies at the central and regional levels. In addition, collaboration with academics is important to provide health resources for handling covid-19 in the country in the production, distribution, and consumption process.

This article explains the concept of community sacredness through the results of Emile Durkheim's research on Aboriginal tribes in Australia. The research method used is descriptive analytical. The results of this study are Emile Durkheim dividing people's trust into two groups, namely the sacred and the profane. These two things are very influential in people's daily lives. Besides these two things, religion also has a function to bind people's beliefs to obey the rules that apply in the environment. So it can be concluded that the sacredness of society occurs when they believe in the supernatural power possessed by totems, so that they glorify it and regard it as something sacred and have restrictions on anyone who violates it. Instead, they loosen the profane aspect as an earthly ritual, so they may violate it and ignore it.

Community participation is a component that plays a very important role in implementing development in the village, because community involvement will have an impact on the benefits of development results for the village community, starting from planning, implementing, and utilizing the results of development in the village. The results showed that the coverage indicators were not implemented properly. Village development programs were only discussed by a few elements and did not involve all elements of society. Then there is still minimal space given by the village government to the community. In addition, the livelihoods of local people who require going to fields and forests make it difficult for the village government to empower them so that indicators of empowerment are still not visible there. Obstacles to participation in the community related to the development of Kampung Kamangi include the lack of public awareness of the importance of being involved in any development in the village, and the lack of space provided by the village government to the people who will participate.
