Abstract:This study developed a mathematics learning tool based on the RME approach on the STAD arrangement on the subject of valid, practical, and effective on linear equations of two variables in Class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. The type of research used was Research Research and Development (R & D) with the 4-D development model by Thiagarajan that is defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The test subjects were the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. The instruments used were expert validation sheets, learning outcome tests, observation sheets of teachers' ability to manage learning, student activity observation sheets, student response questionnaires on student books and LKPD, and observation sheets learning Media. The results of the learning test stated that: 1) valid, with the results of validation in the form of RPP, student books, and LKPD are in a very valid category. 2) practical, with observations of the implementation of learning devices in the category being fully implemented. 3) effective, with learning test results showing 84% of students have complete grades, average learning management is on high criteria, student activities are in good category, student responses to student books and LKPD are positive.Abstrak:Penelitian ini mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika berbasis pendekatan RME setting kooperatif tipe STAD pada pokok bahasan persamaan linear dua variabel yang valid, praktis, dan efektif di Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Research dan Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D oleh Thiagarajan yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Subjek ujicoba dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi ahli, tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran, lembar observasi aktivitas Peserta Didik, angket respon Peserta Didik terhadap buku Peserta Didik dan LKPD, dan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan perangkat pembelajaran. Hasil ujicoba perangkat pembelajaran menyatakan bahwa: 1) valid, dengan hasil validasi berupa RPP, buku Peserta Didik dan LKPD berada pada kategori sangat valid. 2) praktis, dengan hasil pengamatan keterlaksanaan perangkat pembelajaran berada pada kategori terlaksana seluruhnya. 3) efektif, dengan tes hasil belajar menunjukkan 84% Peserta Didik memiliki nilai tuntas, rata-rata pengelolaan pembelajaran berada pada kriteria tinggi, ativitas Peserta Didik dalam kategori baik, respons Peserta Didik terhadap buku Peserta Didik dan LKPD positif.

Abstract. This study aims to minimize the difficulty of learning mathematics students by applying learning with a constructivist approach. This classroom action research was conducted on class VIII students of SMP PGRI 3 Banjarmasin, which amounted to 30 people, for 3 cycles. Data collection was done by test and non-test techniques, using learning outcomes tests, observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. Data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that (1) student activity in learning increased to 93%; (2) student responses to learning is fun; and (3) student learning completeness increases to 97%. Thus, it can be concluded that mathematics learning with a constructivist approach is able to minimize the difficulty of learning mathematics students on the topic straight line equations. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalkan kesulitan belajar matematika siswa dengan menerapkan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan konstruktivis. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas VIII SMP PGRI 3 Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 30 orang, selama 3 siklus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes dan non tes, menggunakan tes hasil belajar, lembar pengamatan, dan angket respon siswa. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuntitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 93%; (2) respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran adalah menyenangkan; dan (3) ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 97%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika dengan pendekatan konstruktivis mampu meminimalkan kesulitan belajar matematika siswa pada topik persamaan garis lurus. Kata kunci: pendekatan konstruktivis, kesulitan belajar, aktivitas siswa, persamaan garis lurus.

This research is the development of guided discovery based electronic module that aims to know the eligibility level of e-modules and student responses to guided discovery-based electronic modules in redox reaction material. This electronic module uses the ADDIE development model. The research was conducted at one of the high schools in Bengkulu with the subject 9 students of X MIPA A Students for small scale trials and 30 students of X MIPA D Students for large scale trials. From the results of the research obtained (1) the percentage of the feasibility of e-modules on the material aspect is 86,315% while from the media aspect is 91.425% so that based on the results of validation by the E-module validator is declared very valid, (2) based on the test results of the small-scale student response percentage of 75.97 % with interesting category, while for large-scale trials of 84.48% with a very interesting category. From the results percentage, it can be concluded that e-module is suitable for use in learning. Electronic module based on guided discovery is an effective tool to help students in learning redox reaction subject. E-module can be accessed by smartphone or laptop. With this e-module, students can access the study material from everywhere without any time limitation.

This study aims to develop a problem-based mathematical module in the material system of two-variable linear equations of class VIII SMP students that are valid, practical and effective. This research is a development research with the method used is ADDIE. The subject of this study was the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Ngabang, Landak District. The instruments used were validation sheets, observation sheets and student learning outcomes tests. The result indicates that a problem-based mathematical module has been developed in the material system of two-variable linear equations of class VIII SMP students that are valid, practical and effective. Based on the results of the validity test, it can be stated that the problem-based mathematical module produced is valid with a validity value of 79.11. The implementation observation results show that the problem-based mathematics module is in the practical category with a practical value of 82.18. Then the results of student learning tests showed that the average value of the learning outcomes test was 83.00 and the effectiveness of the problem-based mathematics module was 87.50% and included in the effective category. When viewed from the results of the tests performed, the development of problem-based mathematical modules in the subject matter of the two-variable linear equation system has been successfully developed and is suitable for use in Ngabang 1 State Middle School.

Pembelajaran matematika memerlukan strategi dan media belajar yang tepat yang salah satunya strategi peer lesson dengan media kartu agar hasil belajar matematika siswa menjadi optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan strategi peer lesson dengan media kartu yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar operasi aljabar. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas melalui empat tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 32 siswa dari kelas VIII SMPN 1 Aceh Besar. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa melalui strategi peer lesson dengan media kartu. Hasil belajar operasi aljabar meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 12% dan rerata tes akhir sebesar 93,75%. Disimpulkan bahwa strategi peer lesson dengan media kartu dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru dan siswa serta hasil belajar operasi aljabar. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar Matematika, Operasi Aljabar, Strategi Peer Lesson, Media Kartu Mathematics learning requires the right strategy and learning media, one of which is the peer lesson strategy with card media so that students' mathematics learning outcomes become optimal. The purpose of this study is to describe the peer lesson strategy with card media that can improve the learning outcomes of algebraic operations. The design of this study is classroom action research through four stages, namely the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of the study were 32 students from class VIII of SMPN 1 Aceh Besar. The research instrument used observation sheets and test results. Data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that there was an increase in teacher activity and student activities through peer lesson strategies with card media. The learning outcomes of algebraic operations increased from cycle I to cycle II by 12% and the average final test was 93.75%. It was concluded that the peer lesson strategy with card media could increase the activity of teachers and students as well as the results of learning algebraic operations.  Key words: Mathematics Learning Outcomes, Algebraic Operations, Peer Lesson Strategies, Card Media

AbstrakBanyak siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar matematika, namun guru tidak mempunyai banyak informasi, sehingga guru tidak dapat memberikan solusi yang terbaik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan respon siswa, hasil belajar siswa, serta mndeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan jurnal reflektif. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan subjek siswa kelas VII-E di SMPN 6 Sidoarjo. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi angket respon siswa, tes hasil belajar, dan wawancara. Analisis data kemampuan komunikasi (tulis, lisan) diperoleh dari skor yang diperoleh masing-masing subjek berdasarkan rubrik komunikasi matematis tulis dan lisan, kemudian ditentukan level kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan didapat bahwa ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa 75% (rerata 78,6), respon siswa baik (3,36), kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa rendah, sedang dan tinggi masing-masing pada tingkat 3, 4 dan 5.  Penggunaan jurnal reflektif dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat melatih kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan hasil belajar siswa. AbstractMany students have difficulty learning mathematics, but the teacher does not have much information, so the teacher cannot provide the best solution. The purpose of this study was to describe student responses, student learning outcomes, and to describe students' mathematical communication skills in mathematics learning using reflective journals. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative and quantitative approach with the subject of class VII-E students at SMPN 6 Sidoarjo. The instruments used include student response questionnaires, learning outcomes tests, and interviews. Data analysis on communication skills (written, oral) was obtained from the scores obtained by each subject based on written and oral mathematical communication rubrics, then determined the level of students' mathematical communication skills. Based on the results and discussion, it was found that the completeness of student learning outcomes was 75% (mean 78.6), student responses were good (3.36), students' mathematical communication skills were low, medium, and high at levels 3, 4 and 5 respectively. reflective in mathematics learning can train mathematical communication skills and student learning outcomes.

<em>Engklek Geometry</em> is one of mathematics learning media for rectangular material. The purpose of this research is to describe the development process of <em>Engklek Geometry</em> learning media to be valid, reliable, and effective. The development model used in this research is the 4-D development model, and the research method is developed with quantitative descriptive approach. <em>Engklek Geometry</em> learning media generated in this development research is valid, reliable, and effective for rectangular material. The value product of <em>Engklek Geometri</em>mathematics learning media is 3.17, it is"valid" category. Media effectiveness is reviewed from four aspects, namely learning outcomes, student activities, student responses, and teaching ability. The result of this research in class VII C SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya with classical completion percentage 89,28%, student activity is in the “active” category with percentage 94,95%, student response is "very strong" category with percentage 87,5%, and the value of the teacher's ability is 3.72 classified as "very good" category. While in the second trial in class VII E SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya obtained the results of learning with a percentage of classical completeness 93.1%, student activity with a percentage of 95.85 is in the "very active" category, student responses obtained percentage 82.07% "very strong", and the value of the teacher's ability is 3.59 classified as "very good" category.

ABSTRACTThis type of research is an experimental study which aims to describe theeffectiveness of the cooperative learning model TPS-TGT type in mathematicslearning in class VIII SMP N 1 Makassar. The sample in this study class VIII.5 wastaught by cooperative learning model TPS-TGT type taken using techniques clusterrandom sampling. The data collected consisted of data on student learningoutcomes, data on learners' motivation, data on student activities during thelearning process, and data on student responses to the application of cooperativelearning models of the TPS-TGT type.The results showed that the score of mathematics learning outcomes of students inclass VIII.5 was in the high category with a mean of 80.15 and a standarddeviation of 9.79, completeness in classics was 82.5%, the average normalizedgain was in the high category, scores the average learning motivation of students isin the high category, the average gain normalized learning motivation is in themedium category, the activity of students in following the learning process is in agood category, and student responses to the application of the cooperative learningmodel TPS-TGT type are positive. In general, it was concluded that the cooperativelearning model type TPS-TGT was effectively applied to mathematics learning inclass VIII.5 of SMP N 1 Makassar.The results of the hypothesis test at a significant level α = 0.05 with the t-test showthat H1 is accepted which means that the cooperative learning model type TPSTGTis effectively applied to mathematics learning in SPLDV material in class VIIIof SMP N 1 Makassar.

Abstract This research is an experimental study that aims to determine the effectiveness of using the GeoEnzo application. The subjects in this study were students of class XII SMK Mega Link Majene. The research instrument was used to reveal students’ metacognitive abilities in understanding and solving problems on three-dimensional material. The instruments used were tests, observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The data analysis used was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the average value of students’ metacognitive abilities in understanding the material was 82.75 in the high category, while the metacognitive ability in solving questions was 85.25 in the high category. Student activities are in the very active category and student responses to learning give a very positive response. The t-test shows the sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < α = 0.05, thus the application of GeoEnzo application media is effective for students’ metacognitive abilities in mathematics learning.

This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK), which aims to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics through NHT type cooperative learning model in students of class VIII A MTs. Muhammadiyah conducted collaboratively between researchers and teachers of mathematics studies. In the implementation of this research, it is done by giving group worksheet and observation sheet of student activity using NHT type cooperative learning model after giving an explanation about Pythagoras Theorem material as much as two cycles that cycle I and II. After being given group worksheets then conducted the assessment includes assessment of test results of a cycle I and cycles II and group worksheet to students that is by applying learning model of cooperative learning type NHT. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII A which amounted to 20 students consisting of 15 male students and 5 female students. Techniques of collecting data in research are this observation and test. The data obtained were then analyzed. The results of the study showed that the implementation using NHT type cooperative learning model on Pythagoras Theorem material. the ability of students in solving problems on the material above has increased. With the increase of the average value of students in the first cycle was 43.45 and increased in cycle II 83.90. Improvement of student learning outcomes to mathematics learning using NHT type cooperative learning is good. This is indicated by the average value of group learning outcomes in cycle I 60.00 or being in the medium category and the average score of the learning outcomes of the group in cycle I 82.50 or in the high category. This shows the result of increased mathematics learning after conducting cooperative learning model of NHT type

The problem of research at SMPN 34 Padang is the low level of Science Process Skills of students from the results of previous observations by carrying out tests conducted in class VII SMPN 34 Padang, showing the average science process skills of students is less than 50%. This study aims to look at the effect of the Problem Solving Model on Science Process Skills in Grade VIII students of SMPN 34 Padang. In Indonesia science process skills is very minimal, because in the learning process the teacher still tends to use the lecture model and question and answer method, so the science process skills is not given to students. This type of research is quasi-experimental with research design Control Group Postest Only Design. The population in this study were eighth grade students of SMPN 34 Padang in the academic year 2018/2019. The samples from this study were class VIII6 as the experimental class and VIII7 as the control class. The research instrument used to view the science process skills of students is the Observation Sheet for Student Activities observed by the observer. Based on the results of research on the knowledge competencies of students, the tcount 4.96> t table 1.67 The Science Process Skills Activity of students in the experimental class was higher than the control class. The conclusion of the study was that the application of the Problem Solving Model had a positive effect on the Science Process Skills of Grade VIII students of SMPN 34 Padang.
